We were really impressed by Tucker. We had a new customer shipment with high importance and then some nasty weather came in. The shipment and our customer got caught up in the weather too. Tucker was all over it and made our teams job easy. They gave us a couple backup plans. They made my teams job easier and we made our customer happy, so everybody won even with the storm. With everyone looking at this shipment, let me just say we are all very happy with their service. I dont do reviews unless it means a big deal to me. Great job.

Tucker is the best freight company we use. We have used them for years. The woman who trained me always said, freight is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get #truth!! But with Tucker, you know you get great service and great people doing the service and the billing Is always on point. No back and forth for weeks trying to resolve freight bill mysteries. Everyone at Tucker is so nice too. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about most freight companies.

The worst company Ive ever worked with.As a trucker I dont recommend it.Brokers keep calling every 5 minutes asking your ETA and your current Location even you download a tracking app they require.

I waited 10+ hours to unload and after the wait they refused to pay layover. When I made a comment they refused the shipment.

I did a load for them. Would do it again. They treat you with respect and work the communications for you. I delivered on time and did everything I needed, but the receiver wouldn’t pay me no attention. The Tucker rep sorted it out fast . Helped me out a lot. I wasn’t getting nowhere with that receiver. Got me unloaded and under my next load. Good.

Our company has been using Tucker for probably 20 years. Everyone, from our owner to our shop guys love them. Whenever our customers send in their own trucks (not Tucker), we almost always stay late waiting for a truck. Not with Tucker. Theyre the most reliable guys in the business.

I have been working with Tucker Co. for three years now. I thought the rates were very competitive and their service was great. But most of all, working with the staff there is excellent. I mostly worked with Marie and she took the stress out of the busy season for me. I know the job was always watched over, contacts were made and she always me up to date. Talking to Marie is always a pleasant experience. Working with her is even better.

Tend to change rates once initially agreed upon and have left loads without proper communication to the customer. Hard to get a hold of and would not recommend. Thought they were reliable but I was wrong. Take your loads elsewhere!

Arrogant and most unprofessional way to handle business. Don’t waste your time, plenty more reliable carriers. Poor communication.
