Clean not crowded good customers service great job already booked my appointment. Good price...

New to the area and needed my feet done by a younger lady and she was quite but nice. The other lady seemed very pleasent as well, I will try them out again.

I will NOT recommend the place to my worst enemy. I did my eyes lashes but one of my eye was aching me I couldnt sleep. When I woke up not only was one eye aching but the other lash was removed. When I went back to compliant to them the attendant was so rude. She wouldnt attend to me until she finished with all the customers I met. I wasted my time and my day. Please dont go to City Nails for any services. Youre warned.

I went to get a pedicure @ 5:30, they are open til 6:30. The people in there were rude and the man who did my pedicure in 22 minutes to be exact just wanted to get me out and charge me $30 for 22 minute pedicure. When I said that was the fastest pedicure I’ve ever received he said well you did not have any nail polish on your toes. No massage was done on my feet, no lotion was rubbed on my feet, no hot towels on my legs. It was literally cut my nails and cuticles and paint my toenails. Worst place ever would not recommend to anyone!

Friendly, did the design I wanted with ease, professional. They take their time on your pedicure I didn’t feel rushed at all. The staff talk to you and engage in conversation. It is a bit pricier then I’m used to but it was worth it. They also do lash extensions and brows. Very clean and neat. Overall I’ll go back.

Very friendly, clean, took extra cleaning measures because of COVID 19.

Was some what okFor the service I got it was way over priced . the lady who gave me my pedi may just started out, she had no system in her work and compare to other studios and ladys, she was all over the place, made no sence and 30 $ for that is not fair . on to of it they made me wear a mask, even after the CDC and THE PRESIDENT AND our GOVERNOR RON DE SANTIS GAVE THE OK not to wear a mask anymore if ...So, do I go back there again ? More likely not .

The worst place, prices are outrageousss. Charged a ridiculous amount of 150$ for 2 basic pedicure and basic manicure for 2 young girls and they charged 150$

My First Time getting my nails done here and I absolutely loved it. I reached out to this company through Facebook messenger and received all the information needed such as availability, pricing and making an appointment.I felt very welcomed by everyone and the environment was very calm.I had an appointment @1pm but was starting my manicure by 12:45 since I arrived early. As a nail biter I was extremely nervous getting them don’t thinking it was impossible but Jenny bad me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. I will most definitely call this place my nail care home! Thank you Jenny for doing what I believed was impossible!!

Overall okay service. Not too busy, so I’m always in and out. Not a dog person, so that’s why I gave them a 4/5. They have a small dog there that’s kind of annoying. I found another place I like and is dog free 🎊.Nothing special.

I came to Jenny after years at another salon n the moment I stepped into the nail salon I felt welcomed and service was great. Jenny is such a sweetheart and I love the timely manner everything is done. I honestly never saw myself going somewhere else especially because I’m very particular with who does my toes but Jenny made me feel very comfortable. I recommend this place

This is my first time coming here with my mom. We were walk-ins and we both felt very welcome here. The service was phenomenal and I love their work. I will be returning here as often as I can. This is an amazing place

I will be finding a new salon. Super inconsistent quality of work. One week I love them and they know how to shape almond nails.. next week I come in for a fill and ask for the same shape and walk out with ovals... highly disappointed.

I love City Nails they both are friendly people and really professional. My daughter and i were the very first customers and Ive been going every since. One stop salon.

The customer service was good, but the employee that did my pedicure did not sterilize the tools. She made my toes bleed and when I woke up they were infected. Pay attention to the tools they use .

I went for the first time 2 weeks ago, and my nails were nice so i scheduled a second appointment at the end of my first appointment. (she picked the day and i picked time) I drive 50 minutes from clermont to haines city and nobody was at the salon. I wasted 2 hours driving and gas...im pretty bummed because i eas looking forward to gettin my nails redone

Very nice people very welcoming but I didn’t like the service because the man was just rushing and didn’t take his time with my nails their really cricket and my nails are very chunky (fat) and my nails are not even he finish like in 30 or 35 min😬.
