The services are outstanding. Best manicure and best massage can be found here. Its a little different from other spas, maybe well say run more casually. But its not a huge chain either so theres a personal feel to the experience. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. They have messed up an appointment I scheduled before, but theyve also been extremely accommodating to me when I needed to reschedule. I have been coming here for years.

Bundled a 60 min massage with a mani/pedi. Massage was fabulous & thorough. Pedicure included hot stones & both the mani/pedi were done with detail and care.

I received a full body hydro scrub at this establishment and I have to say it was an exuberant experience I felt wonderful after and was given the best and kindest service here. I am planning to return soon

I recently went with a group for a mother/daughter spa party and had a very pleasant experience. We had put down a deposit of $20 each, and we werent asked to pay anything up front like another reviewer experienced. We got in, got robes, and the lady very nicely waited until our whole party was there to start sending us to our treatments. The spa is very clean and relaxing, and I enjoyed a massage and a facial. Both were fabulous. Ill definitely be back for a massage from Tony. The prices cant be beat - I felt like I got a lot more than I paid for. And yes, they had a suggested tip sign but I have no problem with that. Their specials are way less than other spas in the area, so I am happy to give a nice tip. The service deserved it!

Pros: 1. The salon was able to book my massage same day.2. The overall quality of the massage was good- I believe that I got a swedish (I was not told what type of massage it was).3. The staff was friendly.Cons:1. I booked a 60 minute massage same day- while on the phone, the receptionist did not mention arriving early. I arrived 5 minutes early for a 2pm appointment, was asked to pay & tip before hand, and then waited for 10-15 minutes for them to clean the room. The massage ended promptly at 3pm. I did not receive the full 60 minute massage that I paid for.2. They ask you to pay ahead of time & even have a sign with a suggested tip about at the checkout counter. For a $45 60 minute massage, the tip they suggested was “$12 and up”- which the receptionist made a point of pointing out while I was paying.3. Overall, the massage felt rushed. I was not happy that I did not get the massage that was advertised.

The boyfriend and I both got 60 minute massages and mani/pedis. Safe to say that it was the most relaxing experience of our lives! Because it was our first time there, and it was Valentines Day, we were given a free pedicure for our next visit! Will definitely be going back more often.

Employees Hana & Tony have expressed their racist views, trying to detect a customers ethnicity by their name to decide if they want to service them or not and expressing dislike accommodating overweight clients Since the owner Kim knows this and chooses to do nothing I have to consider perhaps Kim either doesnt care or shares the same views therefore This place of business will never see a dime from me I only gave 1 star because if I didnt select one this would not post this place gets a -100 (negative 100)

My boyfriend purchased me a 1 hour massage as a gift this past holiday. And I have to say this place is terrible. You have to find a meter to park and depending where you get a spot, you have to walk maybe a distance. I came 15 minutes early and filled out the paperwork. Then I literally waited 30 minutes for the massage therapist to grab me. My appt was for 5:00, and she brought me in the room at 5:15pm and didnt start til 5:20. Then she ends my massage at 5:55pm. Not only was the massage bad, but the lady wasnt friendly either. I felt like she just scratched my back and then kicked me out. I will never come back to this place and I dont recommend anyone to ever get a massage here.

This establishment condones racism. A chunk of their profit comes from hard-working people of color. A few of the employees are known to avoid black people simply because of their ethnicity. Certain workers refuse to provide service to anyone that is not white. Its a disgrace that in this day and age people are still judged by the color of their skin. Spend your money wisely and go elsewhere. God bless!

Great service, clean and friendly. I think this is sort of a hidden gem; anytime I go it is not over crowded, and everyone that works there is always super friendly. I have gotten a massage as well, and was very pleased with that service too. Its in downtown Haddonfield, which requires metered parking during the week, but is free on weekends. Any business you go to in Haddonfield pretty much requires paying a meter mid-week. I recently purchased the membership, and it is so worth it. Free massage and facial, plus discounts on all services for a full year.

I had a great experience every time I went there! It has beautiful decor and nice employees! The Swedish massage and the deep tissue massages are amazing and very in depth. The mani-pedi is very soothing and neat compared to a lot of other spas. I highly recommend it.

Worst experience ever!! Scheduled a massage with mani/pedi for my moms birthday. We were supposed to have them together. I came out of my massage and my mom was still getting her pedicure..an hour later. They took all the acrylic off her nails before they told her they didn’t do acrylics! She never got her massage because now they couldn’t take her back until 4. Our appt was at 2. They charged me for the services, and I have to take her to have her nails redone. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!

