After speaking to one of the owners he was very accommodating to my schedule and even over the phone you could tell they take their business seriously. I have been by their old location a few times and dropped the vehicle off at their new location, which has a ton of potential. I was very impressed with the professional and courtesy. I was hoping that would reflect in to the detailing. Upon pick up of the vehicle I immediately notice the exterior of the car. All I can say is wow!!!! I opened the door and the interior was better than the outside if that is even possible!!!! As a customer you expect certain service and quality. Wow, what can I say. They brought my truck back to life. I recently purchased a truck off a family man. Never once cleaned the vehicle in over a year with 2 kids. Needless to say, it was a nightmare. Cory and Freddie brought it back to life with the platinum package. When I picked the truck up I couldnt believe it was the one I dropped off. Hands down dealership quality but better. They were in the books and cranny of the whole truck. If you dont take your vehicle to them, then your doing yourself a disservice and will not get the best quality cleanliness and detail job around. Jason and crew did an excellent job of removing two dents (one I missed) and cleaning/buffing a damaged wheel on a brand-new 2020 Honda CR-V (475 miles.... figures!!) that was forced over into the median. I had a very unpleasant experience here. They scratched the exterior of my car down to the bare metal in a few spots, didnt clean the carpets like Cory said would be included in the price and an overall mediocre job in general for the price I paid. When I brought these issues up to Cory he actually denied it all even after showing him the proof. Never have I dealt with a more unprofessional person.After arguing with Cory to get these issues resolved. It was clear this guy doesnt have an honest bone in his body. Its sad how someone cant take responsibility for their actions. Im now having to seek legal advise on how to get the scratches fixed as its going to cost me a pretty penny. I would avoid this place like the plague. Someone who truly cares about his customers & reputation would make things right when issues arise, rather than denying any wrong doing and accepting responsibility.

The crew at Professional Detailing Lounge are courteous and good at what they do. For years, Ive been taking my vehicles, motorcycles and trailers to them for detailing and also ceramic coating of wheels. Professionals lives up to the name - very, very thorough and professional work done on my vehicle (used for work and personal)...looks brand new to me! Walked me through everything that was done afterward - if it wasnt possible to get something looking perfect (this is the first time Ive had it pro. cleaned in over 5 years) they explained every step/effort they made to try to get it close to perfection. My daughters car was very nerdy, she had years of grime in the carpet and on the seats. It looks very good, some of the stains we thought would remain forever are gone. Very pleasant and great to work with.

Cory was very friendly and knowledgeable. My car wasn’t very dirty it just needed a good polishing and some vacuuming. However the whole process seemed rushed and it showed with a few missed spots I noticed. For the price I paid I expected more. Which is why I’m giving them 3 stars.

I was skeptical at first because I had severe dog hair and I didn’t think anyone would be able to remove it. But sure enough Corey and his team definitely surprised me. Not a spec of hair and they got the dog odor out. Words can’t even describe how happy I am with their service. BEST detailing place ever! Highly recommend! Customer service was great. I have been doing therapy for many years with my neurologically compromised son. When moving to Hagerstown I was worried about finding skilled therapists. This is not problem at all at pediatric movement Center. This is the best therapeutic facility I’ve been to and that list includes Childrens, Kennedy Krieger and John Hopkins.Recently, I took my Nuro typical child for some evaluations. This experience looked very different then what I had been used to. Once again, I was blown away by the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. They take extra time to explain not only the therapy session but, the ideology behind it.I can explain my gratitude to such a wonderful facility. You surrounded by love and friendship From the very beginning of your therapeutic journey. Got my GMC Terrain detailed. They did such a great job. Corey really took of me and my vehicle. Car is really clean, inside and out, plus is smells so good. I am really impressed that they were able to remove a number of old pines needles that were tangled into the fabric AND they got off a really old bumper sticker from the back window - cant tell it was even there. Overall experience is great - highly recommend - will be back for sure.

I bought a 1974 Gran Torino and the paint was very messed up and had a lot of dirt stuck in it. I took it to about 5 detailing companies and they said it was impossible to restore the original paint. Then a friend referred me to this place. Cory told me right away that he could restore it back to its original state, and he definitely lived up to his promise. I picked it up today and I was blown away. The car looks brand new!!! Their prices are significantly less than other places, and the quality of work is much better than other places as well. Any time I need my car detailed I will be going here. Mind blowing experience!!!

PDL is the only place I will take my Cadillac. Along with thorough detailing, Ive had the Opticoat done on both the interior and exterior and I couldnt be happier with the results. This isnt just a job for these guys... its obviously a passion. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my car!

I’ve had detailing done from other places before and there’d always be a couple things i’d find that’d make me regret my decision.I’m glad to say that my experience with Cory and his team was leaps and bounds better. Not a single nook and cranny was left unchecked inside and out. I couldn’t find anything to complain or nitpick about as we do a walk around and he talks me through the work they did and the guarantee from their labor and the materials they used. They make having your vehicle detailed feel like a complete investment rather than a cost.Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to invest in their vehicle.
