I have gone to many dentist over the years but parkway Dental is the best. They are kind, understanding and make you feel at easy the whole time they are working on you teeth. I recommend them to anyone who wants an understanding dentist and her team. Great easy visit.

Ive gotten two cleanings so far here, and both hygienists were so friendly and didnt make me feel guilty at my very first appointment for my broken root canal or tartar buildup. When it came time for the dentist to pull my tooth, he wasnt able to get it (it was bad!) and my money was returned. Their office is also clean and quiet. I definitely recommend!

Haven’t been to the dentist in 10+years, decided to go here. Glad I did, much respect to the workers they were efficient, great, understood my situation and were able to accommodate to it. The care was great as well, very knowledgeable and explained the process of procedures efficiently.

My hygienist is one of the best, I’ve been seeing her for several years now and does a great job. Always keeps you smiling bright literally and figuratively.

This was my first visit. Starting with the phone call I made, the man Rich was very nice on the phone. He actually got me in the same day. The Dentist and her assistant were so efficient, kind and attentive I couldn’t believe it. I have been to other dentist who are rude and mean. I also have had really bad experiences at other places. I found this place to be clean, have great equipment and follow all the guidelines for Covid. They were so polite, understanding and caring. I will definitely be returning for my next cleaning and I actually will be relaxed knowing just how I was treated today.Excellent service and treatment.Bette Allen

Dr. MAMTA PATEL is very unprofessional more than half way through my clear correct treatment she was constantly changing my appointments and not returning my phone calls when I had issues with my teeth. I left a 1 star review and now she is upset and refusing to see me when no other provider would accept my case and I paid thousands of dollars.. This lady does not care about healthy smiles it is false advertisement. She is rude and ignores you.

I had a crown come off on a Sunday night. They were able to get me in on Monday morning. Dr. Sran was very nice and efficient. Took X-rays just to be sure. Liz, Rich, and Kait are also great! I travel from Middletown because I really value the quality of care I get at Parkway Dental!

This is surely a great place. Everybody was friendly,. I was happy with customer service. The dental hygienist was friendly she made me feel very comfortable she even gave me a soothing lotion to apply to my hands while cleaning my teeth which made my hands feel nice and soft. The dentist was remarkable, she explained everything well and kept asking me if I was okay.. they are covid-19 safe. I was very happy I with Parkway Dental. 😁😁🎉🎉

This was my first visit to Parkway Dental and it was terrific. Working with office mgr Rich, dental assistant Liz and Dr. Povich was easy, pleasant and efficient. Check in was on time. This initial visit was to be both an evaluation inspection for them and a cleaning for me. After taking X-rays Dr.Povich nicely suggested we address a few items then and there and put off the cleaning to another time. I felt so at ease I agreed. Dr. Povichs touch was great and with Lizs extra hands I was treated for two issues quickly and without pain. If you find yourself in need of dental help, check them out. You wont regret it. Honest true.

Most people hate going to the dentist but I absolutely LOVE going to the dentist and its because of Parkway Dental! The staff is amazing, you feel comfortable, they are COVID SAFE and you get an amazing hand pampering with lotion and plastic gloves on while you sit back and have a great dental experience. I enjoy the time they take to explain what youre getting done and show you on screen so you can better understand by seeing what they say.

Inside is very nice and clean hand sanitizer is at the front desk to use. Restroom is there for you to use. My temperature was taken by Rich who is a nice man to talk with and help me out when in need. It would have been nice if the assistant technician introduced herself. There were some little discomfort during the X-rays and cleaning. Hope my next visit will be better next time.Second visit went well. Rich told me temperature. Its nice and clean inside waiting room and hand sanitizer is available for your use if like. The assistant is very friendly, nice, sweet and easy to talk with. The assistant explained to rise my left hand if I felt any pain during my dental cleaning. The dentist is nice and friendly. Rich is nice and friendly hell take good care of you at the front desk. My son had his first appointment at Parkway Dental yesterday and his experience couldnt have been better! The clinical staff was great and Dr. Povich is amazing, she made him feel completely at ease during the procedure and answered all of his questions. I did my research before switching from Aspen dental. Let me tell you...A+++ service from the beginning with my phone call to schedule the appointment and when I arrived there..no waiting and the entire environment was clean and welcoming. The entire staff made me feel at home and especially safe in lieu of the Covid situation. Reasonable prices as well..My home based dental home. Cudos!!

