Upon walking in the owner had his bare feet propped up on the desk wiggling his toes while asking what we needed in a very rude tone as if we were bothering him. I came in for a gel manicure for myself, a gel manicure for my daughter and a pedicure for my other daughter. The establishment was very dirty and the owner demanded loudly I wash my hands before touching the sign in screen when the two people who walked in before me touched it without washing their hands. When I asked why they did not have to wash theirs he ignored me. After washing my hands I asked him why he did not clean the screen before I touched it since the customers before me had touched it without washing their hands and I was ignored once again. We were on a tight schedule so we stayed to do our nails and I regret it. He was unprofessional making rude comments and my daughters toes which were supposed to be a solid white came out lighter than expected and we were told to leave as they were “dry” we were told. By the time we got to the car they were messed up as they were not “dry”. I asked the owner to discount us on a gel pedicure to fix them because it was their mistake and he yelled over me not allowing me to speak saying “you get what you get” refusing to accommodate us and laughing at us as we walked out. Never again. Also they overcharged us so all the way around the board I feel like I was jipped on what should’ve been a relaxing experience.

I felt he did not try his best to provide quality service at all. I left the shop but return because it wasn’t what I wanted. I expressed I didn’t like the shape of my nails. And I am willing to pay to fix the shape of my nails. He does one hand and he cuts the side of thumb. I told him he cut my thumb and he went crazy on me. All I wanted was the something to stop the bleeding. The customer that was in the nail shop recorded this interaction. She waited for me to leave to make sure I was okay. I greatly appreciate her for recording and being there. I never had a bad experience such as this…. Don’t worry I will never go back to Luxury Nail & Spa

This was the strangest experience I have ever had. I wanted very simple acrylic nails. All nails the same single color. No ombré. The pinky nail would be a different color. I asked if they would paint the underside of my nails with gel color (it makes it shinier and looks less dirty over time). They said they didn’t do that.I said that was fine and we could just do the tops. I said this with a smile. At this point I was told repeatedly that they didn’t want to do my nails at all because they didn’t believe I would be happy with them when they were done. I insisted that the tops were fine and there was nothing I wouldn’t like because it’s just a single color, not complicated. He continued to tell me I would be unhappy. I even offered to pay for the nails before he did them, I just really needed my nails done. He still refused. It was extremely embarrassing. I was very polite and treated poorly.Well guess what? Now I am unhappy and you’re getting a bad review. Had you just not insisted on telling me what I wanted and how I was going to feel, you would have just made money and moved on.I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place and will make sure NO ONE I know goes here.

I came in to get my nails and toes done for my brothers wedding because I’m a bridesmaid. I walked in and got seated right away. I was in and out in 2 hours. They did a great job on my pedicure, it was heavenly. My nails are so pretty. I’m extremely happy and they will be my new nail place from now on!

Started coming here after another salon heavily neglected my nails. From the start it was a wonderful experience. I love how friendly everyone is and very engaging. When I first got my fill my nail tech discovered my nails were on the verge of mold if not already moldy on top of just coming off. I told my tech just pop them off and start over which we did. And its been 6 weeks now and I dont regret my decision. Since having a negative experience with prior salons I will only allow dee to touch my nails and I love how attentive she is to my nail care and needs! Thank you for rocking dee!

This nail shop is horrible. I just moved to the area and was looking for a nail salon instead of traveling to Lakeland to my old nail tech. A few days after I had my pedicure I started getting brown spots on the side of my foot. I ignored it because my line of work required me to stand on my feet all day, so I thought it came from my work shoes. Then it started spreading. I went to the dermatologist where they cut a sample off to send to the lab. It came back as a bad fungus. I never experienced anything like this. It’s so embarrassing. I haven’t got a pedicure in a month because of this, lords know it could b longer. They are very itchy and I miss so much days off from work because of this. The health department need to shut them down!!!!!! This makes me not ever want to go to a salon in my life ever again

I had the Basic pedicure Holly was my technician and she did a great job! My experience was very relaxing and my toes look great ready for my vacation! I recommend making an appointment I got to the salon at 10:00 on a Saturday and got right in no waiting.

I went to the salon for a fill-in the manager there which is the man was very rude I been going there for the past two months. There is always an issue when asked what color I had on my nails which was ambre I didn’t know what pink they used you would think he would know since a week prior he had done my nails which only lasted a week and they were lifting. Mo who I had gone to before is great very polite and does my nails great. The guy on the other hand needs an attitude adjustment he is arrogant, rude talks to people like he’s above everyone. I spent $60 for a week two nails had lifted mind you it was a full set. I will never go back. I been getting my nails done for years never have I had an experience like this one. I’m not one to write reviews. I needed to be heard. You should treat your customers with respect because if it wasn’t for us spending our money he wouldn’t have his business he’s need to realize that..

