I came here from New York for a few days and parked the car in the visitor parking lot as usual. They towed the vehicle saying it wasnt possible to park like this, I think about back-in parking(there is a license plate on the front and back of the vehicle also).These excellent workers tow away the car with activ handbrake, and now the ABS DOESNT WORK. even I have to pay $ 240 for the great service!Nowhere a sign which one says no back-in parking!

Hello, This company illegal towed my car off my apartment property. On April 15th Friday morning, around 11 am, I’ve lived in my apartment 4 months now, on my lease it says that I have to have a parking decal on my car. My car has had that parking decal on my front dash board very visible for 4 months now. Since the first day I moved in my car has had this decal. My car has never been towed because I have this decal visible. So on the morning of April 15th Thursday, I walked outside of my front door, we have a drive up entrance where u can literally drive up to our apartment, there’s just a door separating the parking area and your individual apartment. (Like a duplex, picture a duplex). I noticed my car was not there where is usually parked. So, I’m shocked!! I immediately called the number that’s in front of my apartment which is the towing company that my apartments use. Which is the number listed above to see if they would know anything. My second call was to the police. Back to the first call, the first call I made was again to the number above which is the number listed in front of my apartment building as the towing company they use for my apartments. So as I call, someone picks up A man named “chino” answered the phone and said hello “all ways towing and storage” . I said hello, gave him my name and proceed to ask, if they had my vehicle. I described the vehicle, it is a “2014 Mazda 4 door,”. He said let me check my system, I don’t have your car here. I haven’t gotten any request to your apartment building. Long story short he assured me they didn’t have the car. He also told me there was a power outage last night, ( I live two minutes away from their address, there was no power outrage in the area) anyways, he said there was an outrage and that’s how he is 100% sure that nobody brought in any Mazda of any kind that day or the day before. He checked all of his locations, and he even told me that his driver was not there so that’s how he is completely positive that my car isn’t there. So moving on, I say okay no problem, I call the police, because now it appears my car has been stolen. So the police officer showed up to my place, took my information within 5 minutes she was able to track my car and told me that it had been towed, to the above address. ( ALL-WAYS TOWING & STORAGE)! So moving on, now I’m furious at this point because I was just assured not once not twice but about 5 times on about 4-5 different calls with the same employee “chino” from all ways towing that my car wasn’t there. So the police officer confirmed it was there so I proceed to call the towing company back . Again chino answered the phone, I told him I just literally left with the police officer she told me my car is definitely at your place of work she provided my your address. He said “your car is not here, I’ve checked both my systems, no Mazda has been brought in,” He was extremely rude by the way and also hung up on about 3 times so I’m just shortening the conversation right now. I can’t even verbally explain how rude he was. So the same employee chino after he hung up on me for the third time, I called back, he assured me the police officer gave me the wrong information. The freaking police officer!!! This employee at a freaking towing company is telling me that the Fort Lauderdale police is wrong... crazy right ? I’m not done. So now I have no choice but to call my financial company that I finance my car through. I called explained the situation, she told me ( the woman that Works at my dealership that I brought the car from) that not only could she track my car but she..TO FINISH THE REVIEW PLEASE GO TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WHERE I LISTED THE ENTIRE REVIEW ON THEIR WEBSITE BECAUSE ITS TOO LONG FOR GOOGLE. Horrible experience with this company.Marcos unlocked my truck in seconds which is why All-Ways towing gets two stars instead of one.I tried to Zelle Marcos Aguilar through my Chase account and the payment wasn’t going through.After trying twice, (the first time with a $5 tip), I Zelled him through my Suntrust account.That immediately went though and I told him if he receives the two payments from Chase to please send it back. He said okay.He only sent back one payment and now I am chasing him down to send back the second one.It has been 6 days and the money still isn’t back in my account.

I understand that this is a business and that they are a tow company. But the way I have been treating here is beyond unsatisfactory. I had my vehicle picked up. I called around several times attempting to get someone on the phone I was told that I have to call in advance to get the vehicle out of the yard. I get that part. But I scheduled an appointment and still had to wait 2 hours. I called their headquarters and got the run around. I have been here since 9:15am. It’s it’s now 11:10 and no one has even come by. I had to call the property manager for my complex and he was finally able to get someone on the line and they lied to him as well. 20 minutes. 20 minutes. 20 minutes. No luck. I missed my doctors appointment and spent money on a tow truck to get the vehicle returned to my property safely. Just being the least bit courteous in regards to someone’s time. Transparency and honesty. I have no problem with the tow. Honest mistake but the hoops and hurdles that I had to go through to get my vehicle out when I have several methods of payment available to attempt to accommodate still no avail. I have photos and screenshots of me speaking to a live person and still being lied to.

