Good experience!

I called for someone to come out and let me know what I could do to get my whole house cool. It was cooling in the front just fine but not in the back bedrooms. I was expecting someone to come out and try to up sell me a newer bigger unit but it ended up just being a problem with a part. It was fixed within an hour! Glad I called them and not someone else.

My AC went out last year I had been hoping it would last a little longer… but it was time to call some professionals. I had heard of this company from a friend and he said they were great. He said that “they are a local family owned business” and that they were the ones to call.I spoke to Mike, and he had someone look at it that day. Come to find out it was Mike himself that came to see what was going on with it. After investigating, he determined that I needed a new system. I kinda knew he was going to say that. It was the original and 23 years old. A few days later I have a new AC/heater, cleaned ducts, new support for the inside and outside units, and a programmable digital thermostat that has an “away” from home button that I press when I go to work and turn it off when I get home. It’s great! It runs quiet and controls the temperature awesome! It is saving every month on my power bill!All in all, I had a great experience with Comptons Aire Serv of Gulfport. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. They have a proven record of experience, knowledgeable and courteous people working for them. I would recommend everyone to this local company.

I wouldnt even give this company a 1 star if they allowed it. Horrible!!! These people installed our units and when we had problems they would NOT return our calls! Both of our units went down the week of Thanksgiving. We called them on Monday and Tuesday of that week. Someone showed up Tuesday(without calling to let us know they were coming) and they guy looked at our units. The guy couldnt figure out what was wrong, and said that he had to call Trane and would get back with us. It has been over a week and we have heard NOTHING! We call and all we get is voice mail! I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone! I say this because I have dated a guy that owned his own heating and air business in Kentucky and this IS NOT how you run a heating and air business.

Mike is a very passionate business owner that actually cares about the customers, and will go out of his way to leave a lasting impression. I suggest you call Comptons LLC if youre ever in need of a skilled HVAC contractor.

Good luck with these guys they do not stand behind their work. There are many other more reputable companies in South Mississippi to choose from for A/C work.

DO NOT USE THEM... TOOK OUR $500 ALONG WITH THE $500 TRAN PAID THEM. WOULDNT RETURN CALLS GAVE US THE RUN AROUND. SAID MY CARPETS AND DOOR FRAMES EOULD BE FIXED AND NOTHING. BEEN 2 YEARS... TRAN ISNT ANY BETTER. BE WARE!!!
