I went there to see how much it would be for them to do my taxes. Jackie was very professional. I went ahead and stayed and had her process my return.I will definitely go back next year!!!!!

I just called my local location in Walmart and I have to say... I wont be going there. Lady picked up the phone and I stated my name and asked how she was doing. Her response... Fine... thats it... not fine sir hoe are you... not fine Josh how are you... just fine followed by a few seconds of silence. I proceeded with asking a question about filing online compared to in store with a rep (I had an issue with verifying some info) and her response was... I dont know... didnt ask any further questions. I started to explain what I was talking about and the decided she didnt really care and told her I would call a different company. I know its the start of tax season and things are probably stressful and crazy but I think if you work for a company that makes a major part of their money this time of year you would be a little more focused on customer service.