They tow your car even when you have proper parking card. Then deny its in car

This company is one of the worse companies I have ever work for, Every Truck they ever put me in broke down except the new one and then they got upset because a gate at a private community came slamming close and wrecked the truck. They tried to rip me off when I got injured and the truck kept breaking down. I got in an accident with a Tow truck and the so called owner tried to make it seem as if it was my fault and told me if I sue the property management company he would help them sue me. Well it never work the Property Management company settled out of court for $75,000 and admitting fault in there gate and I then went after Always Towing because they claim all the drivers where contractors but they were taking taxes out of our check and failed to get unemployment insurance (yes I reported them) and they got fined. The so called owner and his wife sat across from a table and vowed he would never pay a penny to my law suit and when I walked out of that meeting (with a smile on my face) he settled.... SMH. Ive worked for some shady companies but this one cut the cake. Lesson I learned is never trust a towing company

I waited 6.5 hours for the tow truck to show up. I was assigned to them by Triple AAA. They kept pushing the time back over and over again for hours, then never even showed up. Even when they guaranteed someone would come pick me up by 6:30PM the latest. I requested a tow at noon. I wasted my entire day waiting for them. Beware this company at all cost!!

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with in life. They illegally towed my employees car that was authorized to be parked in a particular area. Then lied when asked whom authorized the tow. When I asked or tried to figure out how to remedy the situation a gentleman by the name of Chino who was handling the calls was very rude and nasty while speaking to me. It cost $130 to get the car that nobody authorized to tow back. Just a terrible experience overall. Coincidently towed my car before in Hollywood by my daughters school Hollywood Central and had me and my daughter stranded. Just a horrible heartless company with no morals and no respect for anyone. I urge everyone to please stay away from this trash.

They towed my car from Hollywood’s Downtown and took it to their location in Pembroke Park. Then, they didn’t pick up the phone for more than 30 minutes. Once I arrived to their location, the lady who takes the calls told me that someone will go out and let me get in; but it took almost 45 minutes to them to do that and we were out in a dark street at 11PM.Their main issues seems to be with the lady tha take the calls. The guy who charged me (Dominican guy) was very professional.

After my motorcycle broke down on 595 i called my ins company ( i have road side with them ) they selected this people to give me a tow, after 2 hour of waiting and every time i called they told me it would be 45 minutes, the driver who spoke really bad english ask me where was I, i asked him why the company did not tell him where I was, I had giving them my location, so i had to give him direction then i asked him where was he, when he gave me his location he was, he was about 40 minutes away.after waiting for 2.5 hours i was not going to wait any more i got on google and got a tow truck that pick me up in 20 minutes and charge me 60 less that this people wanted to.if u have all day to wait and are willing to pay more give this guys a call

This “company” needs to be reported to the BBB!!! They pulled up to an ELEMENTARY SCHOOL that did not have any “no parking” signs or anything and they just started towing cars!!! ON THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL.!! Parents who were inside for only about five minutes had their cars towed!!!! Then when they tried to find out where their cars were they had to call all over the place. I’ve never heard of a more despicable company and they should truly be ashamed and be put out of business. I will definitely be reporting to the BBB.

This company towed my mom’s rental car which was parked in HER DRIVEWAY that she pays mortgage for. At first we thought it was stolen however the cops said it was towed around 1am in the morning. When I called to get the car back, the employee was beyond rude and demanded that I paid $155.52. I asked why are we being charged for a car that’s not illegally parked. It’s on her property in the driveway. He said the rental did not have a decal. We are all lost because no one has decals and we’ve lived here all my 25 years of living. At this point, we are going to pay the money to get the car out now however bright and early Monday morning, we will be filing a lawsuit against them. Worst company ever!

I dont know about the company itself but what i do know is that one day i was driving and 1 of their drivers was driving so reckless, weaving in and out of traffic. He finally came to a red light and he stopped. Few seconds after, he went through the red light. I guess he was in a hurry and couldnt wait for the green light. With drivers like that, its never safe on the road. This is not how you represent any company. I did call the company and reported this driver. I dont know if they reprimand him or not ...

