It was nice to live in at first, we were told they renovated the place upon moving in. However after a month, the “renovated cabinets slipped off and had to constantly be put on again (cheap wood). The walls are extremely thin so you can hear just about anything that goes on. If you don’t mind the smell of weed, be prepared to smell it inside of your apartment (not just the halls). After moving out, they took $320 out of the $500 deposit for their cheap paint job. Trying to wipe sweat marks from summer time strips paint down. Paint also starts to come off of tub over time in pieces. When they were shoveling sidewalks during the winter, they shattered our window since it is on the ground floor. Removal of it dented the screen so we no longer opened it. There is nothing above the stove to take in the smoke. You have to constantly open the window to prevent the fire alarm from going off (which is sensitive)

Cely Garcia is not a professional lady . When you leave the apartment they will do the force entry in your house and put the false charges on your account and forward your details to the collection department . Even I have the pictures of before and after but they will never entertain you all they want is money money and in return they will give you pathetic customer service .And when you call them they will never response you I left Cely 5-10 voicemail, emails but no response but when I call from unknown number she pick the call . GP management please terminate Cely Garcia she don’t deserve this position .Worst customer service .

I wish if there was zero start, they deserve that .Cely Garcia is worst person ever I have seen in my life . Very RUDE, unprofessional and unresponsive . Cely certainly needs to be fired, she is not at all even worth talking at initial conversation . Kindly weigh out your option before moving in . When you move out they will charge you unnecessary and those are all false charges .I was over charged for no reason . After that they will stop answering your calls, they will not respond to your emails and all they want is only money . Very poor customer service and bad approach when dealing with customers . You can definitely get better places around you .

As the new management took over, marijuana smoking became allowed. I did not appreciate the smell of it constantly coming into my apartment all day long, EVERY SINGLE DAY. Management did not resolve any issue that I brought to their attention. Walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING that your neighbors are doing. Police come every single day and night. I do not recommend living here. They gave me a 30 day notice to move which wasnt enough time. Also wouldnt even tell me why I couldnt renew. You are paying too much for this horrible apartment living. You can find something better for this amount somewhere else.

I have to say that so far in enjoying living here.Celly Garcia with GP management is amazing at her job, friendly, positive and willing to answer any questions I had prior to my move.The area is pretty peaceful and I hope to continue to enjoy my stay.Thanks again!

DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTSI lived in the Apartments for about two years, and I can honestly it was the worst period of my life.The maintenance team is uneducated and lazy. They never fulfilled any work orders. It had gotten so bad that I began to put any type of work back into the apartment with my own money and time.They entered my apartment with no notice multiple times, and claimed to be an emergency Occurrences happened twice while my girlfriend and I came out of the shower to men working on our front door.The Management team is RUDE, forgetful, and ignorant. MULTIPLE times Ive been unfairly charged, overcharged, and spoken down to when speaking about said charges.For the money youll spend while living here, you deserve so much more from a Apartment Community. I HIGHLY suggest weighing out your options before moving in. Theres definitely better options within the area.

Loud music, and constant arguments between residents despite calls to front office.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I lived here for a year. There was gang activity, dangerous situations in the parking lots, domestic violence calls every day and night, the list goes on. I gave proof and management refused to take action and evict those tenants. They don’t care about anyone’s safety. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. There was an active water leak in my bedroom about 16in long and 8in wide at the crease of the wall and ceiling. It was so damaged that you could lift the ceiling in the spot. I took pictures, sent emails, no one was ever sent to fix the problem. Mold grew inside. That was 4 months before my lease ended. I’m sure all they’ll do is slap a coat of paint over it and pretend it isn’t there. If you can find somewhere else to live, please do. Do not move here if you have a child. This should be a last resort choice in your moving decision.

I was presented a unit with a hole in the oven, that didnt open unfinished flooring, damaged cabinets, doors, painted over mold. sloppy stained unit. a scam, high hidden fees. there were dead insects cobwebs and stains all over. they literally do not care, do not move here. run far away

Im Legally Disabled and tho none of the apartments are specifically made for Handicapped people, the Management permitted the installation of Grab Bars and Toilet Frame in my bathroom, and a long Handrail and step for my back porch. These add-on features help me immensely! Furthermore, whenever I have an issue/problem, its handled expeditiously, and in a timely manner. Leasing Agent Sherelle is very pleasant and handles questions well. Office Manager Holly, is the same and is determined to make Carriage House one of the areas Premier Apartment Complexes! The trains that go by my apartment fairly often has become just White Noise... I like it here and can say it feels like Home!

I dont recommend this place,, the 6 years I have been living every year the management chance owners, they dont fixed nothing. They want to charge utiliutilities extra, like if it was an association fee. You can do better.

Really bad place to live. They will come up with made up charges, and they have bad management. They are very rude.

Stay away from this place. Terrible, terrible management...

Nice people, weird hours of office

Didn’t know it takes 2 whole weeks to recieve a laundry room key to the lock that was placed on the door 2 WEEKS AGO. On top of charging $25 for a NEW key when we never received the FIRST key. 2 WEEKS ALMOST 3 WEEKS AGO. So Inhumane. Lazy and rude. They don’t fix anything either when requested or asked.
