This company will do what you agree to, when you agree to, in a v professional & efficient manner. The team is responsive, capable, and rather quite talented.I would use this company again, & hope to have another project !

Called and came in person to get help with picking out flooring. Woman answering phones and in person was terribly rude and not helpful. Literally waved her arms gestured around the store when we asked about the options. Barely got up from her desk, didnt wear a mask, we left after wandering around looking bc she was just sitting there but not showing us options or giving any advice. Not sure how people gave them 5 stars? How can you get work done by people who act like they dont want business?

We had a kitchen done by James. All the work was done on time. They were here on time every day. Kenny the carpenter was fantastic. His attention to detail was excellent. We couldn’t be happier. They said it would be done before thanksgiving. I doubted that, but it was. Great job. Looking forward to having James do a bath.

Had a very nice experience with my Bathroom and Kitchen renovations. Jim, Pauline, Gary and crew made me a very happy customer. My renovations came out better than I could of imagined. Quality of work was top notch! I would highly recommend A Kitchen and Bath by James.
