Poorest customer service ever .... First time here and clerk yelled at me to go wait outside. Only went inside because the person on the phone told me I could get some delivery box from them to package my items. Didn’t expect this kind of service from them. Will not come back.

Today I visited this shop and received a good service. The staffs were friendly and answered details of my questions on shipment. The shipping cost was superb great deal!

Horrible customer service! The opening hours they posted is 5pm. I got there at 4:57pm. The door has been locked. They told me they will lock the door 5 mins earlier. As I insist, they opened the door to take my package with bad attitude. The lady named Elaine told me to come early next time. I got there 3 mins before the time they should close the door. And I have already filed all the paperwork online. It won’t take them much time to do it.Later on I have a disagreement with how they measure the package. Their attitude just got even worse. I’ve been using their services for the past 6 months. Every time when they measure the package, it just came up 1-2 inches difference on each side. The total price went up about $20-30. I wasn’t care about the price difference before but today I wanna know how they measure it and why there’s measurements difference every time. Even what I measured is the same as dimension written on the box.The guy named Jerry got so impatient. He told me if I didn’t agree with what they measured, just leave. When I told them I will report this to their company, Jerry increased his voice and ask me do whatever I want. He doesn’t give a damn about it. I called their company line right after I walked out of their store. I didn’t feel the lady answered me cared about this.This is how they do business.Close the door before their business hours.Bad attitude. Incredibly impatient.You can’t reason with them.They don’t need your business.I get it. I won’t use their serivce anymore.

Fast and inexpensive shipping to Taiwan. Staff was a littlw confused with rules of sending masks to Taiwan, but masks got there without problen

Horrible customer service

The service is not bad, but the rules of my company vary from person to person. I was asked to wait outside because I was the third guest, but I saw another lady taking the package inside and waiting until I went in and sent the package out. No one was asked to wait outside, and I don’t know where the standard is.
