Unbelievably nice people. I did my 34 hr reset here. Did laundry, took a shower. Went to six Flags. The fried shrooms at the diner and the chicken were delicious.

Good little stop, just wish you didnt have to get buzzed into the casino room, I didnt even bother with it.

I love this truck stop is always clean and always has fresh food always has excellent employees excellent bathrooms whenever I leave Milwaukee Wisconsin to go up north or to go to Des Moines Iowa or Michigan or any place I always stop at this gas station or truck stop whatever you want to call it to fill up because I love this one

My first experience here was amazing, friendly and helpful service, also I was able to use the shower. I refused to dry off with towel because I had my own. I came back 5 days later all the way from Milwaukee in great need of a shower and very tired. I was told by the same guy I returned the keys to I couldn’t use the shower because I wasn’t a truck driver. It seemed like he was being biased.

Good place to find truck parking and get a cup of coffee. Besides that theres not really much else here. Theres no real food besides what sold in the gas station. if youre looking for somewhere to sit down and eat, then I would suggest going up the road to the TA.Theres not a lot of places to park, Id say less than 20 spots. I think this place was great because I was just looking to get a cup of coffee and park for a moment.

Gas is reasonably priced for the area and they do have a large selection of items in the store. Employees are nice as well. However, the last 2 times I stopped here in the afternoon, there werent any paper towels at the pumps and the squeegees had seen better days and made the windows worse.

Never had a problem here. Its on my way home from work so I stop in quite often. One pump has a bad readout on the dollar amount, but I always prepay so its never been a problem. Good selection of drinks and snacks

Friendly service both the bathrooms are horrible. It makes no sense to have several people on staff and your restrooms are filthy. But it is good for a quick stop.

This place will do for a quick stop, but only if you are northbound. There are concrete barriers dividing the highway so there is no access to or from southbound. If you are a trucker, this means you have to roll the scales North of here. Inside, I feel like Im in a bank. Glass between teller and cigs and the customer. What do you expect in North Chicago? Not impressed, only will use again if absolutely necessary

If your in the area truckers stop by gurnee truck stop. Friendly staff and very accommodating to the needs of our delivery guys. Gotta take care of our truckers or we have no products. LOL

For starter, coffee here SUCKS!!! Very cheap and low quality coffee, extremely watered down coffee. Complained for over 2 weeks. Didnt change. 2 things are good here. 1. Diesel fuel is cheaper, 2. Single stall Bathroom is clean. Everything else, including parking lot, store, coffee, etc. all are 3rd world country standard.Thanks.

I only stopped here because they tricked me on the gas. The price was something like $0.20 lower than everybody else, but in the small print it says with a car wash. I just got a gallon and left.

Nice parking lot to park a big truck, but the employees I met last night and this morning are miserable rude people.Nothing on the grill to eat, basic convenient store with nothing to offer.Ill never come here again.

Was very clean they have cinnabon inside which is awesome. Fresh pizza slices and a lotto machine. Staff was friendly and I got a really good deal from their clearance section on a two pack phone charger and phone mount for $15 which was $60 they have alot of last minute stuff u might need and coffee selection was good with lots of choices of creamers.

Nice quite safe place away from big city Chicago. They have big selection of vape and tabacoo. They are not 12.00 a pack here like big city. 5 to 6 dollar for name brand cigs 3.50 for off brand.

Got there late at night. I think i bought chocolate milk? Dont remember. But it was quiet and i guess a typical truck stop?

Quick and easy simple weight scale to use for getting moving trailers weighed and receiving a certified ticket.

We were waited on by a 3rd shift awesome lady employee. Very friendly, greeting us, made lite conversation. I would return here just because of this employee. Also, very clean store, bathrooms and outside.

Newly renovated, the owners did a great job,nice tile work.The Dennys also was good.Better than the TA,where they make you park a mile away because of reserved parking.

TRUCKERS BEWARE THIS PLACE IS SHADYI GOT HERE LATE LAST NIGHT, STAYED IN AN GOT UP THIS MORNING AND HAD MY WIFE COME PICK ME UP AN WE WENT TO HER GRANDMOTHER FUNERAL, GOT BACK STARTED DOING MY PRETRIP AND THIS GUY CAME OUT THE STORE QUESTIONING ME ABOUT PALLETS ON THE GROUND OVER BY MY TRAILER, I TOLD HIM THEY DONT BELONG TO ME, MY TRAILER IS LOADED AND IT HAS A SEAL ON IT, HE LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS LYING TO HIM, THEN TOLD ME WELL UMMA HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING SINCE I DIDNT STAY WITH THE TRUCK THE WHOLE TIME, I HAD ONLY LEFT MY TRUCK 4 HOURS TO ATTEND THE FUNERAL. THERE IS NO SIGNS OR ANYTHING SAYING ANYTHING ABOUT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING THEN HE SAID ITS $20 A NIGHT, AND I EVEN WENT IN THE PLACE AND BOUGHT STUFF SEVERAL TIMES LAST NIGHT. I have been to multiple gas stations in the area, and now I have only been going to this one. Its not because of the pricing or anything there. As a retail employee, a business student, and son of business owners, I am completely satisfied with the service provided by Tina! She always has great things to say, gives me advice, and in fact I will have a quick conversation with her while paying for my purchase. She is the only employee at this location which I have had great service from. The other employees need to fix their attitude. It can be as late as 12:30am, Im heading back to Wisconsin after a long night of work, stop by here, and Tina can make my night within just a short 2 minute conversation. The other employees need to step it up on their customer service skills - as Ive mentioned my connections to customer service, the only reason I rate this place a 5 star, is for her. Not one other employee has done anything further than charge my money and not say a single word to me. In a business, you want those people out!! No matter how early or late it is, no matter how customers act (good or bad) you must still attempt to have an enthusiastic attitude towards people whom are paying. Especially because some of those may be having a new experience in the area - as I was testing different areas - now I continue to stop here to see if Tina is in to say hi and still get some gas! Hire people like her. If managers are nothing but miserable or as I mentioned that should be out, than sit aside and let someone do the guest interfering job. Thatll increase satisfaction! Its just my personal comments towards this place. Trust me, if youd ask anyone, Im very judgmental and picky when commenting about a business. Therefore, congratulations! I hope this business isnt sloppy, nasty, and unprofessional. So Id expect Tina to get some recognition because thanks to her, Im basically a loyal customer to this place, and my money could be used somewhere else, but decide to place it here.

Drinks way over priced, store not well maintained, door loud and annoying, rude attendant. You can drive the extra few miles to get to a different gas station, its worth it.
