Nate was on duty when I stopped at the store this morning. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions about Verizon cell service in a way that I could understand. His approach to me was not high-pressure sales but just good information. He has convinced me to become a Verizon customer.
Ok. Place but not recommended. Made excuses the they werent a VerizonRetail store so that is why they cant resolve an ordering issue.So for general and generic things they may be fine.
I am never going to the actual Verizon store again. Madison at the Victra Verizon retailer was professional, and put my preferences first. She found the best deals she could, gave me all the info I needed, and tried to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. She even was able to concurrently serve myself and a challenging customer at the same time. Such a refreshing change from the high pressure and get in-get out of the actual Verizon store. Recommended Victra to all my family.
My experience today with Jordan was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to help us out. He was very knowledgeable and informative. I couldnt be happier with the customer service I received today. I placed an online order for curbside pickup through Verizon’s website yesterday, Saturday Jan 3. It wasn’t ready until a few minutes before curbside pickup ended, which was fine, so I waited until they opened today, Sunday Jan. 4, to go pick the phones up.I showed up at 11:57AM, and the store was not open. No problem as they are not supposed to be open until noon, or 11am if you look on Victra’s website. However, I proceeded to wait for over an hour and nobody came to open the store. As of the time of this writing, the store has been closed for two or three hours after their posted opening times on Google and Victra’s websites respectfully.Whenever I call, the phone rings once then goes directly to voicemail.

Had my newer iPhone stolen. Went in to my local Team Victra and went in and talked to Jordan and explain what happened after verifying who I was he helped me get back to my life that day. On top of that he put me in something newer then what I originally had stolen. Gave me peace of mind again. So shout out to Jordan at Team Victra for being super friendly and super professional.

I went to the corporate store on Stringtown rd only to be turned away. I called 611 talked with Carl. He sent me back only to be disrespected by the manager.I called 611 again. Was told to go to the store on London Groveport rd. I was greated with the friendly face of Nate. Who solved my issue with almost no effort. Nate is a great customer service representative. I dont know if Ill return to this store. Despite the fact. I thought my experience was great and the service was just as good. Until my new LG G5 with recommended screen protector and case, broke after just 6 days. I called the store and Mr. Kenneth Lee insisted I must have broke my screen. They dont just break. Im aware they dont usually break. Thats why I called with my issue.My phone sits on my desk in a tool building all day at work excluding break times. I went to my morning break after grabbing my phone from my LOCKED non mobile, tool trailer . To notice a crack where the screen protector doesnt cover. No tools are above my desk. No tools on my desk. How did I crack a screen inside a locked tool trailer when Im working 100 feet away?

I will never return to this store again. My phone had been stolen so I had to buy another phone off of the Internet that was unlocked I even called the company in front of the Verizon salesman to talk to him to help him you could look up the code online and it would show you that it was unlocked for Verizon and the worker refused to even help me all I needed to do was buy a Sim card a new Sim card for my phone number and put it in and he kept telling me it wouldnt work I kindly asked him if he could try for me anyways because the customer service representative I was on the phone with said that it would work and he was extremely rude to me and flat out told me no Im not gonna waste my time and try it there were no other customers in there there is nobody else I needed any help I asked him very very kindly multiple times I did explain to him how important it was because I have a one-year-old and I need a working phone and he had no desire to help me out and then had an attitude and told me that I could leave I never once raised my voice or became disrespectful to him I kindly said all right I will go and ask somebody else I do not recommend you take your business there they are very disrespectful and have yet to ever offer me help and if you years back they lied to me and put an extra line on my phone and I ended up owing over $200 for a phone they told me was free very disappointed oh and by the way I went to Best Buy and they got my phone working within 10 minutes

Awesome experience! Did not have to wait at all and the employees are very knowledgable and helpful for whatever you may need! In the past premium retailers have been given a bad rep but this store was a much more pleasant experience than the corporate store on Stringtown.

