This is an AMAZING PLACE to workout and have FAMILY TIME!! Pricing is GREAT for families with kids! Just joined and my kids LOVE it here saying”I had such a great day and we are aloud to keep doing it”! My kids would rather be here and working out/swimming then playing on a game system! Thank you North Cypress!! Great prices for membership and very clean facility. I watched the staff spray down the chairs and tables 3 times within an hour I was there.

Great selection of workout equipment and classes! From cycling to rowing to cardio to yoga to body sculpting, there are classes for everyone. Not only is there a pool with lap lanes, they have steam rooms and saunas in each dressing room area. The club is very family friendly and offers activities for the kids when the parents are working out. You can’t forget the snack bar where there is an assortment of delicious, healthy foods to eat and drink. The club even has a massage chair room! Overall, it is a great value! I love working out here. There isn’t pressure to be superhuman and I don’t feel judged. I feel motivated and encouraged.

I absolutely love this gym!! I was a member about 2 years ago & I just rejoined this year with my boyfriend! I LOVE IT! I have a 3 year old & he LOVES the child care center! Don’t think that it’s a daycare, it’s just a nice place for your kids to stay entertained while u get a workout in! The classes are great! Such a wide variety. Body pump, cycling, barre, Zumba, hip hop cardio, yoga & more! There’s even a pool & tennis court! They offer the UP center which IS FREE for members!! You usually would have to pay to use it but it’s free and I am so glad because they have other equipment in the UP center! I love the fake grass lol. Very spacious gym with PLENTY of machinery & a wide variety of food options too for if you’re on the go and don’t have time to cook or if you just want to grab a quick protein bar or other protein snack! Highly recommend! The staff is also super friendly & patient with you which is a huge plus!

I love this gym. I love the fact that they are always willing to help people when times get rough, whether it be free showers to those affected by hurricanes to leniency with contracts because of the pandemic. Their trainers and staff are always genuinely friendly and helpful. My *only* semi complaint is the unavailability of locker room/spa areas late at night (10PM-4AM), although I understand that it is likely due to security and staffing reasons. There is so much available at this gym, track, pool, tennis courts, classes, basketball court, etc. It is well worth the money spent.

Love it. The food is so good. The pool is heated. All the machines work properly. The staff is lovely. There are so many classes to attend.

This place is awesome. We have been here for about 2 weeks now. Let me just say the DAYCARE is a GOD SEND!! Theres so much to do and choose from. Ive tried YOGA for the first time and it was AMAZING. The instructor Michelle was so nice and knowledge with my questions. From workers to other members everyone has been so nice and helpful. My kids are still young but they love it already. We plan on being a part of the North Cypress Family for a VERY long time.

We joined this gym about 3 months ago and it’s one of the best decisions I have made here. Andrew was my sales guy. He was very informative, completely explained every aspect of a membership there. He was friendly, personable, professional and always waves/says hi when I see him. He’s a keeper, ask for him if your want to sign up, he was great! The price for what you get is very reasonable. We have 2 small children, the kids love the Child care they provide and beg to go back. I’ve been a member of LA Fitness my entire adult life, my husband travels a lot so we were also members of the YMCA. A year before we moved here, we were in California for about 9 months. I liked both of those other gyms but they were just ok. North Cypress feels more like a country club than a gym. I absolutely LOVE it. The hours are so convenient, the facility is always clean, staff is always incredibly friendly, the pool area feels like a resort, I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Now this opinion could be because I just came from California but I love that they don’t have all the regulations and nit picky rules! (I am NOT referring to Covid rules that they can not control.) There are courtesy rules of course but for the most part you can swim anytime, childcare is 2.5 hours no long big break during the middle of the day like most places, plenty of machines, plenty of classes to choose from, I love the outdoor track, the massage chairs are a great complement to a tough workout or just a mom needing 15 more minutes for herself. They also have a room where you can work out with your kids! I have never seen this in a gym before! What a great idea! I truly can not say enough good things. For Hammond Louisiana being a town of 20,000 people, this is by far the nicest gym we have ever belonged to, it was such a pleasant surprise. Sign up! It will be a decision you will not regret!

Bait and switch. To cancel the contract it costed me a total of $400 for 3 months of membership. Such a scam, they even have an on going law suit with the Better Business Bureau.

Love this gym. Been members of several but have stuck with this one it offers many different classes. Swimming, tennis and coming soon a recovery room.

If I could 0 star I would. I’m not going to waste any more time with these people than I have been for the past month but I’m sick of their financial traps.

Absolutely horrific experience with this gym. It was closed for several months this spring due to COVID, during which time payments were paused. When my husband tried to cancel his membership at the end of his contract term in July, they said he still owed for the months when the gym was closed, as they interpreted the term of the contract not to be for 12 months (as it stated), but for 12 PAYMENTS. In other words, they believe he owes for a service that was inaccessible during a pandemic.Worse yet, while we were actively trying to work through the issue with them they informed us they would be forwarding the account to a third party collections company. This was despite the fact that the account had been frozen for over a month while we waited to hear back from them regarding a resolution, and thus had only been delinquent for a few days.I would not recommend this gym to anyone.

The facilities are really nice here. They are currently renovating the pool. I just wish that my intro or orientation would include setting up a workout plan. Also, you hate having to bring a lock.

My only complaint would be that it seems like there is always something out of service from the steam room, to the A/C. However, I know the crews do a great job of cleaning equipment and facilities. Additionally, it always smells good in the gym! Everyone of the trainers are professional and the rest of staff Ive dealt with have been courteous and attentive.

They offer many classes that help with your fitness journey. Such as sprint, body pump, body combat, and many more. The child care section is awesome my boys love going daily and the ladies are always super sweet to them! Over all a great gym!

I stay across the street at the Courtyard. I get a free pass for every day Im here. They are as nice as they can be. The gym is the cleanest and best equipped gym Ive ever been in.

I travel the country as a pilot and I have never witnessed such an unprofessional staff when i came in and asked about a one hour workout while I am standing by at the airport. $26.50 is the guest fee when I paid $16.50 before and treated me like a red-headed stepchild when I told them that, (paid that as recently as last week.). They claimed it changed 2 months ago. Houston and Dallas gyms dont charge that much by the way. What is the deal with these people? Anyway I googled Spoga down the road and it is $13.00. And it is isnt about the money, its about the treatment. I cant stand stupid ppl especially when they treat me like a damn liar when I just paid $16.50 last week. (Made em pull it up in the computer before I left). Rude!