All-Ways Towing damaged the transmission shift linkage when they towed my truck then put me on hold 4 times when I called them about it only to deny it was them. It is common practice to disconnect the linkage in order for the tow truck operator to be able to put the vehicle in natural so it can be towed. This operator did this incorrectly damaging the shift linkage at the transmission. I will also be filling a report with the Department Of Business And Professional Regulation.

Horrible service and business, not only the dispatcher but the driver too, stood for 45 minutes waiting after all information was provided just to get a call and them saying “no” after driving by me, would not suggest anyone to use this service.

This company tows illegally cars and also damages them while doing so, due to reckless tow drivers, which are speeding, and probably careless hocking up and careless releasing of the car. I suggest everyone being screwed by this company to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and also consider to follow up with civil law suits. Please keep checking the reviews for an update, as I am considering a class action law suit against this company and I will eventually post the lawyers contact info here if you would like to inform yourself and want to join the law suit.

I called 30 minutes after my car was towed. I was assured somebody will be at the parking lot to charge and give me the car. I waited one hour an a half and called 3 times while the answer was we will send somebody to attend. nobody showed up and nobody answered anymore. If tomorrow I will be charged for another day I will sue.

These horrible scammers do illegal tows dropping off your car anywhere INSTEAD of back to the lot. They were at Hollywood Central Elementary towing all cars of parents dropping of their kids to school on first day of school! They OVERcharging all parents who many lost their jobs not being able to make it to work without a car. They have noone at the lot to even give you your car. I was at a 711 in Fort Lauderdale when there driver showed up to pick up another vehicle, however blocking me in so I can’t get out.When I approached the driver of the tow truck started yelling screaming cursing threatening etc. call the company got an excuse of you are allowed to block other vehiclesAfter reading the reviews down below it was time that I put this comment up as well

Asked for a tow because my wife and I were tipsy and requested them to tow our vehicle. Unfortunately the driver was very rough with my Mercedes-Benz and not only tore the leather but scratched the paint causing over $5000 in repairs. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Ever. My brand new 2020 truck was removed from a private apartment complex i went to pick my truck up that i had detailed the day prior to being towed only arrive at the tow lot not only was there grease and dirt all over my truck doors my floor matt was covered with dirt and mud they also scratch my door panel and outside paint when trying to get in the vehicle.the driver first denied even going in the vehicle which later changed I had a spare key in my glove box that turned up missing.I asked to file a property damaged report they left me standing at the widow so i returned to back where my truck was located to be rudly told to remove my truck or it will be drug out to road real scumbags move they are total crooks and meed to be shut down

This company obviously takes advantage of the consumer to a point of charging astronomical amounts to unknowing customers. How they remain in business is unknown. A few miles for towing a tractor trailer and charged $1700 which would normally be around $400. They dont take credit cards over the phone and all of a sudden when a credit card is used at their location, now it only takes debit. This company is a complete rip off. If anyone is looking for towing service stay well away from this business as they prey on unsuspecting consumers and then hold your vehicle until you pay. They could care less about you. All about ripping people off.

This company illegally towed my car while I was permitted to park, then told me they would call me back when I explained the situation over the phone. We never got a call back. After I called for the 3rd time I was told I had no choice but to pay the $120. I went to the lot and handed them my credit card, to which I was told they only accept cash. I was not advised of this during any of our phone conversations, and per the Consumer Bill of Rights, on their wall, they must accept payment in the form of cash, credit card, or debit card. If the machine isnt working, they have to call it in, and if that doesnt work they must release the vehicle. These people do not care about laws and rules. They care about making money by illegally towing anyone they can. Even HPD had horrible things to say about them when we filed our incident report.

Prompt service by driver, intentionally FALSE information from office when you call. When I called for service I was asked the location of the vehicle and where it would be towed and was told youre looking at about $85. When they dropped off the vehicle my total was $140. (1) They failed to mention that $85 was the hook up fee and it was $5 a mile. (2) I used my GPS and even the longest route was 9 miles which would have been ($45). 85 + 45 does not equal $140. (I took a route that was about 7 miles). This place is a scam, they are fast talkers and purposely leave out information. When I called to complain I got Oh, I didnt tell you? . . are you going to put on your cute voice now... REALLY?? yea right.... needless to say I paid the $140 just to get them out of my presence.

