I have absolutely loved this store for years, until my experience today. I walked in on 4 staff members passing their marijuana pipe around in their back area in plain view of the customers. Putting that aside, no one was willing to assist me or answer my questions about an upgrade. The gentleman working with me came up with every excuse in the book to not sell me a phone. It was apparent that I was not welcome and business wasn’t either by his attitude and eye rolling, along with his 3 other staff members. Very disappointing. So much so that I walked next door to AT&T and switched my service right then and there. Hopefully upper management can regain control of this store.

At a combined age of 153, my husband and I struggle with technology. When we ran into a hitch getting our hotel room television hooked up to Netflix, we were told we needed a wireless adaptor to attach to our DISH control box. Not knowing where to start, we drove to the Verizon store in Hailey, a few miles from our hotel. (Verizon has been my phone carrier for years at home in Oregon.) Not only did the assistant manager Ben not listen to us as we tried to explain our dilemma, he cut us off, saying, I quote, Im not going to do your research for you. He wouldnt give us the opportunity to explain that we already had done the research and that what we needed was the wireless adapter, and if Verizon didnt have such adapter, who in the area might. There are so many ways this impatient young man could have responded to us, rather than the way he did. Appalling customer service. We found it ironic that a customer in the store took the time to suggest a solution, while Ben stormed off.

Adrian, Benjamin and Hunter all put their heads together to try and fix my icloud email. Unfortunately nothing they tried worked. They made me a new Gmail account so I can at least communicate via email. Great store, great employees and wonderful service!

I enjoyed my experience quite a bit while being there. Sarah was wonderful help and seemed to know a lot about what I needed help with. I highly recommend requesting her assistance. Previous times when I have gone in I have been helped by Lucas and Dakota and have not had my hopes let down. The staffing is absolutely amazing as well as friendly and knowledgeable about all things technology and would recommend going there for any and all cellular needs.

The service there was great! I went in to get a new phone, but I was not sure what I wanted. My helper, Kiki, guided me through the process so I had a phone perfectly fit for me. Thank you!

Visited this Verizon store on Sunday night, only ‘cause at&t was closed. There was a family in front of me and my party, so we waited. The one girl behind the counter told us she would be right with us. So we waited. Ended up we waited for over an hour. The girl behind the counter just talking to the people she was helping, not even acknowledging we were even there.After than more than an hour, I stood up and asked her if there will be more than 1 person working, she said yes, I told her I’d be back the next day.From what I could understand about the transaction in front of us, the family in front of us was activating a phone. I know from experience activating a phone plan takes forever. Couldn’t the sales girl just ask the customers she was helping, if she could help us for a second. According to the Verizon website it should only take a couple of minutes to activate/sell a new SIM card kit. I could have done it myself.

I was impressed with the kind atmosphere in the store, I didnt quite know what I was looking for but Sarah definitely helped me figure things out. She was very nice and patient with me. Keep up the good work !

The previous management sold me a screen protector plan and it was unlimited but when the new management came in they told us it was not unlimited. I came in to get my new screen protector Devon went above and beyond to explain the situation and fix my problem as well as update me on the new program. I was unhappy I was sold something under a lie but am happy with the new management and customer service

I have been going to the store for a number of years. I have had good experiences and bad. Depends on which rep you get. Lucas has helped me several times and is by far the best rep I have dealt with at this store. He is always helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He left the store for a while, and I honestly dreaded going in. But he is back now and things are great again. If you go in, be sure to ask for Lucas!!

I was there to have a screen protector installed. It was from the Google store not from the Verizon store they said they couldnt guarantee the phone if it broke since it wasnt their product and I agreed but when they attached the screen saver incorrectly they said well we told you we coldnt guarantee it. You can no trust them, and should avoid this store in the future.

I have no clue who the lady that was working this morning, but I have never felt so not helped before and I have never been made to feel more stupid. My S8 does not charge anymore, nor turn on. It shorted while charging. I told her this, she insisted on a phone number, then again, me telling her I cant call. Gives me another number and tells me to have a nice day and its not her responsibility. Customer service is key to keeping customers.