I the guy that did my pedicure today was very rude, not professional, you are supposed to go and relax, never again with him, then I have to wait for my nails, I wanted the powder, couldnt do it because they dont have enough people to do powder, I being going there for years, but today I spent 60 dlrs and I wasnt happy at all. Never again. The pedicure was not impresive. Ive had much better for less money. The pedi I chose was not a cheap one either. I was expecting so much more. The lady took 20 min and she was rushing to do others because more people walked in. On top of the overpriced pedi they charge $3.00 fee if you pay with card and you dont find out until is time to pay... Oh thats not even with tip.... It is ridiculous.I dont care if they are friendly or that they are loud laughing all the time... because honestly I just like peace and quiet when Im getting a pedi done.I just wanted a decent job done for the super high price that they charge people. Never again.

I was going for months with Mo and he was excellent, today I came back and another girl attended me with a horrible and disrespectful attitude, that pleasing the customers taste does not exist for her, for which I received very bad service from her and the man I think is the manager, he is even more rude and rude. I will not return again nor would I recommend the place.

Prices are not consistent, very expensive . They also up charge you for paying with a card which I’m pretty sure their merchant service provider is unaware of. The man up front also has no customer service skills. When a customer enters a business the first thing out of your mouth shouldn’t be “what you want need”.

Treated myself to a pedicure and so glad I did. Very clean spa and lovely pedicure. The manicurist was very nice and very thorough.

Everything was great. Very nice. Dee was my artist and she was such a pleasure. She took her time and made sure my nails and toes were both perfect. She even went back and fixed imperfections so tiny I wouldn’t have even noticed them myself lol. I loved it and will definitely be going back.

The girl was rude all they yell more more money money kept changing prices went higher and higher charges for water I think they have corona prices rip off.Saw the manager response the old man who took my payment said don’t come back you listed you price list but charged double I moved in the area was looking for a nail salon but the worst place I have ever seen spa is a place for relaxing feeling but was stressful. I get same nails done in Orlando for $40 she said $60 plus $1 for water and $4 more using my debit card The other lady sitting next to me was yelling hurry up finish get me the hell out of here. This place is run like get them in and get them out!! I have crooked and uneven nails! It looks like I need a fill in already because he did not put the acrylic low enough on the nail! The prices are outrageous for a full set and a pedicure it cost me $114!!

Luxury nails is by far the best in Haines City! If you found somewhere else thats better... I doubt it. The products are superb and my nails are always finished to perfection. Ive been a customer for 4 1/2 years, trying other salons and learned my lesson the hard way.

Dee does an excellent job

First time at this salon. I got the tropical pedicure for $35. An older lady did it. The water was still too hot (after I told her it was), wax too hot, towels too hot. The only thing that wasn’t hot were the hot stones and my feet are not sensitive. She cut my toe removing gel polish and her re-polish job was just trash! I’ll have to repaint them myself! Highly disappointed. 😕

Very expensive for what you get rather drive to Orlando and Kissimmee also charge you a $3. Fee for using a credit card or debt.

Overcharging people for the most simple thing

They charged my card three times the same amount, now I have 155 dollars on hold in my account and I cant get my money back until it clears up. I just went for an already pricey pedicure of 60 dollars and ended with a balance of 155. I am really 😡.

Called the salon for a last second pedicure for my mom and I, a very friendly man (the owner I’m assuming) answered and was able to accommodate our request. We both very much enjoyed our pedicures and the staff was very nice and professional. Would definitely return back soon!

My first time. It was awesome. Love my Pedi Mani and they did a great job. Bobby was great. He was honest and did a great job. I had my first in my life time paraffin treatment. I had a great pedicure with a scrub and stone. Stopping by on Monday.

I didnt like how this particular person did my pedicure. I do love how Michael has done it before, do now I know to ask for him.

I dont know about some of these reviews but this place is AMAZING! For $26 you get hot stones, hot towels, paraffin wax, scrub on your leg and feet, nails cut, and painted. Such an awesome place. I wish I didnt live 6 hours away because I would be in here at least twice a month! I normally feel rushed and not welcomes in some places, thats why I rarely do it. This was the first place I actually liked getting my toes done! Totally recommend this place. She was super nice!

