The third party Certegy that actually processes the services is garbage. Save your time and go to a bank or somewhere that solely does money services.

Standing here at Wal Mart just to load a card that used to be done at registers now has to be done at the money center.

Money center Express does not exist because they ask you to move over to the regular lane anyway. So I will not bother to use express any longer.
