I move to FL from CA and had to pick an agent in FL to make the changes. I picked one close to my new house and Brandon was very nice and helpful until I told him the rate is doubling and I am switching to GEICO and asked him to cancel my State Farm Policy. He responded and said I will cancel your policy. A week later I checked my policy online and it was still active. When I contacted him, he said I have to go back to the CA agent. My multiple requests as to why I wasnt told that at the time went unanswered. My agent in CA, cancelled the policy in minutes and back dated it to the date I had sent the request.I love State Farm and have had policies with them since 1982 I guess Brandon is just a bad apple.

This office is very unprofessional, I called several times no one ever call me back in regards to my bill. every time my monthly payment changed when I request to talk to the billing department I was told that they are the only one who are allowed to talk to them not the customers. Im very disappointed about statefarm and I have doing business with them for years. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Im still looking for another insurance company at this moment for better service.

Have had State Farm for years but this office has been really hard to communicate with. No answers, no returned calls, etc.. Im changing my insurance company for better service
