They do their best to make sure that you have good service and offer you the the deals that the store has the kiosk to pay your bill is great
I spoke with 3 different people and received 3 different answers. Certainly the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing! I have been a premium customer since 1995 and I would love for you to give your long term customers some appreciation. I had to decrease my services because my financial situation changed. Every year my bill goes up and up and the service is constantly going out! Would give 0 stars if I could. How am I supposed to work when the internet I pay $80 for isnt working?!
Was greeted as we entered. Signed in on a tablet. Was a little busy, but our name was called quickly. The employee that helped us was very friendly & helpful. Only spent a few minutes in the store.

We have had intermittent internet connections for over two weeks. It has gotten a lot worse in the last 4 days. We cannot work from home and our son cannot do his school work remotely. We have had 4 sets of equipment replaced and had all connections redone in the home and outside. Everyone in our neighborhood has no issues. I wish we had another provider to go to but we are stuck with Spectrum. To be fair we had a few good techs that have come out. This issue has been a nightmare with the pandemic going on. I hope they fix this issue we are having soon!

The cell phone service is great but my wifi service is always cutting out and Im having to reset the at least once a week . For how much I pay I shouldnt have this much trouble

Spectrum has shut off the service to.my deceased brother but continued to bill him. Then without notice, sent his account to collections. My brother in law has spectrum and his service sucks! Always calling them to come out and fix it. If I could give them a half star I would! Avoid them at all costs!

They do have good customer service but I went recently to turn in their box & they were closed. They should have a drop off box.
Absolutely the WORSE experience with any company let alone just internet providers. I recommend spectrum to you if you like getting shafted by people.

Ariannas customer service was terrible!When I was called up she let me stand there for a few seconds and then said do you wana sit that up on the counter (referring to my return) when I did she then said can you take it out of the bag (why not ask me to take it out and place it on the counter) She then says while not even having eye contact with me “what’s wrong with the account” .. I tell her I’m there to return. Once she prints a receipt she did nicely hand me a pin to sign but never told me the receipt left on the counter was mine and walked away. So I had to ask if it was mine to take. She doesn’t seem to take her job seriously or even care to.

Employees have a poor attitude. Went to pay my bill and they had the attitude that I was bothering them. Tried to use their automated machine 1st and asked for my phone # that is associated with my account. Typed in the only # that it had and said they do not have any record. However, if I call to pay, it comes right up. Systems do not appear to be on the same page. They asked me what # should be on the account and I told them. When I asked what # they had, I was told they can,t tell me!!! And it was not, Im sorry, but we cannot provide you with that information. These people need much additional people skills training if they are going to be dealing with the public and their accounts on a daily basis.
I arrived at 10 AM during normal posted business hours and the doors were locked. Several people tried the door as well. No staff working during posted business times.

All went well till the end of our promotion period! Rep and her supervisor refused to offer me a new bundle and supervisor said you gotta do what you gotta do! When I told her I was going back to WOW because they did have a much better price than the 25% increase I was gonna see from Spectrum for identical service
I was very surprised how nice it was and the employee I spoke to and helped me was great. He knew his job and I was in and out. It takes 1 minute to make a payment on your account with a check, cash, money order, anything and if youve been there before the next time its so much easier because you can walk in and go to the machine and make your payment and walk out without having to wait for help, not that they wouldnt help you because as soon as I walked in the door 2 employees asked me what I needed and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. Amazing!
Terrible guy made me wait to try get a phone cause I got there 4:30,,took them first,,then had me pay 30 for a new phone charged my card then said its 75 more,,left with old phone..sad
The employees are very nice. They dont always give the correct information. The people who installed my system had different answers than the salesmen about placement, phone porting, need for cable boxes, etc. They need better training for the sales reps.

