Anna is absolutely phenomenal whether shes doing my hair, my boyfriends, or my sons. The salon is always clean and never super busy. Youre definitely in and out pretty quickly.

Stopped in yesterday evening (11/22/2019) for a routine haircut and left with arguably one of the best haircuts I have ever received in my life. I called to make an appointment for a highlight - a service I havent had in years. I was scheduled with Tori who did a in-depth consultation and helped me understand the process to get what I wanted. She was very professional and meticulous, and reviewed my final cost before proceeding. I love how my new color turned out, the fine foil weaves gave the natural look I was going for and the added process to Shadow The Roots will make it grow out gracefully should I get lazy and not retouch. The salon was clean & lively and the ladies working were gracious and friendly.

Jeri is the BEST!!!! I walked in there and told her to just do her thing, I wanted a cut and color. I told her that as long as the color never made me look washed out or made me look like something from The Night of the Living Dead, I didnt care what she did. She is so amazing! I left there looking like a new person and loving what she did! I highly recommend her to anyone.

Pros: Brian is all that and a bag of chips! He has been taking care of my hair, and my boys hair, for years. I have never had a bad experience with him and my boys are extremely picky! Weve done colors and cuts -always happy with the results. He explains what hes doing and makes sure you are happy with the end result. They are somewhat competitive in price.Cons: Depending on what youre having done, the cost can go up quick. They rarely have coupons, but usually have sales on product.Straight up, Brian is definitely our go to for hair!

Brian is amazing!!!!! Hes no longer at this location..moved to Upper Arlington..but he takes his time, and has TALENT!! All the women in my family go to him. But this location has never disappointed. Friendly staff, clean and never had a bad cut.

Tori, a newer girl saw me today. I walked in VERY hesitant to go back to a Saturdays due to a chop job in another Saturdays in Grove Port. Tori is a newer employee to my knowledge & our conversation today. She did an absolute amazing job on my hair. Took her time to do it right & explained why she was doing it the way she was. I will FOR SURE be back for her & her amazing talent in doing EXACTLY what I wanted with my hair. Thank you so much!

I was dissatisfied because my stylist was extremely new to cutting hair and was constantly questioning herself. I was very nervous when she finished my hair and Im not happy with my cut. I wanted my hair to be shoulder length with an uneven bob and my hair looks just the same, just an inch short. I hope she gets more confident with her job but I dont plan to come back.

The facility was clean. The staff was delightful and pleasant to chat with. It was our first visit. My usual stylist was unavailable and my daughter needed it done today. I chose Brian merely on reviews (who is BACK at this location 🤗). HE WAS AMAZING. He took the time to speak to my daughter about color AND the cost to maintain a complete color.. He brought out diff colors for her to see the exact shade of purple she was requesting AND he BRILLIANTLY colored her hair by working with the blond highlights already present that had grown out.. they were already an hombre look .. and adding the color which was FABULOUS! He truly has experience and has “vision” after knowing what you want. Teens are harder to please. Not only is he talented, he’s educational and precise and takes his time. I would 💯 recommend him and my young teenager liked him as well. Even better, she LOVED her hair! I saw other fabulous looking women walking out so though I cannot personally speak for them, the other stylists are very talented as well from the amount I observed while there on a semi-busy Sunday afternoon. Overall, I will absolutely go back. If you live in Grove City, this is the place to go especially on short notice. The staff is clean, talented, and extremely personable with the clients best interest in mind at an affordable price for women especially who waste money at high end salons. I came in today, 7 months later, and asked for Bryan. I love the staff here!! They weren’t too busy, and they’re fun to talk to. Brian, again, took his time and educated me on my color choice (my hair was natural so it made it easier) He is extremely talented! I can’t exclaim this enough!! He knew what I wanted before I did.. that’s how good he is! He’s a true artist!

Jeri did an amazing job on my hair. I had gotten highlights done two days prior at a salon out of town, and they did an awful job at them. Jeri took her time and got my hair completely fixed and looking great.

Alaina salmons she cut my hair and styled it. She made me feel comfortable. And some good advice on hair care she show me where the straighteners were I bought one and a spray to protect my hair from the Heat and theyre 20% off buy one get the other 20% off. Nice L loved her shes very sweet.

I highly recommend Brian for your color needs! I also want to give a huge shout out to the manager Anna for being so kind. On Saturday 3/23/2019 I had my hair colored and it did not turn out at all how it was suppose to. I walked in on Sunday spoke to Brian (they were extremely busy), he took his time talking to me about what he could possibly do in 7 days........ I told him I could not have pink hair for 7 days - Im positive he could see the desperation on my face. He knew I was willing to take any risk necessary. He told me to come back Monday at 2pm, he spent 4 & a half to 5 hours. He was very professional, explained the steps, the what ifs etc....... And my hair turned out perfect - I love the colors! Thank you Brian & Anna for being compassionate human beings and actually caring and taking pride in your customers satisfaction!

Me and my girlfriend went in to go get her hair done and Brian did her hair we where in there for about 6 and a half hours because how long her hair is and I got to say it was amazing there was great conversation and it was never werid. Helped her with color options as she has dark hair and didnt lie to her about if I color would not show and gave us all the information about hair care and everything. He wont let you waste your money by lying to you and saying a color will show espically if you have dark hair. Me and my girlfriend are coming to him for now on.

I went in to the salon covered in a hoodie due to the coloring mishap I had had at home the day before. I had a consult with Kathy and Brian. Brian spent FOUR HOURS on my hair, explaining each step. When I left the salon, I was beyond happy and totally satisfied with my results!

20 minutes before close they squeezed me in. Done in just 15 minutes and wasnt made to feel guilty. Good job on the cut too!

Brian took care of my hair today! I had gotten a highlight earlier in the week at another saturdays location and wanted more. I was canceled on right before my appointment to get more and I called the Stringtown location and Brian got me in within 45 minutes. He added more to my hair and also fixed peices the other stylist messed up. He let me explain what I wanted for 30 minutes and continued to explain to me what he was doing. I will definitely be going back to him!

Dont go there for color and see Brian on stringtown Rd. Made a huge mistake and let him color my hair, he has no clue what he is doing! I just wanted a nice spring color, little lighter and no red, and I now have dark brown hair and Red all thru it. Very disappointed!!!!!

They completely messed up a simple long hair haircut with a dent in the back. Had to go somewhere else to have it fixed.

Terrible Service, Unprofessional Staff, Horrible Experience and Poor Management!My wife took appointment for my daughters haircut before her 3rd birthday party next day and we showed up 15 mins before the scheduled appointment. We talked to the person on the counter who asked us to wait for 20 mins. We waited for more than 45 mins including 30 mins post scheduled appointment. What we noticed is that the salon person knew a guy who showed up without appointment and took him before us even when we waited for our turn for more than 30 mins after the scheduled time.When we asked the salon staff about how long we need to wait and what is the meaning of appointment, if she is asking us to wait more. She asked us to wait for more 30 mins which means waiting for 1 hour after the scheduled appointment. The salon staff gave a very very poor reason which highlighted their inefficiency in managing a salon. They said that we are already backed up on our appointment which means Hey! I dont know how to manage customers and operate salon business, so dear you have to suffer and waste your time. Ultimately we told staff that we are leaving and in return we havent received any apology for not keeping up the appointment time and wasting our time.Here is a suggestion, do not be greedy in making money so that you have to make your customer wait, unable to keep the appointment time and end up giving poor customer experience.
