Great cut! friendly stylist! and done quickly.

I went to get my highlights done and was told they are not doing highlights at this time so I asked to schedule to get my highlights done on another day and he said they are not doing them at all. My greys are visible and now I will have to find another salon (I’ve been working on my color for year now Gradually going lighter and lighter)

Great experience...showed my stylist a picture of what I wanted & she got it just right. Cant beat the price for a haircut here. Will be my go to spot from now on. Also love that you can book appointments online or just walk in with hardly any wait. A+ for sure👍

The lady that cut my hair was great and very very nice.

Came in here yesterday morning for a haircut the lady was nice but did a poor job of blending my hair and left long hair in the front right corner above my ear. I didn’t notice until I washed it and now I’m back up here to get it corrected and the same lady is playing hide and go seek. The hours in the door says 9-6 and it’s 9:54 am. When I walked up to the door the lady was texting on her phone and the door is locked. When she noticed me she ran to the back and keeps peeking around the corner. Also another customer walked up and noticed the door was locked and walked then walked away. If you ask me they are not to professional.

Would not cut my 2 year olds hair because he won’t keep a mask on! HES 2.

I was in and out in no time and the haircut was fine. A pain wearing a mask to do it. But better than spreading the virus!

My mom got a haircut and wash and style. 1st off the lady who was there was RUDE!! I hated my moms hair. I listened as my mom described her cut. Apparently the same rude woman who cut her hair did NOT!!! SHE LOOKED LIKE A LITTLE BOY.I didnt tell my mom that. I just told her we will go some place BETTER next time.

I went there today in the morning. I signed up the sheet. After waiting for almost hour and half she took someone who came after me. After me kindly asking her it’s my turn please see the signing paper she laughed and rudely said don’t worry the next dresser will be ready soon. I found it very disrespectful and unprofessional. I will never go back to this location.

Waited over 30mins. They said they would call when ready and I HAD to call and remind them Twice! Because they never called.

They give good haircuts. There is a little bit of a wait. Usually around 10 minutes but I think it is worth it.

Went in there to get my 2 year old sons hair trimmed there was only 2 women working so we were waiting for a while, the lady infront of me finished cutting the old mans hair and then proceeded to start POPPING PIMPLES ON HIS NECK WITH HER BARE HANDS. I was disgusted and left because I noticed they didn’t even wash their hands after they were done with one person

I went there about a year ago a the lady totally destroyed my hair, I had gaps everywhere took me till now to get most of the gaps out, what made it worse was I went out of town the very next morning but as soon as I got back I went to ask for a refund and showed pictures but had this party line about needing to check cameras and never got refund

This place is garbage. I just walked in I ask who is good at cutting a 17 month old they tell me instead if he cant sit in the seat bye himself they cant cut it. That wasnt the question I even asked. This was at the Hammond Louisiana location. And if its for safety. Why do they have all there children with them at work. Shouldnt that be for safety. And insurance purposes. Besides all that. I would never step foot in there door again and my family either.

My boyfriend got his hair cut there and near the end she used clippers to trim up his hair line. Well right as she finished up, she shave off half of his eyebrow. He didnt notice until we walked right outside the door and we turned back around and asked for a re fund. She denied even using clippers! So we came back the next day and talked to the manager who said she checked the cameras but didnt see anything. Which if she actually did, she would have noticed his half an eyebrow as we paid. The stylist knew what she did, even if it was an accident, you should have owned up to it! Instead she and the manager said that we were lying! Also the stylist refused to give me her name and looked at me stupid when I asked for it. We will never go back to any supercuts and I highly recommend that no one does either. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APPARENTLY NOT WELL TRAINED STYLISTS! Now my boyfriend had to go to his grandfathers funeral with half an eyebrow.

Great cut everytime I go

I usually get pretty good cuts from super cuts since I get very easy basic cuts. This time I went here she screwed up my hair SO bad. I got it cut right above my shoulders. The length is uneven around the whole thing. I also asked for layers, and theyre so bad and choppy!! Not blended in at ALL. I really didnt notice how bad it was until I went to straighten my hair. When I straightened it, it revealed HUGE chunks missing from the layers, it looks terrible. Worst haircut Ive ever had.

Today 5/27/2018,I took my daughter ( who is African American ) to get a wash and blow dry. The very rude and miserable young lady immediately said, ( we dont straighten hair here ). I told her that I wasnt asking for a straighten just a wash and dry. She was just so angry and its apparent that she she didnt want to help us. At that point, I grabbed my daughters hand and we left. I didnt get a chance to get her name but she works in Hammond by pizza hut and shes preparing for a trip to universal studios with her child. I overheard her telling a previous customer.PLEASE HEED TO MY WARNING, AS IT WILL SPARE YOUR FEELINGS AND TIME!!!!!!!!!!!! MANAGER PLEASE CONTACT ME SO THAT I CAN FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT.

Always get my hair done here by Heather. She knows how to get it to look right after it dries out even if it looks like a cow lick immediately after the trim.

Quality is overlooked in this place. 7-10 mins is all they take to cut your hair. Would not recommend anyone.

Great haircuts for men with great prices, however they seem very understaffed with only one person working everytime weve been there, waits get ridiculous and many people walk out instead of waiting..

Please never go here. They are 13$ cuts for a reason!! My hair isnt even even! I have to go home and fix this myself. I asked for a little above the shoulders. My hair doesnt reach my chin !!!
