Best auto shop experience weve ever had! At 2:00 a.m. we got a flat tire and parked it out front at Als and called at 8:00 a.m. and they were done repairing two of our tires by 9:30! They were helpful, professional and did exactly what we asked. Nothing more nothing less! We were in and out and back on the road. Thanks so much for being amazing!

I have a odd tire size after calling many places I found them on Google not only do they have a new and used option they took me in immediately and it was extremely affordable. Great customer service these guys are very hard working and by the way they do more than tire changes I highly highly recommend them I will be going back for any future needs. Very, very helpful. Felt confident when we left Als.My colleague and I were driving a very long distance, to a conference.We had a tire, blow out on the turnpike, less than half a mile from the border, from Indiana, entering into Illinois. Als was great. We were stressed from the long drive and exponentially even more stressed, after the LONG, wait for AAA. But, while waiting for our new tires, as we didnt have a scheduled appointment...obviously. We chit chatted with people in the waiting room. They had been coming to Als place nearly 20 years, always pleased, never a problem. It was nice to hear the conversation between Al and this customers..as they asked Al when his son was getting married. Al proudly answered...next week! It was nice to see a locally owned, trusted, successful business!!Tires are great, in NO WAY did I feel taken advantage of, and all of the tire sensors worked perfectly.

This establishment is attentive and professional. After getting the run around at a bigger name tire shop I stopped here after hearing nothing but good things from my mother, sister, and people in the neighborhood. This place is the real deal and I was incredibly pleased with the service I received. Amazing customer service, honest explanation of adjustments being made to my vehicle, and knowledgeable. Had not driven my vehicle for a day and a half and had unfortunately woke up with low tire pressure in front left tire. I could not find a shop in the area that could quickly perform the repair but thankfully I found Als shop. Amazingly fast service! Place scammed in pricing.1st they told me it would be $60for a tire rotation and oil change$35 for the oil change$25 for the rotationWhen I told them I purchased the tires there and the rotation was supposed to be free .The oil change became $60 .First negative expiration there .

I had to get a tire quickly because mine had a bubble in it. I went in, and they took care of me quickly and at a great price! My used tire is like new, and I will most definitely returm!!!

I came across this place on my way back to Indiana. I had a nail in my tire and Jiffy Lube told me I needed to replace the whole tire. I took it to Als and they told me it could be fixed with a patch, which saved me a lot of money. I am so thankful for honest companies like Als that dont try to take your money. The gentlemen who work here are kind, honest, and do a great job. You also cant beat their prices. Its worth the trip! Ill be back if I ever need any work done.

Came here based on all the reviews i read, was looking for a shop that could install my new tires on my 19 staggered rohana wheels. Jr took care of me and assured me my rims would not get scratched. Went in the job was done in 45min and my rims were spotless! They also road forced balanced my set and my tires dont shake even at 85mph! Highly recommend professional place!

This tire shop has excellent customer service, quality service, and equipment. After researching tire shops, my brother and I decided to take his Chevy Camaro wheels to this tire shop because it has a touchless tire changer. I have a set of 21 inch factory wheels that have been damage from other tire shops from mounting. If you are a car enthusiast and do not like damage wheels, I would recommend this tire shop. The prices are reasonable and quality service. The technician has the skills and work ethics for tire repairs, mounting, and balancing. The shop is approximately 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Chicago. I will return in the future.

Al senior and his son Al junior are very nice people I believe they are now there 18 years at this location. I trust them and their opinion on tire repairs and new tire purchase. I had a slow leak on a brand new pick up truck tire a few years back. My wife was driving it at time and the tpms light came on I told her to take it to Al as she was just down the street I called him and told him she was coming and that it was a new truck he treated it as if it was his own a patch inside was needed because a small screw was found between tread the aluminum wheel was still as new too no marks or scratches I just purchased a set of new Cooper Evolutions in May for my sons suv got them for a great price and installation was neat and done in 45 minutes they always get my business and have earned my trust!
