As soon as I walked in the door, I felt right at home. The barbers were all very welcoming and nice. It was my first time getting an undercut and Chris was very attentive, professional and chill. He talked me through the process and it was a total success. He was amazing as were the other barbers. Amazing place with amazing people. Definitely recommend to swing by for an awesome experience.

Professional, prompt, and pleasant. Big Al is fantastic! Al came highly recommended to me by several friends and certainly delivered. Gave my son the best haircut of his life! He’s been getting compliments nonstop about how great his hair looks. My 6 year old son is very finicky and anxious while getting his haircut, fortunately AL made it look easy! Cut my hair as well and did a great job. I just moved back to the area and had my hair butchered by a stylist in portage, fortunately AL was able to correct all the mistakes to my hairline. Al books appointments through an app where you can clearly see his availability, makes things so simple and convenient for all. He wore a mask the entire time for our safety during the cut which I highly appreciate. Also people who are waiting for a cut have to wait outside to maintain social distance but the nice thing is they set up chairs right out front so it’s no burden. I appreciate their efforts to keep everyone safe and healthy in these uncertain times. I was able to speak briefly with some of his coworkers and all of them seem to be very pleasant and kind people. Overall it was a very good atmosphere and we felt very comfortable there. On top of being a superb Barber Al is very down to earth and pleasant which makes for good conversation. My son and I are already looking forward to our next appointments with big Al! If you’re looking for a highly skilled professional barber look no further.

Excellent service each visit! My family comes here all the time for their cuts! Always friendly and they never disappoint! We go to Blue the Barber and hes amazing with kids! He takes his time with them and that truly means a lot!

Always a clean welcoming atmosphere we go to Blue he does terrific clean cuts with great smelling products. My son likes that they play music & have a fun all machine.

I recently just started taking my son to this shop for the past 2 months ( every 2 weeks on the same day...Tuesday.) and there is no good customer service...I wasnt getting acknowledged when I came in and I always asked a certain barber would he be available the day prior and whenever I got there...no hello or anything.. No other barber acted as if they wanted to cut my sons hair which was very off putting. I felt embarrassed and foolish to even want to spend my money there and I couldnt get a ounce of respect. Today I went in and I refuse to go back. I started to reach out to address the problem but I cant spend my hard earned money there. Also they charge $15 for a childs haircut (age 2)! I would be fine with it if everything was nice..ie;workers, atmosphere, even the music. I was trying to make it work because of the convenience of there location from my sons school, but I live all the way out in Chesterton and to wait with no time limit or any type of talking to as Im waiting is not worth it. So this place has to get a thumbs down from me. I never do reviews but after the experience I had today with the 3 barbers that were present, I had to.

This place is very dirty, Chris the owner is the worst I sat there and watched him give three haircuts without switching the blade ones and when I called him out on it he act like it was no big deal I strongly recommend staying away from here unless you are dirty Like Chris

I was a walk in customer a couple weeks ago at this place! I waited about 2 hours to finally get a haircut! When my haircut was all done I was unhappy with it, my lining was pushed back like half an inch and my fade wasn’t even blended good! I will never go back here! Also maybe they don’t sanitize their equipment because I had a lot of bumpsSTAY AWAY!!

My sons both got nicked in the neck..on top of that it was packed and on top of that the barbers made my wait longer when they wanted to eat their lunches together. No seats were available and instead of the barbers getting some additional chairs..he says their in the back. So I had to get them.

The chick must not have cleaned or sanitized the clippers, because my son has bumps in his head and never had bumps in his head. His lining was jacked up too.

I have seen some nice cuts come from here. The owner is a good guy.

Rarri the barber and Christian are good barbers!! The owner is great he interacts with all the customers. Every one always ask me where I get my cut at. Complements, from females, & males all the time. Their so good I suggest make an appointment. They care about their clients. Quality cost!!! this ain’t ur average super cuts or sports clips. I been with Rari for almost 4 years. I recommend it.