Had spectrum for a long while and everything was ok until they tried to up our bill when we moved to our new house. They also wouldn’t be able to come out to reconnect our services for a week to week 1/2 when my husband said it be much shorter when he called to tel them we were moving. Service was ok. Definitely wasn’t as fast as what we paid for. Probably wouldn’t get spectrum again.
Came in with a friend to return cable equipment and asked about my own circumstances and my friend was like he wouldnt know that and nasty rudely Shawn responds, you dont know what I know. Out of thin air, are you kidding me. Please school your employees on what customer service is.
Open on Sunday until 5:00 which is great if you work on Monday. Check in at the kiosk but be sure to have your password. Slow down, the kiosk responds slower than you type.The kiosk will ask if you have a reservation but the number listed on maps sends you to the main Spectrum automated system so there is no way to get a reservation.
Everything was great till we no longer needed a home phone, by canceling the phone though our bill was going to jump from $150.00 to $210.00, so getting rid of a $30.00 service as in home phone and the bill goes up $60.00, cmon now that’s absolutely ridiculous, so they wouldn’t even work with me to try to set up a new plan, so changing cable companies, Spectrum is fine if you want all 3 services, but robs you blind if you change something.
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. He told me to go to AT&T across the street because that’s what people do is bounce around for better deals. Keep in mind I’m a current Spectrum user in the highest package and was looking to discuss my year renewal. Good luck in life with that approach, you’re basically worthless. Do yourself a favor and just call customer service instead of wasting time in this garbage place.
Only one of the three employees even bothered putting in their masks, and it wasnt the one waiting on me. Employee was snarky, called me a liar twice, and refused to look up notes on my account. If they werent the only company available where I live, I wouldnt bother. They still owe me $300 for double billing me for installation, and 4 months of billing me for the wrong service from back when they were still Roadrunner. I see nothing has changed other than their name.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! You can’t cancel any services unless you call in, wait 15-20 minutes, and then argue with someone. 🙄
Steer clear of salesperson SHAWN. He will lie to you to make a commission, and if you already have an account with spectrum - you will spend hours on the phone with customer service trying to unravel the damage. Oh, and you’ll still have to pay for the changes he will have deceitfully talked you into.Save yourself the pain and find a different provider.
Over priced, terrible service and the only pleasant conversation I had with them was when I called to purchase service. When I mentioned that I wasnt getting what they sold me as far as speed tests, they told me that it wasnt garunteed to go up that high.. I cancelled service immediately and took my hard earned money elsewhere.
Went in today to cancel our cable and home phone, just don’t use it enough and tired of telemarketers calling. Dustin helped us out. Very nice guy and he was very helpful and explained everything to us. Kept the internet with Spectrum.
Always give all the appropriate equipment and they are upfront about billing and they have a generous grace period for late payments
Idk if the crew is dispatched from this location or not to disconnect service but we cancelled last week & that was a hassle in itself. Came home today to find that crew had come out to cut line from pole...only to find their box was left wide open, sharp screw laying on edge, nearly falling onto our driveway where we pull all our vehicles at. Very upset w these people!!!
Very expensive for par service. I feel nickeled and dimed with these guys. I have to say the competition is worse though.
If I could give a lesser rating I would. I was a customer of spectrums for years and because my fiance was unable to return our box 2 days late because of complications due to having children we were charged an additional two hundred plus dollars on my final bill. After speaking with three agents on the phone and going down to their store every answer was the same and it felt like no one even tried to work with me. I am disgusted on how they run their business and I will forever tell people how I was treated and to never use spectrum again
The wait was longer than I anticipated just to turn in equipment. The staff was helpful and friendly. They had monitors with several programs on them, and they were pixilating bad. Not a big fan of Spectrum TV anymore. However their internet is good. But the overall experience was good at the store.

Horrible... only 2 employees on Sunday. I was there for about half an hour and most of that time they only helped 2 people that were there before me. I left and there were probably 15 people waiting. I only needed to get a new remote but obviously didnt get it.
Spectrum offers the worst internet. They dont give you the MB/s you pay for, only about half of It. Then, it will even stop working from 11am-9pm, so I hope you didnt have anything important you needed to be connected to the internet for within those 10 hours of no service. With the failed service, i am missing out on 13-14 days worth of internet but still paying full price. Switching prividers as soon as this month runs out
I love spectrum and use it everywhere, but when I came to pick up my equipment I asked if I would have issues hooking it up on my own incase there was no previous service at my location after being assured I would have no issues I returned home only to find that infact there was no previous service at my location and of course it caused issues.
Absolutely horrible. The customer service is terrible. They also penalize you for being late by charging a late fee which I think is a business practice that should be outdated. It penalizes poor people struggling to pay their bill by charging them more of what they already do not have. That is called greed pure and simple.