The store is spacious and looks clean. The customer service suffers. It is hard to get a friendly greeting and takes a while for someone to help you as you watch 10 employees go to the back of the store. It needs customer service training.

This place is unbelievable. My phone price was $50 more than at a acutal Verizon store(I found this out after the fact). Then I purchased a screen protector for $59.00 and had the guy install on my brand new phone. It fell off my phone and broke in half once it hit the floor. I took it back with the box to Victra and he said they dont do refunds, I would have to contact the screen protector company. Then he proceeded to tell me that they have had a lot of trouble with that type of screen protector. This place has terrible customer service and terrible pricing dont be fooled, got to the Verizon on stringtown Rd.
Went in there wanting info on a battery and walked out with a new phone.

My experience here was a first and last! I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Matthew (I think), he was very professional on a personal level however, on a professional level I would say that he was not in the slightest bit. He was not through in his explanation as it regarded to my upgrades rather than just getting my money and being done with me. First off, I upgraded two phones to the new iphones, expecting to pay the sales tax and upgrade fees as usual along with my accessories for the new phones. Mind you, I have bought in a authorized dealer location before with ZERO issues. My issues here are that he/his location, would not honor my Federal Employee discount of 25% off of accessories so he said he would hook me up with $30 off just to help me out. Cool right? Well not so much. He credited my purchase with $10 not $30! Next, I get my Verizon bill and it reflects the $30 upgrade fees for a total of $60! I was told that the upgrade fee with them was only $20, which I paid in the store and never expected to see an additional $60 in upgrade fees on my bill! I call Verizon and they advise me that dealer locations charge their own upgrade fees which are justified as setting up and transferring my content to the new phone! I was NOT told that by this store! I was simply charged $20 per phone ($40 in total) and the actual Verizon upgrade fee was added to my bill, $30 each for an additional $60! I called this location and asked about their upgrade fee and was told that they charge $20 per phone to set up and transfer all the content over. I advised them that all I did was purchase the phones from them and that I took the phones home and setup/transferred everything over myself on my MacBook. I was told that the supervisor is out of town and that there is nothing they can do as far as the $40 I was charged for the setup fee which they did not set up. I was charged the setup fee of $40 and they were not the ones that setup my phones! These guys are in it to make whatever money they can, who isnt right, but to hide fees in my bill thinking I wouldnt find them is very unprofessional. To charge someone for a service that you did not provide is fraud! Minus the accessories that I paid full price for (less $10 discount) I will end up paying $265 to upgrade two phones when it should have been $181.50 plus taxes ($195)! I would not go here unless you are willing to pay 2 separate upgrade fees and if you receive any accessory discounts, they will not honor them so you must be willing to pay full price if you plan on buying any accessories. Save yourself the troubles and go to a retail store so that you dont end up paying $65-$70 over what you should! As an honorable mention, As I was on the phone with them today I was sitting in the parking lot as my wife was in another store picking up some items (thats when I received a text from Verizon about my new bill), I was told that there was nothing that can be done and that he cant stay on the line with me because he was in the process of helping out another customer in the store. He offered to call me back within an hour. Thinking that it was odd that he would even answer the phone and stay on the line with me for the 5 minutes he was, if he was already with a customer, I got to thinking that maybe I was the only customer he was helping and that he 1. is trying to get off the phone with me or 2. another customer came in while he was on the phone with me so he was rudly ending our conversation so he could help them. I decided to get out of the car and take a walk past the store. I walked past the store and he (the same exact guy who helped me upgrade my phones) was sitting at the desk, on his phone, with ZERO customers in his store!! I was lied to and told he had to get off the phone because he was with another customer when he was NOT. He did not want to help me in the slightest bit. POOR customer service at best.

Worst experience in a Verizon store ! They took other customers who came in after myself . They ignored me . Finally after 20 minutes someone came and spoke to me . They told me to get online to address my issue . I went to the store in Canal Winchester and was spoken to before the door closed behind me . I was taken care of, happy, on my way in 5 minutes ! Big difference !
