Eugene was very responsive and communicated with professionalism and accuracy. I wasnt able to get to the store when they opened, so he accommodated me by letting me drop off my area rug a half hour before they opened. He did the same when it was time for me to pick up. Ive had this rug close to 30 years and when I got it home it looked practically brand new. I forgot how dark the colors were. Its gorgeous. The picture doesnt do the rug justice. When its time to get my area rugs cleaned, Ill make sure to visit Hopman again. Thanks, Eugene!
