The people helping me were amazing with my international shipping packages. They went over the pricing and customs to help me understand everything. Highly recommended.

Thank you to the delivery person that respected my package so much that he threw my package at my door. Unfortunately you should look at the apartment door you are delivering to ensure you are actually delivering to the correct location, but you would have noticed the camera as well.

Actually its not about the place...but its about the guy who doing delivery...couple times whenever I buy something online and shipped by fedex they never knock the door..even yesterday I buy item from ebay and I never get the item but the tracking historic shown already deliver...couple time I saw they deliver on the wrong building..my apartmen have alot building...maybe you guys should pay attention about the right number of addresses and not just put on the ground...at least you guys knock the door.

After the new Silver Spring office left me high and dry because of a system blackout, I called this (Hagerstown) location and they very promptly saved the day! The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Sasha handled my inquiry/order, and she was outstanding. Couldnt have been happier with my experience.

Took my request easily over the phone for business cards. They decided to re print and cut them at no cost. But woof it took a while.High commitment to quality but it took a few too many re prints to feel like they completely understood their software. Considering I sent in the request over an hour ago and the shop had had very few people.Additionally, I was misquoted how much it would cost.

I walked in with a pretty daunting task on my hands and using the self service option proved tedious and frustrating. The staff took it off my hands and handled the entire project in less than 10 minutes. Definitely impressed, great job FedEx.

The staff of FedEx Office go above and beyond for their clientele. I can always trust that my job will be done on time and of high quality. Even when there are minor mishaps, they ensure to correct them immediately.FedEx Office, as a corporation, may have their faults, but no one can ever say that the customer service in this center is of poor quality. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and bends over backwards at my sometimes ridiculous printing needs. Many kudos.

I was sitting very close to the front door in my dining room, and the driver came and did not ring my doorbell nor knock and he left a come back next day sticker on my door. I called to ask why they didnt knock or ring and Libby the manager told me that it is highly unlikely they didnt knock or ring the doorbell. Wait, are you calling me a liar? If he did not, it was soooo light, because I had no music playing, nothing. I have packages delivered often from UPS and never have that problem! Not too happy to say the least. Very disappointed.

I have had no problems with this location. I have picked up and dropped off several parcels here. Staff is fairly nice and knowledgeable.

This is the last time Im using FedEx. Package was suppose to arrive by 10:30 and now wont be here till tomorrow. I paid good money for it to be on time. This has happened before. IM done.

The manager is not a us citizen and hates military personnel. She falsifies information in order to fire team members. She fakes her customer service to act like she cares but the only thing she is interested in is your money. The prices are horrible and so is the customer service. FedEx Office isnt even a profitable branch of FedEx and hopefully it will cease to exist in the future

Very amicable staff, quick lines, and decent pricing. For a package shipment service, this is about as painless as it gets.

I will never use fedex again. The driver lied 3 times saying he came to deliver and didnt. Then returned my package. This time it has a delay on it. I literally could of went and got it more than 60 times by now. I never have had a package take more than a month to get to me until now.

Hours state open until 9:00 pm; open sign is lit up but doors are locked and no one is answering phone; it is 7:45pm Wednesday April 12th.
