Three stars because it was clean and the staff was friendly. I went in for a gel manicure and the manicurist was so harsh on my cuticles that I started to bleed on three different nails. She didn’t even say sorry or acknowledge that she cut me. The gel manicure is also lumpy in several areas and when paying $28, I’d expect it to at least look smooth. It could have just been the particular manicurist I had, but I won’t be going back.

I’ve always gone to Kay’s but the service here is truly amazing, the staff are absolute sweethearts and the prices are pretty accommodating. They always provide exceptional service, I highly recommend going here. I got my nails done for my prom two days ago with dip powder and acrylic tips and they came out so beautiful! wish I could add a photo to this they look so gorgeous.

May 2, did Ombre dip powder after removing acrylic manicure, FROM PICTURE AS SHOWED HER ( For 1 minute). She did professional job with my well being & aesthetics in mind & love what May did! I have had at least 4 BAD/DOESNT DO DIP POWDEs. I love powder when done right. Which seems to be rare. I have REAL. NAILS & KEEP THEM SHORT & CONSISTENTLY NATURAL GROOMED LOOKING.

This was my first post-pandemic visit and everything was running like a well-oiled machine. I loved the adorable young gal (Dee?) who took care of me and will definitely ask for her again in the future!👏👏

Its always very busy in this salon. Alot of staff, alot going on. I have gone here for years. I just had a very bad experience with the girl at the front desk. I had an appointment and she claimed that i called the wrong salon and was basically yelling at me that I did not call and there was no way I called because she answers the phones. It felt like a scene in a movie. Everyone was just staring at us..: It was so embarrassing that I chose to remove myself and walk out. Sadly, I wont be returning. Even if I had made a mistake and called the wrong salon, no one deserves to be spoken to that way ever, especially a customer.

First time at this nail place. We were very happy with the whole experience. It looks new and very modern. They have a hand sanitizer at the front desk (to use before) a kiosk check-in . The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our nails ( 1 mani, 2 pedis) are still perfect, a week later. This will be our new nail place!

E did my dip powder manicure today and it is the BEST dip manicure I have ever gotten. They look flawless and she was professional, friendly, and took her time making sure they were perfect. I will definitely be going back.

The shop was very clean. I was recommended by my neighbor. I went for a pedicure. I’m going back this week for a gel manicure. That lets you know how I feel about kay nails!

I have been coming to this salon for 3+ years and have never left disappointed. I am very particular with the shape of my nails and the polish being perfect. Mai is my girl and has never let me down.(Make an appointment with her before you go.) Prices are great and they offer military discount which is awesome. My mom and I go together sometimes and she usually sees Annie, who is also fabulous and does great work. Most importantly our gel manicures last the full two weeks!Good nail salons are very hard to come by in my opinion. If you’re looking for excellent work, give them a try!

Quick, reasonable, and done very well

I’m kinda done with Kay’s. Used to go here regularly and always very happy. Lately, not the same. I don’t like that they no longer soak your hands for a manicure. And yesterday they charged me $5 additional for a mani because I had dip powder on. I questioned it. Called today and they said it was $3 additional.

My favorite nail salon! I come here all of the time for the dip powder nails and for pedicures. Everyone is friendly and my nails always look great. Prices are very reasonable and fair !

My daughter and I went to Kay’s on Mother’s Day. I have been going there for 5 years. I had a gel manicure and a pedicure and my daughter got tips and a pedicure. The lady that did my nails and toes did a nice job but the lady that did my daughter’s tips did a substandard job. My daughters hands looked liked someone placed chiclets on her fingers. I spoke with the main lady there that always greets people... she said that’s what they are suppose to look like. My husband even laughed and saw how terribly done they were.. The lady would not do anything to fix the mess that her employee made of my daughter ‘s nails. Unfortunately, that will be the last penny I spend there. I always give them good tips. Some of the girls there do really good jobs but some are amateurs at doing nails. I hate to complain and I never did when I went there. They know me too. I’m not one of those people that try to get over, but when work is done sloppy and not professionally it’s only fair to say it. I am a licensed cosmetologist so I am pretty aware of what acrylic nails are suppose to look like. I wish I could upload a photo of them on here.. You would laugh and agree with how terrible of a job this girl did. I paid 53.00 dollars plus a ten dollar tip. What an ass I am for paying for her nails. I should have refused but it was Mother’s Day... I really wanted it to be a special day for me and my daughter. Anyway.. enough with the rant.. I will never go back. Sadly, they lack customer service skills and clearly don’t value their customers.

