We just got back for Lexington, Kentucky and had tons of bugs on the front of the car. So we came here and went to the cashier to ask what was the best car wash to get them off.The attendant sprayed some cleaner and scrubbed the front of the car. However after going through it wasn’t enough to get them off.They let us go through again and then he sprayed some different cleaner, let it sit for a moment then scrubbed the car again.It worked ! They were great and attentive and the car looks great! Definitely recommend!

Paid for an upgraded wash (one step below top tier) and car didnt come out clean. Speed of wash didnt seem to allow the soap to really do its thing. Power of vacuums seemed to be lacking a bit.

Been here twice. Car wash does a real good job. I do the 15.00 wash and the description says tire gloss but it doesnt look like it. Still happy overall. I wish they would post prices for the unlimited on their website.

Still new, but felt like it went through fast. Still clean car. Vacuum area is spacious. Tight squeeze getting in and out. Time will tell if it holds up and keeps a well maintained facility.

I got the unlimited club $39 a month I was told I can cancel anytime. The owner tells me I have to stick with them for at least 3 months before I can cancel… how is this professional at all?

Great facility. Very well kept especially when compared to surrounding automatic carwashes in the area. All in one floor mat washer/dryer units available onsite for extra cost. I find their membership to be of great value.

Seems pretty good. Prices are a bit steep but seems like a newer car wash so I give them that. Cleaned my car pretty well.

They don’t cover your rear wiper like similar tunnel car washes. And There’s NOT enough power with the air drying!!! When My car car out out the wash, it looked like it had been in a rain storm!! An unfriendly older man that runs the place was rude and unprofessional! I’d now drive miles out of my way to go anywhere else.

When Tsunami car wash first open the minimum charge was $3.00 dollars and it was not bad you pay for what you get, in two years it went up to 6 dollars. Im always pay $12.00 for the extras, in the past few time I took my car there I been very disappointed. I still took it back because of time and is the only one around me its just convenient no wait time since there prices are the highest for just a drive through carwash, I wouldnt mind paying if the Job is done right but thats not the case, unfortunately the car dont come out completely clean or comes out really wet leaving watermark everywhere, If you dont mind paying more to get less then this is the place, as for me I strike 3 time for the sake of maybe... So I personally I dont recommend this carwash.

Went here for the first time, looked nice. Paid for the $15 wash. Got up to the car wash there was no way they could have identified that I paid more. Just filtered in. Went through the wash got home realized the tire shine wasn’t applied called them and asked if I could come back for it to be applied. The owner decided to argue with me, and begrudgingly said I could go back(only reason they have 2 stars instead of 1). Got there and more arguing when clearly there wasn’t any tire shine on the car, went through the wash again. Had a spot of tire shine on 2 tires that only covered 15% of the tires. Other two had none. Owner came out I mentioned it again he just brushed it off. I will not be returning if you must get your car washed don’t bother paying any more than the base wash since they are all the same. Photo attached is after the wash.

Good place to have your vehicle cleaned, Louis the owner is a very good guy had a small issue he corrected it no problem, free vacuum cleaner with car wash.

Employees are polite and knowledge of the prices and knowledge of whats included in the wash you buying.Vacuum are free when you have you car washed there.

My car always comes out squeeky clean.If you want a brushless wash then dont go here. Free vacuums

**Beware**If you get their monthly unlimited wash, they will charge you every month and you cannot cancel unless you have been a member for 3 months straight. If you do try to cancel before 3 months they will charge you a fee of $20.I did not know this so FYI if your just looking to wash your car here in the winter/salty time and might be interested in that.Car wash is pretty good just don’t like how the dryers don’t really dry as good they could.Good place for lowered cars, they have a flat floor escalator instead of the traditional rail that hooks your wheel.Not very satisfied but got what I needed for the snowy month of January/February.

It was okay not the best car wash payed 20$ with ceramic and tsunami package vacuums were okay as well I like my usual spot super express car wash in park city way better deal better wash and staff is friendly ☺️ plus you get the same wash for free 12$ deal try it out.

I was expecting to get a really good wash, but it was just decent. A good place to go if you have a low profile car as it is like a escalator that you drive into and dont have to worry about scraping the bottom of your car.

The staff are very friendly/helpful and the facility is very clean. The car wash does a great job for an even better price! Easily the best car wash I have ever gotten. The FREE vacuums work great too! I am so glad this place opened. I will definitely be making Tsunami my regular car wash :)

Car still seemed a little dirty, payed extra & it didn’t seem like it made a difference to a regular car wash. Vacuum suction wasn’t strong.

Just had our first car washed there. They were so friendly! Great customer service! They give you a soft cloth to dry your vehicle afterwards that you then return to a basket which is by their FREE vacuums. The vacuums are very powerful and there is one on each side of your vehicle for convenience. There are a lot of vacuum stations too. The wash did a very nice job. Overall very, very impressed. Highly recommend!

Its okay. No big deal. Moves you through very quickly. I think the wash at Annas on the corner of Sheridan & Beach Rd. in Beach Park is every bit as good. Its okay; nuttin to write home about. However, you do get a free wash code in the event of rain within 2-3 days, so thats nice

This is the best wash I’ve ever gotten! My truck is spotless, from the top to the undercarriage and the windshield beads water when it rains. The tires are cleaned and shined as well. The facility is brand new and very clean. The staff are always friendly and helpful. OUTSTANDING!!!

Had a great experience! Was talking with the big gentleman Zak it seemed he’s the manager and a very pleasant man. Had me laughing up a storm!! The wash itself I had 0 complaints on and being in a brand new car was itself felt great! Overall I am one satisfied customer!! And then their name is tsunami too!! How cool is that!

