This company is local to my family’s residence. They are located south west of Orlando in Haines city. They offer an amazing deal on used tires and can also handle every major fix your automobile may have.I like that it has a small town feel. As soon as you pull up you were able to speak to any of the workers. Upon your second visit they treat you like a longtime friend they haven’t seen in a while.I will continue to take my vehicles there.

I presented an odd problem of two plastic bushings that were impossible to remove from the steel casing without a hydraulic press. They were busy working on car after car but made time for me to help me out. I am ever so grateful for their kindness, prompt service and minimal cost. Thank you.

Had my truck at this shop for over 2 months waiting for a diagnosis and apparently they couldnt come uo with anything, waits until i want to go get the truck to offer a meeting with a specialist with difficult vehicls i said no because i feel like they could of offered that way before 2 months its ridiculous. Do not bring ur vehicle here ull be waiting forever

Called this shop late-March 2017, asked for my tire size. They had two in my size, but used, not new. I went to the shop and asked to see the tires they had available, and they looked BRAND NEW...and they were inexpensive. The shop was very busy at the time, so I said I would return the next morning. I sent my daughter, who had NO issues...they got her in and out, AND rotated my tires, as well. Two tires, looking like NEW, with disposal, fast service, polite and respectful people, for a fraction of what you would pay anywhere else. GO TO THIS SHOP. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! They have a straight to work attitude. I use them all the time for their labor on two of my vehicles. They don’t trick you into doing anything you don’t need immediate. They’ll tell you truffly what’s the issue with the vehicle. I’ve never had to go back to fix the same issue twice. I highly recommend them. Very professional mom and pop auto shop

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I took my 2011 Chrysler 200 to have the brakes fixed and was quoted over $300 to have all 4 brake pads replaced in addition to over $500 to fix a broken a/c condenser. All around their shop they have biblical quotes and they try to make themselves out to be godly, so I thought they were honest and would do honest work.....Long story short, they charged me for a brand new condenser and installed a USED one! Not only that but they DAMAGED the compressor in the process. As if that wasn’t enough, my brakes continued to make noise and when I took it back, they gave me the run around and refused to fix the problem! If you want to throw away your money, check these crooks out. They are the worst type of thief, doing it in the name of God! GARBAGE!

I took my car here to get the a/c system fixed. I thought this place was honest and worthy since they are so Christian but no. They didn’t fix the a/c and they ruined it even more. Payed them $900 for useless work.

They really take their time to find out whats wrong with your vehicle and they dont rip you off with crazy prices.

Took my 1968 Camaro here for an alignment. I asked before hand if they can get the alignment correct even though it was so old and does not align the same way moden cars do. They told me yes by the hag in the office and their lead mechanic, that it would be no problem.Now before I continue, I am an ase certified mechanic so I know full and well what is needed to be done to get the alignment corrected, I just dont have my own equipment to do so, which I spoke to their lead mechanic about at length.I let them take the car. After HOURS of these amateurs working on the alignment, I look at the alignment numbers which were not what I asked for but decide to take the car for a quick shake down for a few miles. I brought the car back and after waiting yet another hour they finally get the car back on the alignment rack, THE CAMBER WAS OFF BY OVER 1 DEGREE, from what it said when I left. THAT is a huge difference, which tells me that their equipment is inaccurate and their turn plates on the table probably have never been maintained. They then spent another hour trying to get it even close to the specs I asked for. Ultimately they couldnt do it but still insisted I pay 200 for their time spent. At this point I was so exhausted from arguing with them I just paid and left.So 200 dollars, over 4 hours of my time wasted and still had a bad alignment.I can not speak on their other mechanic work. But I can tell you this, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR AN ALIGNMENT.Again, this coming from someone who has been in the automotive field for over 20 years and I am certified by the ASE (AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE OF EXCELLENCE)

ALMOST KILLED MY WIFE. Excellent owners - very nice and polite, but the mechanics ( that actually WORK on your car- RUDE and unfriendly). But the niceness of the owners does not compensate for the danger they put my wife in. Car stopped on a dime before coming here, just that the pads were getting low. Had a brake job done- new pads, rotors resurfaced, and brakes bled. Wife drives off, because the car wouldn’t stop quick enough with brake pedal almost traveling past the gas pedal. Almost crashed into the car in front of her stopping quickly ( not emergency stop)from 45 mph..would have rear ended if not for an open lane she could swerve into. She went back, told them the issue... 3 people from the shop drove the car... THREE..and said everything was OK. All on car camera recording nonetheless. I get home, take ONE drive, and immediately know it’s a SHODDY job...car even swerved to right when braking. I immediately take it to a big brand auto repair shop. Here is what they found - (1). Brakes dragging due to caliper pins not being greased (brake 101 for ANY brake job where caliper is removed) - and caliper sticking. FAIL on this part. (2) whole lot of air in lines when brakes bled again- FAIL on this part. Brake fluid NOT flushed ( but bleeding lines and fluid flush was charged for)....Sticking calipers will overheat brakes. Air in lines will not allow the right pressure for brakes to clamp. Either can lead to brake failure. In this case it was BOTH. Can understand someone overlooked one, but overlooking BOTH issues important to proper braking...SORRY!!! I rather spend a little more money and take my car elsewhere- where they LISTEN to concerns and do something about it, instead of shooing you away ESPECIALLY when you return saying that the vehicle is worse than it was prior to it being repaired by them. And here it is the BRAKES- you Can get injured bad when those airbags deploy because you couldn’t stop in time and rear end someone. SHAME on these people for taking a woman for a ride... and DOUBLE SHAME on them for putting a mother and a wife’s life in danger... especially after she returned within 30 minutes complaining that the brakes were not right and that the pedal was sinking.

Crooks. One of the mechanics screwed up changing my wife’s tire. When she called him out on it he got upset and mumbled something in Spanish. He fixed the mistake, angrily, and now the tire he replaced is in need of an upper and lower ball joint. I’m 100% sure it was the poor job of this ***hole.
