I literally spent almost 2 hours calling different towing companies to get my vehicle towed when it broke down on side of the road. I called Julmar Towing and within 10 to 15 minutes a truck n driver we’re at my location to assist me in my time of need. The driver, I’m horrible w/names and don’t remember his, was professional and courteous. I really felt like my vehicle was being handled w/care. He explained what he was doing and why as he attached my vehicle to the tow truck. The bonus was I enjoyed our conversation as we rode instead of just riding and dealing with an awkward silence. My car suddenly stopped working while I was out and and we tried everything to get the battery up and running again but it d work. When we called them late at night they were there to attend to us and made it in the exact time they said they would. I first called AAA at 2:30pm and was told 60mins, then i was told 120mins. No call back or text so at 6:30pm I called statefarm roadside and was told 60mins; they texted me with an eta but that failed too. 60mins turned into another 120mins. I finally started looking for a nearby tow company and came across Julmar Towing and they showed up exactly when they said they were going to show(20-30mins). I was on the side of the road on 595 My tire on my work van was flat and had no way to get home. Julmar towing was there to help. He was passing by and stoped to tow my van to my house. I wasn’t sure if you would be able to tow my car because about a few months prior someone else tried to lift my car with the same style of tow truck and did not succeed but The difference was that the other tow trucks have automatic arms therefore there was less adjustment capability to be able to take my vehicle. He had all the right equipment and was able to tow with no problem. He had a great price, very knowledgeable, and very friendly.

Julmar Towing Company will help you get out of the road as soon as possible and as fast as possible 24hours. So based on our experience, we got problem on our car and it was sunday afternoon in Miami. We look on the internet for towing companies and tried calling Julmar Towing. He arrived in our location not more than 15mins. Before he put bars on our car he ask first what is the problem of our car the. He tried fixing it. But it was an electronic problem so we need to bring our car in the shop. So we already find a mechanic but he said he’s worried because the mechanic might not fix it asap since we have to go back to orlando on the same day because we still have flight going back to Virginia, so what he did since we just rent the car, he find a way for us to make it going back to orlando on rhe same day, so he keep calling our rental company car if there is affiliated in miami so we can just drop the car and get another one but it wasn’t possible. So he tried calling repair shops if there is a mechanic who can fix our car on a sunday afternoon. And while on our way to the first mechanic that we search we keep on stopping on repair shops to check if their is a mechanic available to fix our car. To the point that we already ask if he can take us back to orlando since we still have flight on the next day morning, and then he said, “I don’t want you’ll to missed your flight so if we can’t find someone who can fix your car i’ll just take you back to orlando. But luckly we found someone who can fix our car, i cant remember what repairing shop was that, and to the man who fix our car! SALUTE!!! PEOPLE LISTEN. IF YOU ARE WORRIED THE TOWING IS EXPENSIVE, THEIR JOB IS HARD, THEY HAVE TO LIFF ALL THOSE BARS TO JUST TAKE YOUR CAR AWAY ON THE ROADSIDE. AND LUCKLY WE CALLED JULMAR TOWING BECAUSE MR. JULMAR IS THE NICEST PERSON IVE EVER MET AND VERY HELPFUL. HE’S DOING HIS JOB GREAT! HE WAS OUR HERO WHEN WE WERE IN MIAMI. THANKYOU JULMAR TOWING COMPANY! To Mr. Julmar, we are already in orlando!