I have been going here for about 6 years. They can get pretty busy so making an appointment is suggested but not always needed. They may not always have what you would like to watch on the tv, but they cannot please everyone with what’s playing on the tv. Pedicures are amazing here! They take their time with you. I enjoy getting pink and white gel and this is the only place I can find someone who does it the correct way. They have a huge selection of gel polish and non gel polish. The staff is very friendly. If you are rude to them, they may respond back. You’re a paying customer, you get further with kindness not rudeness. They’re human too. I’m never disappointed when I walk out of here.

I went to this place to remove my acrylic nails because my tech was out of town. These people are rude and 2 of them talked to me like I was a five year old kid. They charged me $15 to remove short simple acrylic nails and on top of that they charged me $3 because I paid with a DEBIT card and didn’t have cash on me. Who carries cash on them these days??? Stay away from this place.

EVERYONE (customers, & employees) are on their phones. They speak to clients minimally & its good for a fill.. or a pedicure, costs $28 -$55. Just depends on what you want.. but dont expect great conversation, or eye contact. Just to Relax.. ITS ok.

This nail salon and spa should not even be in business when you have the owner operator talking to the clients as if they were trash when a client tells you that there is a problem instead of you trying to help the client you ridicule and when they disagree with what you are saying you refuse to do their nails and this is not the first time he has done this but yet and still he thinks he can stay in business but he needs to remember that there is a God and God dont like ugly he would never ever have to worry about me stepping foot in that shop again. They advertise they close at 7 and I walked in at 6:22 and they said they were closed. Lady didnt even say hi or anything she was talking loudly in the phone and just said were closed apparantly the last customer they take at 6:30 but it was 6:22 when I walked in??? How does that make sense. They get the one star cause I cant give it any less. Their light up sign still said open too. Some place Ill never come to again.

Nice and clean but the lady doing my pedicure cut my two toes and she chuckled and says it was because of the tool.No apology and I was bleeding she put some thick gel on it that burned. The man at the counter was extremely loud when talking to you and everyone was looking he would keep repeating what you said and repeat it and laugh. Not very professional.

I have been going to this place for ever a year but today will be the last day! I requested a color that matched my dip polish but I wasnt getting my fingernails done just a pedicure. The lead male person that sits near the door was very loud and told me I could not use that color. Then when I asked to see the color so that I could match it with the standard colors on the wall he told me if I dropped it I would have to pay him $15 for it. He was very loud and spoke disrespectfully to me. Im not sure why he thought that speaking to a paying customer that comes there regularly was okay. When I questioned him as to why he was speaking to me in such a manner he got louder. Whoever is the owner of the establishment needs to know he showed a very poor reflection of customer service skills 101! DO NOT GO THERE!

The nail tech I had as well as my daughters were great, however the owner (I think) could use some skills on how to speak to his clients! Twice we have been there and both times he told the client to get out and go somewhere else! The last today said he was hurting her and thats when he told her to leave!

I took my granddaughter in for a pedicure today and what a hectic place. The guy that did my toes was paying more attention to his screaming kids running all over then to me. I dont blame the children but this is a work place and they should get a babysitter for their kids while the parents are working. I was so stressed listening to the kids scream and running around and this should have been a relaxing experience. I cant tell you how many times he stopped working on me, because he was trying to get his kids to stop screaming. Ill never go back. Such a stressful experience. I gave them 2 stars because my granddaughter enjoyed her pedicure.

Walked in for a powder dip manicure, didnt ask how much was just going to wait and look at colors. The guy I asked if they could take a walk-in then told me first time $45. I asked why or was there a difference, he told me when I come back itd be $35... I didnt stay.

The owner of this nail salon shows no customer loyalty. If you point out anything to him he belittles you right in front of other customers. He is rude and obnoxious. I was humiliated in front of other customers and employees. This nail salon should be shut down. It is a dirty salon and they do not follow proper procedures to ensure germs from one person are not passed on to the next customer. Beware of going to this salon.

From the moment you walk in No greeting then i asked the guy which btw i called the day before to book an appointment how much longer, his reply was as you can see when someone is done you stay or leave it dont matter. Everyone has different experiences in places like these. This is my first terrible experience. Ive gotten my nails messed up before but never have I gotten such rude customer service. Im a laid back person so theres no need for drama. The man upfront is everything the negative reviews says he is, loves to argue. The lady with pimples, she lowkey called me a liar, etc. But I let that go, idc. I will never return to this horrid location. Not sure why someone thinks running a business and verbally attacking customers is okay. Shame. They are lucky I dont post pictures showing the garbage job they did.
