I called and requested a quote to have a stain removed from carpet in my child’s bedroom. I was so pleased with the price that I was able to afford to do all 3 rooms of carpet! I loved the smell of the products so much that i had the owner come back two weeks later to clean my living room furniture and the pet order is no longer detectable .

Amazing! Did a fantastic clean. Smelled wonderful and was able to get spots from pets and spots kids sticky juice out! Polite and Professional attitude! Was able to come out quick for my rush job. Will definitely use again!

Ive been using Aqua Clean for about 7 years. My business is located in Hammond and he usually shows up in the same day or within 2 days of calling him. He does a thorough and complete cleaning job. Great people to work with as well!

Called to have carpet cleaned and this guy showed up within an hour and very affordable! Great company and I highly recommend.

The contractor arrived late, after canceling twice before. Then when he did arrive it was without the supplies he needed. Then he asked for money upfront to go buy said supplies. Being a trusting person and had such wonderful experiences before on HomeAdvisor I obliged. He then left for Walmart to buy supplies with me money. When he got back he rushed on my floors not allowing the time for the chemicals to work properly. The result was sharp peeling sealant exposed on my floors. As well as Paint stripped off my base boards and walls that I have to repaint now. That was early December, it’s now early February and Benton has made every excuse in the book. His truck has “broke down” 3 times, his helpers have not shown up, he’s “run out of operating capital”. Now he’s not even answering my calls.I’ve given him 3 months to make it right like he’s promised, now I’m just going to have to sue for my money back.Picture attached is the yellow sealant he left covering my brick floors and grout.

I would stay away from this company. The job that was done was ok at best. They tell you one price on the phone and charge you another price after the work was done without informing you of the change before the job is started. I also had cash stolen from my house while they were working.

I was given a brand new light beige colored couch and chair (less than one year old) by a friend who has a 3 year old toddler and a 6 year old. The couch was given to me bc of the severativity of pet odor and stains (spaghetti sauce, crayon markings and kool-aid). The owner was very polite, professional, and pricing was fair. Most importantly, I now have a couch and chair that is stained and odor free!! When my friend came over and saw the miraculous job, she took one of his cards because she knows she will need his services in the future😊While the Aqua Clean serviceman was at my home, he gave me a quote for pressure washing my house that I have needed since we flooded TWICE! I am definitely going to have him come at the end of the month because his quote was cheaper than any quotes I have been given previously!
