Love the service... Everything I call they are very courteous and helpful. We particularly deal with Michelle; she is awesome!

My mother authorized a one-time payment from her debit card for me because I only had cash the day. Mike Campbells office, after being aware of the ONE-TIME payment proceeded to withdraw money from my mothers bank for MY insurance policy for 2 months before we caught it. When I requested they reimburse my mother, their response was for me to pay my mom, although it was one agent inparticular, whom I have yet to hear, I apologize, its my mistake I never removed your mothers debit card on file. My February 2018 invoice they just sent that still has my mother and my name, after her name should have no associaton with my bill statements. PAY ATTENTION AGENTS, (Not you Michelle, loved your customer service)

They are the best I have them for 13yrs and there costumer service is for sure a 5 star no matter when you call or for what you call they take you right away and with courtesy