Just went through the $15 wash. Definitely not worth it. Still had bugs and dirt on the front of my car even though there was a worker at the beginning of the wash scrubbing the front end. My rims were still very dirty. I feel like they focused more on speed than quality when building this car wash. The 2 stars are for the rest of my car being decently clean.

Paid $12 for a car wash that didnt even soap the car before the agitators got to it. Tried it on multiple cars and confirmed it wasnt even spraying soap, the only soap that touched the cars was the leftover soap on the agitators.

Great car wash and staff. Been waiting for this place to open since I noticed what was being built. Place does a great job on getting my car clean even though I dont wash it often. Car comes out clean and with a shine. Even does a great job getting my rims clean.

The only automatic car wash I can drive my truck through due to my tires. Their membership program is now saving me about 60$ a month. Plus the service is great. Gave my pups treats and took great care of us.

Very impressed with the car wash. If you have rims it will not scratch them because car sits on a belt with no side walls so it will not scratch. Free vacuums. 15$ for best wash. But they do have cheaper options. I will definitely be back.

I honestly don’t know what’s so bad about this place....Took my truck there today and didn’t have any issues...no bubbling paint..no window streaks (you can’t just wash your car and drive off, have to wipe the water away to prevent streaks) and whatever else people have reported. Not sure if it’s a prior condition they had on their vehicle and didn’t notice until it was convenient to blame the car wash companies, but Tsunami is just fine. Free vacuums, conveyer belt to dang near eliminate potential for wheel damage, all brushes etc work just fine (if you have folding mirrors don’t have a heart attack when they move in the wash), but who knows, I don’t design car washes for a living. Anyways, great car wash and will definitely be getting a monthly pass next time I go!!

Agreed with the other 1-star reviews. A fairly poor quality wash for $15, but I did get a refund.They need real brushes, not those spinning shammy things. Brushes get in the crevices much better.They need horizontal brushes, not those hanging strips that dont clean the windshield or rear glass.

This one had really high reviews other than a couple about professionalism.I ordered the $15 wash which was everything the fire and ice the tires that everything the rainbow coating the top wash the most expensive one it did everything.Came out of the car wash and went to the vacuums and took a look around my car the nose was still a little bit dirty and the tires were still really bad they were dirty in the spokes and only half the tire was shiny cleaned.it was really sunny out so it was hard to see them in full so I just vacuumed my car and then when I got home I clean the nose of my car and really took a look at my and took pictures cuz you could really notice that only half of them got shined cleaned and the whole tread of the tire never got touched and the spokes were still dirty so went in the house and called the tsunami car Wash and spoke toLouie, i told him what happened & 5his is 1st time there was at wash not to long ago & tires didnt get cleaned.....Louie said I could bring it in and they would rewash it.Well I went back around 5 :40pm after the thunderstorm and when I got to the car wash cash window as I was told to go it took a while for someone to come to the window and when Louie got to the windowI reminded him who I was I had my receipt in my hand and before I finished saying much of anything Louise started questioning where I got my car wash how many times did I get it washed I told him this is the first time Ive got it washed he said where did you get it washed before and I said this is the first time Ive got it washed in Illinois and I only watched it one other time my car is only a year old and that was in Ohio...I then asked him do you want to see my receipt and reminded him that I got the car wash today here at tsunami I was showing him my receipt and about my... He kept questioning where I got my car wash how many times I got itand then proceeded to tell me at the end of the car wash dont just drive out you need to wait when it says relax relax relax you need to wait... Implying that I just drove out of the car wash......I told him that I did not put my car in drive until I was fully pushed out of the car wash after it said go and I was completely out of the car..... With much hesitation and questioning me he just said well Ill go ahead and wash ithe lifted the gate so I could drive through I drove around he came out to the car wash area mind you hes the one that wash my car the first time....and he has a disgusted look on his face and hes looking at my car and having body language attitude....their car wash goes pretty fast so I wet all the way through again at the end Louis was standing there and put his hand up in the stop-motion like pumping like slow down slow down slow down mind you my car is in neutral and the car wash is taking me through the carwash as soon as it spent my car out where it said go I pulled over by the red cylinders at the mouth of the car wash and looked at my tires he was still standing there so I mentioned thank you for doing that for me and ....he was still very standoffish and put it off on me like I did something wrong went somewhere else didntCorrectly wash my car!

I had an unlimited car wash plan at another place which I did not like so much because they close very early .. I tried other car wash but they have no monthly plans and it was a more expensive one, so I try Tsunami the unlimited plan of $ 39.00 per month and I am very satisfied, I think it is the best car wash I have had in a long time .... I really recommend it ...

If I could give less then a star I would. $15 car wash with no rewash. Vacuum cleaners arent that great and find my paint on my non rusted door bubbled and they blame it on having paint protection. I use car washes all the time and have never had an issue. Highly do not recommend. I also watched another gentlemen take pictures of the front of his vehicle when he got out very unhappy while I was attempting to vacuum.

Worst $15 car wash Ive ever had. Speedy Car Wash down on Washington does better for $3.My windows still had a dirty film on them because those dangly things dont do a good job. The brushes missed a lot of areas that normally get cleaned. Nice new pretty building, but a poor quality job. Should have spent more money on the equipment.

The car wash bumped me into the car in front of me. I ended up pushing his car out of the tunnel. Floor mat cleaners are advertised but they had been removed.EDIT: two year ago the car wash made my car bump the one in front of me and I wasn’t going to go back but went back today because I was in a crunch for time and the vacuums don’t work. Don’t go here

Great place for a wash! Nice Conveyor belt system which is ideal for big wide wheels and dually’s (no scratches).
