I went with my mother to return a dress I purchased online. I did not had a box with me. I ask the employee how much is a box she replied “ it’s $7 or $8 dollars” so look at my mom and tell the price(my mother doesn’t speak fully English). My mother suggested maybe bag package. So I told the employee how much is it for a bag. She said “you know, nothing is free here.” I told the employee “I know nothing is free here, I ask you how much.” Her comment “nothing is free here.” was unnecessary, unfriendly, unprofessional, and rude. Please trained your employee not to stereotype or looked down at people.You claim it was “they” but I only spoke with one employee. You could watch your surveillance camera. I decided not to purchase anything from the store because she said “ you know nothing is free here.” If she would of kept her mouth shut, I would brought the box. Unprofessional service.

I have used this UPS store for my business for two years now and its my favorite location! Very personable and friendly, and I like that they are super honest about the most affordable way to ship stuff! They really speed through the line when there is one, and they are really great at the social distancing guidelines considering the store is little!I work in social media and once a fan came to the store business address thinking it was mine. Nothing bad happened but they were still nice enough to let me know someone had come in case it was a safety concern. They are the sweetest and I trust my business there.

Hacienda Heights is so lucky to have this UPS location. I was visiting the area when I realized I had an Amazon return that I had not returned yet but my return date was that day! I checked to see if there was a UPS location on my way, and luckily there was! I gave them a call and asked if they accept Amazon return packages, they said yes!The plaza has tons of places including one of my favorite bakery’s, 85 Degrees! As soon as I entered, I was greeted immediately by an associate named Katelyn. She was so friendly and told me that she would tape my box for me, since it was only a strip of tape, for free! She handed me my receipt and I was out the door in 5 minutes. They had Covid-19 rules and regulations posted everywhere so make sure to read them before entering! I forgot my mask when I got out of my car but saw the “‘a mask is required for entry” sign and immediately got mine! Thank you Katelyn for the wonderful service you provided! I will definitely be coming back!

I have been a regular at this UPS for a couple years now and the service is unmatched. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure I am getting the most fair price for all my shipping needs. I usually let the store pack and ship my items for me because they have a pack and ship guarantee, which is a necessity for me to make sure my items are being received in great condition.I highly recommend this UPS store location to others. I was driving home from work when I realized I had a UPS return in my trunk from a couple of weeks ago. I decided to swing by this location and drop it off. There was a line but I decided to wait and the wait was no more than 5 minutes due to social distancing. When I got to the counter, the associate insisted I get a receipt, for free, which was so helpful because I was able to track my return with the receipt.The customer service at this location was far better than what I have experienced in the past at any other UPS store! There are a couple near my work, but moving forward, I much rather prefer this location due to its great customer service.Thank you to all the UPS workers for working and delivering packages during this pandemic.

I rarely need things faxed, but with the closure of my office, I turned to google to find the closest place to send a fax-which brought me to this UPS location. Ryan was extremely helpful and informed me that they not only had the resources to send faxes, but they have shredding and notary services as well. In times like these where many offices are closed or unavailable, it’s very convenient to have an all in one location like this one. I normally hate going to any postal services due to its wait and customer service however, I was forced to go to one since I had a return for Amazon and it was only through UPS. This location was the closest to where I was while running errands with my best friend and it was definitely a quick and easy return. I was literally in and out of the store within 5 minutes with a receipt in my hand. I rarely write reviews but I had to write one for this store because the customer service here is outstanding. They work 7 days a week & always guarantees that your packages get shipped on time. I haven’t had any problems with this location. I own a small business and I only trust them to handle my packages. I send about 40 packages a day, maybe more & regardless of how many packages I drop off, they all go out on time. My customers are impress about how fast the shipping is thanks to this store! They go above and beyond to follow Covid precautions to ensure their customers feel safe. Would recommend this store to everyone! I will continue to trust them to handle all of my shipping needs!

All the employees were wearing masks and they are required for entry. I came to this location to get some forms notarized for my husband and I since he’s away in the military, and it was the easiest and fastest process. I was a little anxious since these forms were important and from out of state, but the staff was very helpful. I had a great experience at this store and will definitely be returning!

By far the best UPS I’ve been to! I recently dropped off a package that had some fragile contents (a coffee mug). I wanted to be sure that it would reach its destination in one piece. I was in the area and I went to this UPS store to drop things off. This location was very proactive and super nice with explaining things. I was having issues with my boxes and they were very nice and pleasant to solve them quickly. I think that this is one of best UPS store with great service. This has been my go to store for shipping. Today I was SO disappointed to find out that shipping was going to take 2 weeks for to my package to leave the store. I kindly asked for a piece of tape to secure my box. I was told that the owner does not allow tape to be given out. I was then told, by the employee, that I could purchase a PIECE of tape for 0.50 cents. And they STILL refused to take my box.