Spectrum as a whole sucks; but the employees here are nice and friendlier than any other Spectrum/TWC location Ive been to before.
Hate this company and if there was another provider in this area I would switch. They went to New converter boxes for each TV and I had to visit the store 4 times in 2 days waiting 45 minutes each time to try to get the right equipment. The system still doesnt work correctly and I give up and make do. Extremely over charge for their services.
My old provider made channel 4 disappear without any kind of warning whatsoever. So I waited over a month to see if they would solve the problem and they did not. I called to voice my disappointment thought maybe they would give me a little bit of a discount for missing out on my favorite Channel but they did not. So I have switched over to Spectrum and they are hooking up my service today.

Stay away from Spectrum. Spectrum customer service at this location is the Comcast of the Southern States. Whats the difference between Time Warner and Spectrum..Nothing!!! Cancelled my service for WOW ($113.00 vs $194.00) and returned my cable boxes in a box. As I left the representative said...We dont need this junk (referring to the cardboard box) and THREW the box at us. After we walked outside the rep followed and grabbed the box from the floor and came outside and threw it again. Again, Spectrum is just a name change with the same crappy service. STAY AWAY!!! Maybe the CEO should follow Starbucks and retrain its people on customer service.
Paying for 100mbps. getting this. issue has been ongoing for 6 months now. they recommend sending yet another technician out to my house this will be the 7th this year and the 4th in the past 6 months. half of my paid time off from work this year has been eaten up by these inept douchebags. unfortunately for me its the only ISP that covers my neighborhood. stay far far away if you have the choice. if i could rate zero or a negative amount of stars i would.
Workers are always kind and eager to help. But the two times I have gone, I have gone first thing when they open. The sign says they open at 11 and when I arrived at 11:15 the doors were still locked so I had to wait around for them to truly open.

Service is hit or miss here. Sometimes the wait is very long. The man that helped me made mistake on top of mistake. He gave me broken equipment, failed to make necessary changes to my account and caused me to have to get a technician out to the house as well as several phone calls to Spectrum/TWC to correct his errors.

Cable companies are one of the most abusive monopolies we have to suffer under today. We are locked into specific providers for our area with no other options to move to competitors. Broadband speeds in the US are some of the slowest in the world, yet we are charged excessively for poor quality service and support. I am only able to get service from Spectrum or ATT, at 100Mbps or 25Mbps respectively. I have had Spectrum for a year now and am now forced to pay $20 extra per billing cycle for their absolute trash speeds that they have no incentive to upgrade. This is customer abuse by a monopoly that functions as a utility and refuses to provide continuous infrastructure upgrades because they can get away with it.

Ive been a loyal customer 4 years, never late on any payment. AGAIN Spectrum raised my bill. So I called several times trying to keep my service at a reasonable price. They would not offer me anything close to what I have paid. So I talked to the billing customer service asking them what time frame I was paid in full so I could cancel my service that day so as to not owe them any money when canceled. They told I was paid in full and as long as I canceled and returned equipment before Nov 18th I wouldnt owe them anything and in fact if the equipment was in before the 18 they would owe me money. Long story short I canceled according to what I was told and now they are saying I will owe them from Oct 20th till Nov 15. Plus when I called to cancel today, after numerous times of trying to get a comparable package, they then offer me a package comparable to the price I was paying, but it was too late I had changed providers. Spectrum takes no personal responsibility for the misinformation given to their customers and will not credit my account for their error. It can go into collections, it will be a cold day in hell before I pay It! Hope those few mezzly $$$ are worth you losing a loyal customer Spectrum !Cant wait till a class action lawsuit is against them because its coming due to fraudulent information provided to their customers
I had to give Spectrum up becouse when I had them they trieted me like a unpayed employee and they was the payed customer because they was forcing me to give them customer service + Ruco is cheeper

Getting a 2 for politeness. Other than that everything we were told was incorrect.I called on Thursday Jan 11th for pricing after moving to a new house. I was convinced by salesman that house just had service so everything would be plug and play since it just had service so we shouldnt have an installer come out and could just pick up the boxes at the local office.We picked up and installed everything on Fri Jan 12th and nothing worked. Called customer service and they said they didnt know why the guy said that it had been at least 2 years.They said they could not set up an appointment foor a tech to come inside the house but would send out a tech to turn on lines outside house and would be on by 5pm on Jan 13th.Service still wasnt on at 8pm Jan 13th so called and was told they had a hard disconnect set up instead and would send someone out tomorrow.We cancelled service and went back with WOW who we had previously for internet and had competitive pricing with them.

Been through this store on numerous occasions. Never had anyour real issue, staff was always friendly and Ive never been in the store over 10 minutes. Very quick and painless everytime Ive needed to return equipment or pick up equipment.