My office visit started out very well. Everyone seemed friendly and considerate. I came in with an ongoing infection that prevented me from sleeping and eating. The dentist Povich had to refer me to a specialist because they couldn’t fix a root canal there. Dentist Povich would not give me anything for the infection or the pain. That seemed unusual.When I tried to make an appointment with a specialist, they were not available for 2 weeks!!!I went back to ask her again to help with my pain and the swelling. She refused to prescribe even an antibiotic for the inflammation. I literally begged her because of the pain I was in. She won’t budge.Later that day I had to go to an emergency clinic because of all the pain and swelling.The doctor at that clinic was shocked that the dentist Povich didn’t prescribe anything to treat my inflammation. After she examined me, she confirmed the infection and prescribed antibiotics.The dentist Povich does not have any consideration or empathy for their patients. They only want kick backs from the referrals that they make.I would never go back and I strongly advise you not to go there as well.

The staff was very pleasant to work with, gave pricing up front .. before work began. Dr. Patel explained everything pros and cons of treatment and possible outcomes. She has a gentle touch, was quick and paid attention to detail. I dont really like dental visits but this was great!

I went in for a simple tooth repair and was told I need work on 7-8 other teeth. I go forward with the repairs and now cant chew on either side of my mouth. I have went back numerous times only to be told there is no problem (even though I am in pain and cant chew food properly). There are no other dentist in the practice for a second opinion as the seasoned dentist is now gone, leaving the newbie dentist for our only option. I am looking for a new dentist all while hungry (and hangry). Stick to cleanings and routine visits when dealing with this dental office.

There was no experience! They cancelled my appointment on 9/25 I scheduled time off from work for appointment. So I am going to have my records transferred to another dentist and will no longer be a patient of Parkway Dental! You also denied my husband service his last visit and he will more than likely be leaving your practice as well! You cant mistreat people!

Office is very clean and updated. The front desk girl and dental assistant were so friendly and professional. I went in to fix a chipped tooth, Dr. Patel who is actually the practice owner did a beautiful job. Dr. Patel told me she bought the practice from the previous doctor 2 yrs ago. She was so nice, explained every step and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process.

Everyone just makes you feel at home. You can go in and engage in conversation with everyone. They really take care of there customers and educate them on dental hygiene.

I love Parkway Dental!! (And who can REALLY say that about going to the dentist??!) The staff is professional, friendly, and always makes me feel comfortable. The dentists are knowledgable and never try to talk you into something you’re not comfortable with. My husband and I started coming here years ago when we moved to the area. They are friendly, tolerant of anxiety I had based on my experiences. That anxiety is soon to go away due to their great attentiveness. My daughter has been seen at Parkway Dental since the age of two and she is now 9. They are prompt, friendly and make sure as a parent you know what is going on with your child. The business changed hands and the service is still the same.

I’ve been a patient at parkway dental for at least 4 years and have since moved out of the greater new haven area. I continue to choose parkway dental as my dental provider because of the outstanding service by all staff. When Dr. Gomes sold the practice I was worried, however, both Dr. Patel and Dr. LoPresti have maintained the standard of quality I’ve come to expect from parkway dental. They take their time with patients to answer questions, always explain the rationale for needed procedures and do not push unnecessary treatments; I have the upmost confidence in the dental care I receive from them. The office staff and dental hygienists are friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is pristine regarding cleanliness and it is clear they keep up regarding the latest technology in dentistry. Highly recommend!

Kait is still the best! She’s really sweet and personable. We always end up talking before my cleaning and she creates a comfortable environment. The new doctor there is also very nice, even if I only see her for a few minutes. Protocols for covid are held to standard and the place is very clean. Never had any issues here! Great for cleanings, xrays and getting work done. Some dentists try to scam you into getting work done or not being trustworthy (it’s been very hard for me to find a reliable one over the years) but that’s not the case here, very professional and will continue going back!