I’ve been going to this spa since 2015 and Hannah and kelly have been so good to me! I now live up north jersey and come down every other month to enjoy my prolific body scrub from Hannah and awesome facials from kelly.Update-5/13/2018—>Kelly has since left and now I go to island Spa in Edison Nj which is way better and more accommodating. Worst Spa Ever been to. Went for a couples massage. They put us in a back run down room and there was tape on the walls and floors keeping together the wires for space heater. We were trying to enjoy while there was a body scrub going on in the next room where we could hear EVERYTHING. The tub filling up, the splashing, the scrubbing of the persons body, their whole conversation, every little part of it. The walls were paper thin that i could not even enjoy my massage. When i went to complain, no one cared. Didnt even apologize or acknowledge the issue. They made it seem like it was our fault for a body scrub being scheduled at same time. The manager barely wanted to speak with us. Then when we PAID for the services that were AWFUL. The manager called us back offering a complimentary massage since it wasnt that good. We tried to schedule it multiple times and the person up front was SO rude. Then eventually talked to manager Anne who said we better be on time for our free massage. After all this, i just got a phone call that they need to cancel because one of the techs are sick today so they can only do ONE OF US for our couples massage. I cannot believe how horrible this place was. Building was old, customer service terrible and now cancelling an appointment. How are they established in Haddonfield is my question!!!

I was recently an employee at Fantagio salon and spa in Haddonfield, N.J, and I left due to their disgusting behavior! Besides scheduling me for nineteen days straight with no day off, working ten hour shifts with not one break, that looks they are extremely racist and discriminate against fat people! We need to make sure that they dont receive another penny from a black person a fat person or anyone else with morals! Tony and Hana get mad and disgusted when they see a name on the schedule that seems like it could be a black person and Hana has said to me directly that they hate massaging black people! I also witnessed her cringing while talking about massaging a fat person! Upon leaving I talked directly with the owner Kim. She kept changing the subject and couldnt have a care in the world about what I was saying to her! I also informed her of the terrible treatment Ann gives to the customers and I have had complaints about how rude she was, again Kim didnt care! Please think twice about visiting this establishment regardless of your ethnicity or body size! A place like this doesnt deserve to be in business!

We recently had a bachelorette spa party here. The services and staff were great, but the organization was not at all up to my expectations. Even though I called several times before the event to confirm the services, they did not write down who was receiving what, so there was a lot of confusion the day of the event as we had to figure out who was getting what services and when. They also did not note the spa party prices theyd given me over the phone, so its a good thing I had a list of who was supposed to be paying what. They forgot that Id been charged a $10/person deposit at booking which would come off the totals, and charged everyone full price day of. They had to refund my credit card $70 and I had to chase down each person and give them back $10. All in all, not as relaxing as Id hoped for, as no one wants to be worrying about money and scheduling during a bachelorette party. The owner actually returned my call when I called to tell her about my experience (which I appreciated); but unfortunately, there was a bit of a language barrier in my ability to explain to her the issues wed encountered so I dont feel like anything was actually resolved. I do not think Ill be coming back, nor would I recommend for a large group of people.

Ive been working at fantagio for over 5 yrs, and it is a very beautiful spa that offers uncomparable prices and services ! So anyone seeing the racist reviews please disregard them. The person who originally wrote it worked for us for about 5 days, she barley talked to anyone, an has no idea what she is talking about. She also had a couple of her so called friends cosign what she said, an if you click on their profile there fake. They have no posts, nothing. Only one review for us. If you stop working somewhere, the last thing you should do is bash them on social media just because it didnt work out for you. Its very unprofessional and if we knew she was this type of person we would of never hired her to begin with. Thats a very serious accusation to make about someone, an this is our place of employment an how we provide for our families . She had no right to try to humiliate someone she doesnt even know. She only humiliated herself . The 3 people who made the same comment are all from the same day and have NEVER been here before. No one has ever said that in 10 years till She came along. I had a livingsocial certificate for massage and facial. Kelly did my facial and she is great but, when I made my appointment over the phone I gave them my certificate number so when I went there I didnt had with me. Manager was asking for the certificate number, which she could find it, that means she was asking me to pay full price. I had to ask my fiance to send me the email with the certificate so I gave them the number, but its not over yeat lol I had to pay $3 sales tax for livingsocial, its bs. I know very vell how livingsocial deal works so this place is no worth of anything. There is no parking ether, its terrible please.

I purchased a Groupon for my wife. It had two half-hour services. I made an appointment and when my wife arrived the receptionist tried to tell her that the Groupon did not cover both services. The actual service was ok, not great. When my wife was getting ready to leave she left a standard 20% tip to which the receptionist responded Is that all you plan to leave. My wife said yes. Then the receptionist said something nasty under her breath. This was supposed to be a fun and relaxing experience for me wife, instead to was a total disappointment. This was the first time we have used this spa and it will be the last.

Had a body scrub and 60 min massage. I could not believe the beauty and cleanliness of the facility(sauna, shower, steamroom), the extent of the value for money, and the overall 'wow' factor I felt when I left this small spa in south nj. It was my third time there. Each treatment I have had prior to this visit (facial, massage, mani/pedi) had also been met with high satisfaction. I highly recommend the body scrub/massage. It reminded me of the bliss spa in la, california, and the vichi shower...but better! & better value. A real find!

They have a variety of spa treatments with a professional staff. Sometimes there can be a language barrier.