The worst experience ever with a towing company!! The man who answered my call was so nasty, and when i hang up my phone he called me back to curse me out for hanging up on him and he cancelled my towing! They hooked my car up while I was unloading groceries at my complex.im running down the stairs groceries in hand as they hook it up.I ask them to take it off as I had literally left the car about 20 seconds ago, they ask for $60 I say ok but they only take cash aka (your getting finnessed) I only have 50 on me so they dont take it then he proceeds to tow my car to the lot and charge me double. Where is the NEGATIVE stars?Last night My car was towed from my apartment parking lot which I have a decal showing I live there. Their reason why they towed me is that they are contracted by the building next door to us and stated that I was unauthorized to park. Correct there are signs on the mans building saying unauthorized parking will be towed but I park nowhere near those signs/building nor was I blocking a fire exit, a persons home or inconvenience anybody since I ask my neighbors if its okay if I park behind them until a guest spot opened up. I have pictures and they have pictures as well that indicate that I am correct and I should not have been towed which they agreed but they still made me pay after 2 hours of going back and forth. When it was time to pay the hundred plus dollars their credit card machine all of a sudden wasnt working so they wanted us to pay cash which we said no, we told him to call it in and they additionally added more money because he charged as credit not debit.These guys are scammers...SEE YOU IN COURT!

Allways Towing and Storage illegally towed my car from private property. I had to pay to get my car back. I went back the next day to demand a refund. The lady I spoke to was rude and told me I would not be getting a refund. I ended up having to sue them in court. I won my suit against them and was awarded damages, costs, and fees totaling around $2K. If Allways Towing and Storage illegally towed your car, sue them!

I am elated with this towing company. I know, this must not be real...who loves a towing company. Heres why...My buddy and his wife, on their anniversary, not big drinkers, had the time of their livers and some of the best wine in the world and the Food and Wine Festival at the Fountain Blue. They asked me what to do...I told them and they listened. All-ways Towing came to Miami Beach, hooked up the Lexus, drove the couple and their car back to Fort Lauderdale for $125. That is what Im talking about. LOL.

Paid a lot of money for parking my car where all of the other employees park - not fair. Feeling sad about this and now I have no money to go back home :(

I called them when I was locked out of my car everything was locked inside my wallet my phone everything,I had to have a family member call them they came out right away it was late at night so I was very grateful for their help. Great customer service love these guys my hero!!!!

I get my car towed from WEST MIRAMAR (west of 75) ALL THE WAY to HALLANDALE. Then when I get my car back and drive home to get out, my DOOR HANDLE is GONE. They have absolutely no moral whatsoever and when I questioned the OWNER, he LIED to me in my face. I asked how they got into my car, he said slim jim (which was a lie, because I could see the missing plasti-dip where he inserted the bag to pump with air and push the door open), then in the middle of the story, completely changed it up and said his guy didnt even go into the car at all because there was no need to. COMPLETELY UNETHICAL AND IMMORAL. DO NOT DO BUSINESS

I hope all ways goes out of business as soon as possible. They do a dis-service to the community, and are predatory ruthless criminals that call themselves a company. I recently came to hollywood (my 1st mistake) and mistakenly parked in a lot that all ways towes. Un beknowst to me, because wells fargo is right next door and it looks like it is theri parking lot.(duh, im from out of town) All ways.monitors the lot on a minute to minute basis looking for suckers like me, who think that they can park some place for 10 minutes. to go to a bank. what loosers.., look out folks hang on to your cars! these guys are watching 24/.7.

Towed our car, broke the passenger door handle off and said it was like that when they got there. Scum of the earth.

Scammers. Beware when parking in Downtown Hollywood. Make sure you look behind parked bands and junk cars for Tow Away signs.

They tow my car in front of my store and expect me to pay $380 to get it back RIP OFF Company plus very rude bad customer service ...Companies outthere dont work with this stupid company.

Horrible!!!! Called for a lockout service, waited more than two and half hours (the last hour of which Id checked in over several calls to make sure someone was coming,) only to find out on my last call 2.5 hours later that no one was coming or planning on coming! The gist of their explanation was something to the effect of their driver not wanting to do a lockout call... ! If that were the case I shouldve been told that from the beginning! Insane

Terrible made me wait 4 hours to get a tow . And then when you call they say 20 minutes .20minutes . And adds up to be 4 hours.

Trash service, trash people . Towed my car but didn’t realize it was awd and destroyed my tires.
