Weve been coming here for years with the whole family. The girls that work here are awesome - friendly, efficient and talented. Most of them have been here for a long time. We wouldnt consider going to another location because, as my boys say This is OUR Supercuts!

I have gone to other places to get my eyebrows waxed. But this supercuts location always makes them look great and the employees are always very friendly.

This place has really gone down hill ! They don’t mind making you wait past your appointment start time, but if you happen to show up a few mins late they can’t serve you !

Leah is my favorite. She always listens and has never let me down. She has been cutting my hair & doing highlights for a few years.

I been going to this Supercuts for the past 6yrs. Very few and rare times, do I ever get a bad haircut. I been to the one in Blasdell and Derby and this is the best one to go too. Sure checking online does not guarantee an immediate spot in line, but I never wait over 15 minutes. It even says on the online app that it doesnt count as a reservation. Just that its easier to check in without waiting in line and bother them while they are cutting someones hair. They are super nice and defiantly professional. Thanks.

I’ve been taking my family there for about a year now. My 2 year old, my wife and myself all get cuts here. Yulia has been our girl since the first time. She’s great. Never a bad haircut and always a reasonable price.

I called the wrong Super Courts,and the beauty shop took me in,,,,more people should be as gracious as the Hamburg Super Cuts,,,wonderful experience..

Really messed up my hair...if you dont know how to cut hair as per customer...dont cut it...no response back from manager either...they only cut your hair the way they want to...awful...wont go back or promote this place

Only waited a short time got a nice cut, girl was friendly and cut it the way I wanted.

My hair was down to my lower back and i asked for 2 inches off and it’s up to my shoulders. then i asked for the front little pieces to frame my face. NOW I HAVE BANGS UP TO MY CHEEK STRAIGHT ACROSS.

Sooo thankful for Jen! She fixed a terrible cut I got done at another Supercuts location! She was super friendly and was able to make my hair something I could at least go out of the house with (yes that’s how bad it was!)

I just got my hair cut here. They were nice. The girl that cut my hair rushed my cut. I wanted a pretty simple side part with a really tight fade on the sides. I even showed her a photo of what I wanted but I think shes too used to buzzing old men. Of course, Im one of those douche bags that usually goes to a salon. I came here because Im visiting family near by. Even the price was too high to warrant the lower quality. I definitely dont mind spending an extra $5 to get someone to take their time and actually care about what their doing. A douche bag, I will remain. Thank you.

Super meal, not like all the rest, they make all lot of diffent, dishes, crab legs keep coming out, warm, friendly, clean, good parking, I stop every time I can, but not cheap, I think around 17.00 with no extras tea milk pop .extra but its not a ever day stop, once every 5 month or so, I look to do it,

Took way too long to get in. Youd figure they open at 9, so they would have already counted the register and logged in. But nope. Didnt start cutting hair until 930 with a line of 8 people. Theres also no point of checking in online as they make you wait anyways. ... Avoid this location, the one in Blasdell is much better.

Awful, save your money and go someplace else. Last 2 times I went they rushed through and messed up my sons hair. There are good stylists there, but very few and far between, so you roll the dice every time you go.

Recently got my hair cut here. 2/2 times with my last two haircuts theyve messed it up. When a customer says medium fade you dont give them a high and tight. Its a simple hair cut. Yet these armatures dont know how to tell the difference. Rather waste the gas and go to different location.
