I have been lied to multiple times by the woman when she doesn’t want to work. She has even denied me ONE piece of tape in the past. I have seen her be polite to customers in front of me and then immediately change her demeanor when I approach. I now choose to drive to my hometown PO in Gibbsboro where I am always greeted with a smile and willingness to HELP (aka do their job politely) I understand if you don’t want to be there or don’t like your job...if you’re unhappy helping others, find a job that does not require social skills. That simple.

I love coming here to package my poshmark orders! the workers are all very friendly and my first time packaging a sale the person behind the counter have me tips on how to do package my box properly.

The woman behind the counter Dorise is extremely rude and was not helpful at all! She wasn’t even attentive. She acted nonchalant to my issue. I went to another post office.

Good location, clean and bright. The people behind the counter always have a smile for the patrons. Unfortunately they do not deliver mail from here anymore, but at least they still offer services like selling stamps and collecting packages and letters that you cant just put into a mailbox. Like those blue neighborhood ones that are going away......

Wait is average, parking can be difficult, but you can always use the back lot. The staff is pleasant and its clean. The best thing about the place is they have a bronze statue out front and they put an Eagles jersey on it after they won the super bowl 2018. I would go here again and I recommend the post office to others.

Staff was genuinely understanding of my issue, friendly, and helpful! Not great to have to pay for parking though, especially for a quick trip.

Honest. A little slower than Id like but its cause they take the time to explain the options and gave suggestions for how to ship packages the cheapest way possible. Ive always lucked out with parking right out front. There is a huge parking lot in the back.

Today the postman delivered every houses mail to the previous house for the entire block. There was a one piece of mail delivered to the correct house. They have also delivered my medication to the wrong house on multiple occasions. Not a week goes by that I do not get random mail addressed to my neighbors.

My wife was just at this PO, and it was terrible. All my wife wanted was to mail a package priority - which the PO offers free services such as tracking, tape, etc. - and asked for some tape. Now, as my wife worked with the PO for over a year, it was a little odd when they told her she had to pay for the tape. Seriously? Weve never had this problem at any other PO, even in the worst of areas. They should probably restaff the facility, audit the facility, and seriously reconsider how often they supervise this location if this is the quality of service provided. Well just go use the Glendora PO, as they follow protocol, are helpful, and are actually friendly.

How hard is it to get mail to the right address? Missing mail, missing packages, I am getting tired of Haddonfields less than satisfactory service. The same mail person comes here everyday, and mixes up peoples mail in the mailboxes. Read the names on the mail!!!

Slow and extremely unfriendly service. The employees grumble at you and mutter under their breath that you are forcing them to do work. They will smile and talk cutesy when little children are brought in, but if you are not a baby, you get a grim look and a general nasty attitude. If you come in with a large number of items to mail, they will turn you away, or do half of them and tell you that you cant mail the rest because they dont want to slow down the lines (nevermind the fact that they are better staffed than most POs, and regardless of the actual speed the line is moving).

And I thought Collingswood was bad, Haddonfield PO employees make it a point to be as unhelpful as possible, even straight up lying to you. Dont try calling them, they leave the phone permanently off the hook so you get a busy signal. Good luck finding a place to park too.
