Absolutely terrible! Since January this location has lost 67 of my outgoing packages, costing me thousands of dollars. Each time they are simply not scanned in and disappear, making it impossible to file a claim. I may as well just toss the packages in the trash.Today, again, the carrier didnt pick up my mail, forcing me to take my packages to this post office. The package bin, as usual, was jammed. Instead of helping me, a woman employee started screaming through the wall, telling me to stop banging on it.
$12 to mail a calendar, not cool. Good counter service, nice people but the prices are getting out of reach.
The tracking says the package was delivered in mailbox which means the bigger box with a key that should be placed in my mailbox yet there was no key nor a package and this isn’t the first time the old man mucked things up. Sadly the USPS isn’t reliable as it once was
Lost many of my packages. had a family member ship a SMALL package for me that should have been shipped first class which costs $4-5. they sent it as USPS ground services and charged $14 for a small package with a sweatshirt in it. assuming they did this just so they could get extra money.
If there was an option for zero stars thats what my inept postal service would receive from me. Please tell the mail delivery folks to LOOK AT THE DAMNED ADDRESSES before they deliver my neighbors mail to my address. This continues to be an ongoing issue in my area, no matter how much we complain about getting other peoples mail.
Polite, cordial employees. Friendly, knowledgeable, answer questions and are patient.
I’d give zero stars if that was an option. They sent my mail to another town after it was listed as out for delivery. Now it can’t be tracked and I have no idea where it is. TERRIBLE!!!!!! Don’t use their services if you can avoid it. Go to FedEx or UPS.
The last few times I have been to this location, Ms. Stacey has been a pleasure to interact with, she is a sweet lady who treats my packages with care. All of my books have been delivered on time using the Media Mail service.

Its beyond annoying when i go to the counter to ship something and they act like an auto repair shop by asking if you want to upgrade to their most expensive service even something as simple as a letter going across town, this Grove City not Beverly Hills. Their kiosk is always down for maintenance and I print most of my shipping labels from home and weigh those items on their kiosk, but they often charge me more automatically by saying the item was underweighed...so calibrate your machine correctly. Lastly and most importantly, youre a government facility that has a US Flag outside but the street light next to it hasnt worked for months. You of all places should be well aware that a flag flown at night needs to be lit!
My packages have been taking WEEKS to transport with shoddy delivery, incorrectly updates tracking, and tons of $$$ for my small artisan Etsy shop in refund requests.
My issues with the USPS continues. Most of the previous incidents have been fairly minor and were addressed.However today I was expecting a routinely but important package. I’ve been ordering the same items once a month now for 2+ years. Never had an issue until today. It’s always put in my mailbox with the rest of the mail. Today I go to leave the house and there is a slip in the mailbox that the delivery was missed. Which is funny because I’ve been home all morning and the doorbell never rang, not one time.What really infuriates me is my attempt to contact somebody at USPS. The first time I called my wait time was literally 1.5 hours! I stayed on hold for about 30 minutes and hung up. You can’t tell me that post office is that busy that someone has to wait an hour and a half to talk to somebody. A few minutes ago I recently attempted to contact somebody again and the wait time was almost 2 hours!! RidiculousIt blows my mind it’s this hard to get my important package delivered. Now I’m going out of town and need my supplies. I don’t even know if I will get my items before I leave or not.Update after finally reaching a call center for the USPS and speaking to a lady that barely spoke English and was quite hard to understand. I was able to arrange to pick up my package on Saturday morning at the location. Surprise after getting there and standing in line for 30 minutes they can’t find the package now. I will never for the rest of my life send a package through USPS. Now I’m going out of town Monday morning and can’t get my supplies.
The people there were very nice to me and got my package ready in less than 2 minutes! Would definitely go againEdit: IIRC, it was Kyleen that helped out with getting my package ready to be shipped

These people can’t sort mail to save their lives I don’t know where my mail disappears too but there is plenty of mail I got before I moved in the Grove city a year and a half ago that I have not gotten mail from certain companies for over a year now it’s this post office I have had checks go missing not to mention they constantly deliver to the wrong address and people who don’t live in your house

This place is a disgrace to our postal service. It not the people who worked there, but it is how it is managed by the management team. Their supervisor and upper management dont give a donkey poop about you as costumers. Try to called them, no answers, try to ask questions for management support teams, good....luck..., because their lazy and only points figure for lower level employees to do their jobs! The only good thing about this place are the employees trying their best to cover up for the lazy management and management support teams.

Phoned and phoned again, no one answers. Package was split. Received half was calling with a tracking number to see if it was still on their premises. Called another office who reached them. Someone was to call me as I left my info. No response. I wonder why people are using other services and they are financially troubled ??? I am thoroughly disgusted with them.........
I used to buy money orders from Kroger and put them in my mail box...and since two years I never lost money order..but the only day I went to this office and I bought 3 money orders and gave them to send them for me I lost two money orders with total value 35 dollars & 25 dollars .
My new mail carrier (contractor) from the past year is horrible. She gives me other peoples packages on different street and same number all the time, gives my mail to others. Then, about 6 months ago she starts backing into my driveway to park so she doesnt have to walk as far to deliver my packages. Then when I finally ask her to stop, (they arent supposed to go that and she kept parking within inches of my truck), she wants to argue with me about how heavy my pack of toilet paper is. I called Dartmoor and got her supervisor on the phone. Now she avoids me or gives me stink face. I miss our old carrier we had for years, before they hired contractors.

I have a PO Box at this location which is due to expire on 3/31/16. I stopped in and told the clerk that I would not be renewing my PO Box. The clerk assured me that I would have access to my PO Box through 3/31/16 and that I did not have to submit a change of address form until 3/31/16. Now I have found out that they closed my PO Box and returned ALL my mail to sender! I am very upset. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Everything else here has been good, but this is ridiculous.
Service in the office is fine. When trying to call for a question they dont answer the phone. I have tried 3 times within 20 minutes without an answer. Bad Customer service from this aspect!
Great service if you just need postage or mailing, but for specialized service like getting a passport not a good experience. We have made several attempts to process the paperwork but after waiting half an hour in line we were told the one & only person who can do it is on lunch, called off or works hours other than the hours of operation! VERY frustrating for something that is time sensative! Also, we attempted to call ahead but no one answers the phone so we cant find out if the passport person is or isnt working.

12-12-15 contractors have the entire entrance blocked off they have the entrance blocked so you can not use drop boxes or ATM to send packages after hours really busy time of year and you deny access to send packages. 12-13-2015 3pm the entrance is still blocked off by contractors. Hope I get reimbursed for negative feedback on my eBay account. Really the work could not wait until after the Holiday season?Also seems like at this branch only 1 teller is working.

Calling this location is a waste of time. They simply do not answer and do not have a way of asking for a call back. Why do they even have a phone number?

They were able to put a packing slip in my mailbox and mail, but could not put my package in the mailbox because the receptacle was blocked Did not even bother to disclose where or at which location my package is located.
If u work until 530 dont go here. They always close the doors at 545pm PERIOD!!
Never answer their phone. Tried calling about a package I dropped off in the package drop off bin and the tracking has never been updated now for 4 days. How can I check about it if they do not answer their phone? ANSWER THE PHONE!
