I just came here with my pa the people here are really nice and help look after him. I’m happy that he’s getting practically new tires for a modest price the people here are very nice and will actually help you I’ll update once we start driving. Cheers!

So I brought my car here because my door wasnt closing. So they fix the door good but I had 3 different problems 1)was the broke my handle for the door 2) all my window work before I took it over there and now none of them work 3)when they put back the handle that they broke now you cant open it from the inside. I went back to them couple days later and they was trying to make it seem like it was my fault when literally everything work before I took it to them. I went there with 1 problem and left with 3 more problems. I WOULDNT EVEN TELL MY ENEMY TO GO THERE. THEY ARE SHADY TREE MECHANICS.

Nice place, nice guys, good prices

Apararently this place is not open until 5pm on Saturday. Guy that calls with the quotes does not give accurate information. Told me the did things that were not on my invoice. I told him I was coming on Saturday to talk about it. Got here at 315pm and shop is all locked up. Unfortunate because I do feel they do good work but definitely need a manager that is on top of these things

Vehicles feels brand new

I had a scheduled appointment to have an IID installed in my car. When I arrived I was told the woman in charge wasnt there. A service tech called and her she wanted to talk to me. I got on the phone and she said she wasnt available and the machine was not there but she could get it when she was done with her doctors appointment but I would have to wait or go somewhere else. I told her I had a scheduled appointment. She told me to listen to her very closely and that my appointment was not her priority and she wasnt the one that needed the machine installed in her car. I told her that she didnt need to talk to me that way and asked her if she knew what customer service meant. She told me to leave her establishment or she would call the sheriffs office. My situation is hard enough without being treated this way. I was fortunate to find another appointment for the install the same day. This is the worst and rudest customer service I have ever and hope to ever receive.

This was a refreshing experience. Since its a mom and pop shop, the way they handle business is very different and their pricing is REALLY competitive. I called around to get prices and when I called Guillen they told me they wouldnt be able to give me a rate over the phone, because they have to take a look at the vehicle first. This put me off, because I was able to get estimates from other shops, but I decided to take the chance. When I got there I ended up being really happy with the service, price, and the people. I can rave on and on about this place.

This Garage is amazing. Family owned and ran by a man who definitely knows what hes doing. Has fixed all my Mothers vehicles she has him on contacts. Highly Recommend.

Replaced with my cars rear wheel bearing joints for a very low price compared to the price that I got from other stores nearby on the same street! Really glad that I knew about this store & will definitely be a regular costumer for any other service needed. Definitely recommend to every1 ^__^

There is no better mechanics in town. Luv that Guillen has been there for over 15 years. He will tell you the truth and nothing but the truth: if its worth it to fix, if you can fix it little by little, if its gonna be expensive...They will tell you.