Although it was the day before Memorial Day and they were very busy, they did fit me in. My nails needed more coats and while I was getting my nails done, one of the employees who started my nails left the building to drive somewhere, another employee stepped in to help. When the other employee came back she started yelling at the employee that was doing my nails because she wasn’t doing them how she would do nails. I did not like how the employee made the other employee cry just because she was trying to help!!

Love the personal service and the girls know you by name. E is awesome, she takes the time to get to know you and what you like and does an amazing job.

Lately, I have been less than pleased with the manicures I have gotten at Kays. They no longer soak your nails, but instead just use some type of cuticle cream. This does not work well for me as my cuticles are very thick. Last night, I had a mani-pedi and my cuticles and the polish look terrible!!!! Its a shame because I always liked Kays but Ill go elsewhere from now on.

A very good friend of mine recommended this salon several months ago, and Im still going. Its very clean and peaceful from my former salon. Always walk ourt satisfy. The ladies are very sociable and take pride in their work.

My nail were done absolutely horribly making them look like a complete mess!! do not go here go to nail cafe on kings hwy in haddonfield!!! I went back asked them nicely to fix them about 10 minuets later and they said that’s the normal way they’re suppose to look... what?? I uploaded a picture of them, they are the white nails in the picture album.... never going here again

Vienna used to do my nails. She was phenomenal in her job. Ever since she has left, I didnt find anybody good here, or at least that matches Viennas standards. I used to love this salon 1-2 years ago, but now I have seen, some of the ladies are very rude. If they close at 8 and you by chance, on any given day come here at 7:30, they will start exchanging looks amongst themselves and show disinterest in performing the job (which I understand is of course never liked by employees, but still your job is your job). Also one time, I noticed one of the staff members making fun of me with her co workers in their language. No, I dont understand the language but she made it very obvious, the way everybody started looking at me and giggled out loud. The guy who stands at the front desk (I guess hes the owner) is always very helpful and accommodating. Even on extremely busy weekends, he can adjust the walk-ins, which is very sweet.

The technician cut my toe. She dug into my nail and cut my foot. She then continued to try to trim the nail after I asked her not to.I have been getting pedicures for 40 years and have never had such an awful experience.I really think this shop is horrible. Their tools do not come out of a sterile package. I came once for the convenience of the location, but I will NEVER step into this salon again.

The techs are friendly. Its warm and inviting. They are reasonably priced. I love going with my mother-in-law.

Love the place cuz good prices and never any problems with the work. Would have given 5 stars except lately the technicians are always speaking in their native language and it makes me uncomfortable. One reason Ive not gone back to other nail places is that you never know what Is being talked about. Kays has signs posted saying all techs will speak English while on the floor, but its not being enforced

Everytime Ive gone to this place theres been a problem. Ive gotten manicures from here many times and its always been subpar. For how much it costs to get your nails done you would think they would do a better job. One time I got my eyebrows waxed and as I got up off the table my leg must have rubbed against something sticking out because I immediately got a burning pain on the back of my thigh and when I looked at it later there was a giant bruise. The last straw for me was when I was getting a manicure and as the lady was using the drills to shave down my acrylic nails, she repeatedly kept hitting my skin and hurting me. Some of my fingers were bleeding by the time she was done and she didnt even do a good job. My thumb nail was lopsided! Plus all my fingers ached and burned after that. There were open gashes on the tips of my fingers. All that pain and cash for what?

I went for a mani/pedi last Friday. I had acrylic on my nails that needed to be removed. One of the ladies had me sit on the massaging chair to do my pedi. She brought a bowl with liquid and placed it on my lap so I can soak my hands in it. When she had me walk to her table to work on my fingernails, I noticed white spots on my shirt. The movement from the chair must have made some of the acetone liquid splash. She said not to worry. It will come out in the wash. Moments later when she caught me looking down at my shirt upset, she said it happens all the time. Just put it in the wash. Dont worry. Well, thats what I did and it still has marks.I called and spoke with the manager, Kevin. He asked me if I had the receipt for my shirt....the shirt I was wearing. He said if I come in, he will reimburse me something. So I go in and he asked to see the shirt and how much it was again. I told him no more than $10. He asked, Can I keep the shirt since I am paying for it? Unbelievable! I wanted my money, so I gave it to him. He said he wants to show his employee. I drive away thinking about what my response would have been. Yes, she ruined my shirt. But judging the managers stupidity on the phone, I just had a feeling that it was going to be a problem. Why would I still have a receipt for a shirt I said I wore a few times? In the end, his rude response cost him an extra $5. I got it on sale. You can keep the shirt.