Horrible service!! I went in because of internet connectivity issues. Their solution was to downgrade my bundle to tv/internet only and discontinue the phone. However, they wanted to charge me $30 more? Less service for more money? If you have another provider you can go with 100% do not go with spectrum.
Price to high for what you get.Internet does not run at mgb that it should had 100 mgb but always something was slow working .My suggestion if you are charging almost $ 200.00 for service give customer $200.00 worth of quaility of service.
Spectrum has been by far the worst company to do business with, I have had a personal and business account with them and have noticed on both sides they have horrible internet service, customer service has been misleading/fraudulent, billing department is a circus, Equipment Return department seems to lose track of equipment or steals it, installation is not done correctly and generally they rush/ equipment is on splittlers. I highly recommend finding a different company to carry your services. business or personal.Internet service:I have lots of trouble with my internet service I have one of there best offers in our location and I will get outage and our computers and phones will not work. We will have very slow speeds some days. When complaining about this all they ever do is say it will be up as soon as possible.Customer service:There is nothing worst than being upset and having to explain your story 10 times to every different department. I have even lead with, there is nothing you can I need to speak with ******* so they can resolve my issue. They continue with well I need to put in a summery on my end. Once talking with their department I have been promised follow up calls or emails. NEVER have they followed through. I have asked for reference numbers and was told we do not have those, they get posted to your account (we have multiple accounts.) Promises are made and never kept on spectrums end. Our business has grown and we relocated to a larger location, over the years this has happened twice. When I moved location both times they were suppose to TRANSFER the account. Instead of Transferring the account they opened a new account and never closed the old account. Spectrum then sent the old location to collection because they failed at Transferring and closing. This happened both times. This caused billing issues.Billing department:Once old location was a closed account they kept taking payment for the new location and putting it on the old locations account. Spectrums excuse was its our computers fault. This happened for 6 months and they kept telling me they fixed it and I would have to call back each month.Equipment Return department:When spectrum changed over and told me I needed new equipment for my service because I have faster internet now, they came by and picked up the equipment and gave me a receipt. When closing account now they say they never got the equipment. SAVE THE RECEIPT PEOPLE.. They do not follow though.Installation:My 1st complaint is they do not show up when they say they will show up. For my house location, they gave me an hour window and then showed up at my business location. For my Business location they needed to run lines and they kept sending someone out that was not capable and would have to resource with a new tech. At our home location everything is on splitters and they would not run lines where I needed them. They wanted me to have cords across the floor. I find them Lazy as a whole.

Try to get this store on the phone - I challenge you to reach a live person at this location on the telephone, even when you are using a Spectrum phone system! I have a 60 second question, and I am going to have to drive through heavy traffic to ask that question!
Scheduled service the first time and no one showed up. Scheduled it again today for an appointment 11-12. Received a call at 9:50 stating that the technician was on his way to my home. The technician didnt arrive until 12:20. The technician was nice and Im glad he used shoe protectors when walking in my house, but he setup all of their equipment instead of using mine which probably wasnt his fault. The technician told me I had to call in and have everything changed over to my equipment and then have another technician come back out to pick up their equipment. The technician left and I look in my back yard and there is orange cable left all over the yard. I call Spectrum to get everything switched over and the person I spoke to stated that the equipment setup was unfinished which meant that the technician had everything setup physically, but never setup the internet connection. I had wait for the guy to do whatever he needed to do then I had to give him the information from my equipment so he can then transfer the settings over and setup my equipment. 30 minutes after being on the phone we finally got internet setup. I asked when a technician would be out to pick up their equipment and he asked me how I recieved the equipment and I told him the tech set their equipment up and he told me once they switched the internet to my equipment they could have a tech come out and get their equipment. The man stated that they dont schedule appts for that, that I would have to mail it in or drop it off myself. I then proceeded to tell him about all the cable laying on the ground. He said he had to put in a request for that. After getting off the phone I receive a call from Spectrum in regards to the issue with the cable. Apparently they have to send someone out to make sure their isnt any lines on the yard before their people can come out and bury the cable and it could take 7-10 business days. Ive never had this much trouble nor have I had to schedule and appt to have my cables buried in the ground. Im being charged 50 dollars for installation to have to deal with all of this.... Smh.
Good internet and tv service. But after a while your bill goes, UP UP UP. They dont care if you leave for the competition.
