Our neighborhood has been living with terrible service for 2 weeks. Disrupted TV and internet constantly. The damage is at the street or underground level not in our homes yet they continue to send monster high priced bills .Why pay for no service? Cox sends BS updates that are not truthful about the supposed progress. This is unacceptable. Our neighborhood is furious with Cox and shopping other companies now.
Rickey was my sales specialist. He was helpful and very friendly. The other sales associates were extremely friendly as well. I recommend this location for excellent customer service.