I walked into this store and was immediately greeted by the store employees.When I got to the counter I explained my situation and the store employee was super helpful.I appreciated the fact that she didn’t shoo me away but took the time to explain the different packing materials, handling options and notifications services.I took her up on all her recommendations for box size and packing material. I walked away feeling good that my package was being shipped safely and securely.I also want to add, how impressed I was with the layout of the store. Everything was wearing masks. Do Not do business with this location my package (jewelery) was missing. After being treated rudely by the manager Sarthi, Manager of UPS Store 6603 I called the corporate office. In retaliation he immediately terminated our mailbox. Be careful with this store the manager, he is leading with his ego . Also, he is the nephew of the owner so I guess we are dealing with “entitlement “ I would hate for any of you to have to scrabble to find a home for your mail without notice. He also refused to forward my mail and will be holding it hostage because he stated I am not allowed to pick it up. This is such a disservice we were long time customers and our goal is to receive our mail without disruptions . He had threatened to discard my mail this guy is vengeful. I cannot be more satisfied with the customer service that I received from Sarthi and his team at this UPS location!I had over 10 packages to be shipped out this holiday season and I was 5th in line. I have never shipped so many packages so I was a bit nervous about the process. I was greeted by a team member while in line, he asked me what I needed and explained my options before I got to the front. I liked that since I had no clue what I was doing and I didnt want to ask a million and one questions when I got to the desk, there were people behind me as well.Once I got to the front, Sarthi greeted me and went through some mistakes I had made on my packages. He didnt charge me for rectifying the mistakes which was surprising since Ive had to pay other locations! He showed me how to receive notifications on my packages so I wouldnt be oblivious while they were out for shipment.I will definitely be coming back to this location for all of their services! They offer notary servicescopying/faxing services, and have all the supplies you need to prepare your packages! Its a one-stop shop! Two ladies were chating with each other while helping me, no greetings or hello as if Im invisible, gave them 2 packages with 2 bar codes, not sure if they put the correct labels for each package. Staff needs to be further trained, not professional at all.

My company ships with UPS and I have been dropping off my packages here for nearly 4 years now. The staff is great and ownership is fantastic.

Im a local thats been frequenting this UPS store for years now, and Ive never had any issues with any of my packages that i dropped off (over 1k boxes and counting).All the workers have been friendly and im usually in and out in less than a minute if theres no line.Theres usually 2 stations open, and if theres a line its because of the misinformed/confused customers that get on their phone trying to figure things out while holding up the line (workers do their due diligence to help the customers FCFS but it isnt a crime to scan other peoples drop off in 10 seconds to improve the flow)Lastly, there was a clown that was talking outside to his friend when i walked in, and he came in later and wanted to get in front me while pointing at his 1 package on floor as if that somehow reserved his spot in line - negative 5 star for this customer smh

They are supposed to open at 9am on Saturdays per their website and the sign outside. It is 9:10 now and they are still closed with 5 customers lining up outside waiting for them to open. Looking at the other reviews, this happens quite often.

I’m a medical device sales rep and I often have to ship my demo equipment to different locations. The customer service was phenomenal as they helped me package my fragile items that I needed to be shipped overnight. The staff insured my package as well just for my peace of mind. Everything arrived to the hotel I was staying at on time and in perfect shape. Great service and great staff!

The girl who was helping me was really patient & polite, granted they were busy but they kept jumping between customers and it got irritating when after waiting in line I was finally helped and then pushed aside mid shipment so they can give someone else a quote whose package was bigger than mine. I never had any issues with my packages before but last time May 30th 2020 I went to the store and I sent a package with next day shipping. Apparently my package seemed to be lost because there was no updates for almost 11 days. When I went to store last week on June 10th I wanted to do a claim they took my information and said they need to investigate why package was not delivered on June 3rd and get back to me. Today is June 17 and I wanted to follow up about the claim and I called customer service and suggested me to go back to the store and ask directly to the store if I can get a refund. Package was delivered on June 11th but due to this delay I lost a customer so package was meaningless because I couldn’t show my products to the buyer on time buyer needed. I reached the store via email and they shared that they do not handle the deliveries and the issue is on UPS delivery side and that these are two separate entities, so at this point no one is helping to solve the problem (store nor customer service). Now, Store said UPS is an unable to guarantee the delivery, but I paid for next day shipping and they told me that packaged was going to arrive on June 3rd which never happend on that day. Now, I asked for reimburment or partial refund but they said that they cannot do that and the store said to contact customer service and customer service said to check with the store(?). I was not told that there where delays and if I knew then I wouldnot spent my money to send products there.Please make sure when you send something this days do not use Next day shipping they will not deliver on time

They helped me ship my items for my nephews birthday. They helped me pack and ship them to ensure nothing got broken. I’m so thankful for their level of expertise!

I needed forms printed and they gave me an email address to send the attachment to. The attachment came with 3 other pages attached that I didnt need and I told them to only print page 1, but all 4 pages got printed anyway. In the end, I was asked to pay for an additional 3 pages that I didnt need or want. Nah. The senior worker spoke up and said not to charge me for that. There was an additional problem that they dont accept credit for purchases under $5.00 and I would have asked them to print more copies, but Im not going to hand people my resume with dark streaks going across the page from their bad printer. So I ended up buying stamps.

Their staff is very polite and helpful. They go out of their way to help you and make sure everything goes smoothly. I do not ship things frequently and was unsure of how to prepare a package and the staff was great and showed me exactly how I needed to prepare my package in the future. Very pleasant experience!

The were very welcoming from the first time I came in, their service is so great that they even recognize me and when I come in. Regardless of how much time has passed.
