The mechanic William very very professional I came in to get some work done on my car it took him one day to get the job done for the price I will definitely be going back to get more work done as I have 2 cars very affordable and quality work. Thanks you guys did a very awesome job. Control arm and my wheel bearings for under 5 I couldnt beat that.

I have used Todo Auto Repair several times. Each time they did an excellent job repairing my car. Usually same day service. Top notch repair each time. Their repairs are done right the first time. I am very happy with their repair services.

I had a back cat installed! Who ever welded did a poor job. Left a big gap . Water and dust was going inside. It was my first time there not mention the manager gave me a price of $120 and when the car was getting fix they changed the price to $180 . For sure will never return.

I had my vehicle serviced here on 9/12/2020 for new brake pads all around and an oil change. I arrived at noon, instantly watched my car being pulled into the garage and put on the lift. They quickly looked at my car and gave me a price and estimated time to finish. Price was a slightly high, but was worth it due to the speed and convenience. William was very pleasant. I will be coming back.

Don’t go anywhere else. This place is AMAZING.We are from Pennsylvania and we were driving back from Minnesota when our car started making a crazy thumping noise. We thought it was going to be crazy expensive and would take forever to fix, but it turns out that the tire rotation we had done before we left, the lug nuts weren’t properly torqued. They only charged us $40 and sent us on our merry way. They could have told us anything, but they were helpful and informative. I will always remember their professionalism and honesty.

Its was Okay friendly workers but prices are to high I think so I didnt have any service performed.

He charged my wife $220 dollars for a battery and cable when I told him it was the starter so after being overcharged for that he did the starter and no more issues but he charged her for the part not the labor he should have just did it for free bring your car in we will just guess till we get it right

Im very pleased with how they serviced my truck.

Brought my VW Beetle in because of a red temp light. They thought they found the fix but ultimately had to bring it back the next day because the red light came back on. I wasnt charged for the additional service that they said shouldve caught in the first place. William was the one that helped me through the whole process. He very professional and nice and made sure I left with a fixed car. This isnt the first time Ive brought my car to Todo, they have always done a great job.

Great customer service and efficient

Genuine people. Didnt get any repairs done yet, but the quote they gave me for one of the complex fixes on my car was very low. They beat my dealers quote by almost 30%. Really impressive and honest people. William was very kind and helpful.

Was promised my car would pass safety emissions for 580 dollars got my car back and the speedometer wasnt working and check engine light came back on my speedometer always worked till then they argued with me and fix that and the light again now i go to emissions and it wont pass he said it would after the 5 th time of not passing i take it back to him and he now says he never said it would pass witch was a lie and wont make it right

William the manager is responsive and knowledgeable. Prices are fair and service is prompt.

They was very unprofessional had little knowledge about my vehicle as far as what kind of oil it takes I would think if changing oil is your profession your specialty you would have answers I will not return to this location

Todo is a shop with good prices, as well as honest and through mechanics.I always test a mechanics honesty, and the guys at this place passed the test. Todo is my new spot where Im going to maintain the cars for my wife and I.

Went in for a simple oil change, came out with remote auto start and key issues. I addressed the issue with William and he blamed it on the keys battery. I took my car home and used the spare key. Both keys cannot lock, unlock, or auto start my car. Called William again and he did not even try to resolve the issue.Terrible experience...

In 13 years,this is the best shop Ive been to.The quality of their work and fair prices are second to none. Ill be taking my car there from now on.

They always take care on my car

Recently had a toyota celica repaired (cat converter) and sensors reset in order to prepare the car for emissions testing. The car itself after repairs still rattled when reversing. I also did not get a completed receipt from what Illinois emmisions tells me. I went back to todo auto and asked if the receipt could be properly fill out with my plate and vin#added as well as the work completed at the shop. I brought back my old receipt as well as proof Id gone. I dealt with william who would not provide the receipt if I didnt pay $20 to have it filled out. His explanation was that he would be using a new receipt in other words a piece of paper at this shop is 20 dollars. I asked if he could edit the old receipt in that case. All he wrote was that the convert was repaired. As I asked to have it initialed by him to prove it was not written by me he refused and said it was not his problem and I needed to pay the 20 dollars. Although it may not be a lot of money the customer service was terrible and lacked professionalism. He didnt even call his manager when I asked please go else where if emissions test need to be performed on your car bc this shop will not help you even though they did the repairs. The owner/managers response is a joke. There were no additional test to be provided as I had no check engine light on. I also did not for any other work or test.I wanted a receipt of work completed at the shop and was told it was to be $20 for a piece of paper as william pulled a receipt book showing the numbered receipts. It was not for additional work. My car does not need any other work or tests. I did purchase the cat converter new on AMAZON bc it is much more economical. There were no other other mechanics that worked on the car since the cat converter was installed as the converter needs to be welded not just anyone has the tools necessary to do the work and I am not a mechanic.. Thats truly sad that a owner would go to these lengths to lie over 20 dollars and a receipt. Attached is a pic blacked out is personal info. As you can see he refused to initial what he wrote making it look like I edited it myself trying to force me to spend 20 for a new receipt.
