I was greeted warmly when I arrived for my appointment and although my technician was not available, and equally confident technician did a wonderful job on my nails. As always I appreciate the personal touch and the professionalism of the team. We recently moved away from the area and it was a special treat to it is at the shop again while in town

My 1st time visiting and I am greatly pleased. Just a simple, signature pedicure (because I believe in treating myself right). Greatly enjoyed the warm and relaxing atmosphere, the incredible hospitality and the awesome service (& careful attention to detail) was the best in the business!!

It could have been better. One thing that was bothersome was at the end. I asked the nail tech how the business had been there and his reply was Too Long. He was not joking. Maybe he shouldnt be there anymore. Another tech spoke up with a smile on his face to reply because I was also asking if they were the same as the other MI nail that was only Kelly. He saved the visit by smiling and replying in a more friendlier way about the business They really need to work on Not being aggressive, flipping and tossing the hands of the customer as if they are being bothered and stop speaking in their own language when making negative comments about the customer. You never know who understands what is being said. Tam needs to check his attitude. It will harm the business.

Really clean place.....it was our 1st time here and I read all the reviews before we got here and I still had a very good experience....My daughter fell in love with the kiddy Pedicure chair and kept asking if she could take it home...lol....Awesome job seeing that its been since 2019 since my last in shop experience because I had an issue with my foot...so I was WELL OVERDUE FOR A PEDICURE and was taken of....Will definitely be back and they get full quick 😊

Shellac color change was $27, quick pedicure was $33, shellac on was feet was $19, total $79. Felt the price for the services that I received was a little high. The woman that did my pedicure was a bit aggressive, not sure if there was any awareness there or it was just lack of care, she also laughed when she was handed a cash tip? Sam was efficient and helpful with my manicure service. Overall, not sure if Ill return.

I’ve been a regular for a while now it’s clean and relaxing and i went in today for my discount nails for my birthday but couldn’t use it because it has to be the day of ..that needs to change but i would still recommend

Thick sticky polish used for my pedicure. Took forever to dry and doesnt look good. Drill tool used on my toenails with no buffing. Minimal nipping done around the cuticles. Polish smudge left on my toe to dry. I will have to go to buy polish and repaint . Nails were done quickly and neat by a different tech but thicker than what I prefer. Maybe because it was my first time there they gave me to the worst person there for my pedicure so she could make some money. I prefer to be serviced by the same person. I will not be returning.

First and last time coming here. This place is very welcoming and clean. The problem was the quality of their manicures and pedicures. Based on their price list, I expected an exceptional gel mani and pedi. There was gel polish all over my cuticles and the french I received was poorly done. Their prices does not match their quality of work.

I love the little girl kids chair they have for younger girls. My 6 year old can sit next to me and not have to sit forward to put her feet in the tub to get her own pedicure. We go all the time for mommy princess pamper day. I love it 💜

Clean and nice but over priced. $98 for a FILL and shellac pedicure just for my shellac to came off in 4 days. I will not be returning.

The salon was very clean my girl was nice. But my pedicure was backwards. I had a cracked toe nail. She fixed it 1st. So now it’s wet so I cannot soak. So she started to give me a pedicure till it dried. My soak time was 1 minute. My extra $10 I paid for extra massage was 6 minutes & 49 seconds. I was curious so I timed it. She polished my toes then could get on my sandals polish was wet. Not my favorite pedicure

This place is way over priced. They claimed that my nails were extra due to the length even tho my nails were clearly short. Nails were basic, the lady was way too aggressive and the staff is straight up hard headed. Another client requested a specific lady to do her nails numerous times but a guy was going to do them instead so she had to wait for her requested lady to be done which lead her to be irritated. Also when we called for an appointment, we gave details of what we wanted and who we wanted and when we arrived we were told that the person who was requested doesn’t do what we asked for. Don’t go here, waste of money

I went into the shop as a walk in. I was greeted warmly and asked to sign in on that POS system. I only waited about 10 minutes. That was a surprise at 1pm on a Saturday afternoon. The nail tech was very polite, making sure I was comfortable. My nails were very pretty and neat, exactly as I requested. I would definitely visit again.

My first time visiting was great and I will be making them my permanent nail salon. Very nice, professional and quick service.

Amazing nail salon! Sam was so professional, kind and detail oriented. I came in a couple days after a manicure because I chipped a nail right before an event and Sam was kind enough to totally redo my entire top two layers of dip without me asking. He frisky cared that I was happy and got my money’s worth and even stayed open 15 minutes late for me! 10/10 so sweet!

The nail techs were friendly and professional. They provided great service. They made recommendations but weren’t pushy. My friend got a fabulous pedicure and massage, and my dip polish and manicure turned out beautiful. I would definitely recommend giving the salon a try!

This was my second visit to Mi Nails the first time was ok but not enough for me to completely write them off so I tried again.! My first visit I got a pink & white and 5 of my 10 nails started to lift about 2 days after getting them done, also my pedicure was mediocre but I chalked it up to the tech. My polish also smudged after leaving but my feet was done before my hands so I assumed that they were dry. My 2nd visit I waited a over an hour, I didn’t have a appointment so I wasn’t tripping. When they finally got to me I was a make tech TAM, he was rude from the start from being a little aggressive with my hands and acting frustrated. I told him I needed a Gel fill in due to me being allergic to Acrylic. He still grabbed the acrylic after I told him I couldn’t use that and I even went on to tell him the way my hands would would react which wasn’t his business. He then said ok $5.00 extra for Gel I said that’s no problem, he then grabs the brush out of the acrylic powder and proceeded to put it on the acetone and then the gel. I asked if he could use a different brush, he got very frustrated and started speaking a different language which caught the attention of Sam the tech that was sitting next to him. Sam then says he cleaned it with the acetone I said I know my body and I know what will happen if he uses that and if it would be ok for me to bring my ER bill to them for them to pay when I have this reaction. He says yea do that while laughing, I said you don’t have any fresh brushes he says no. So I stood up and left. With Covid every customer should be serviced with fresh utensils. My experience this time was poor and I will never return. Very bad business.

Completely blown away!!! Went in for a pedi and full set acrylic. Havent had acrylic nails in a LONG time and was worried about getting them again but my nail tech, Tam, did an OUTSTANDING job! This was my first time and it was a wonderful experience. Moving to the area soon and Im so happy to have found the perfect nail salon!! Excited to come back!

So my Girlfriend has been going here for years and recently the past 4x visits have been an absolute JOKE. She gets the same things every time and tips exceptionally well. The past couple times she has had to go back wait for hours to get issues resolved. And today she went in there cuz they didn’t Dip twice when she always tells them too and this time they told her WE KNOW U AND WE WILL DOUBLE DIP THEM. And they didn’t 4x days later chipped and her pedicure was horrible. So she went back today and there way no one really in there and they told her to come back later after 2pm she can’t cuz she works and they said tomorrow which is not doable we have small children so now she has to wait even longer to get this issue resolved. Normally there would not be an issue but when we pay hundreds of dollars twice a month and ur customer service just says come back later NOT A GOOD LOOK. I could see if every seat was taken and ur booked solid by you weren’t. Just not a Good look. Definitely going elsewhere!!!!!

Judy did a fabulous job on my nails, and when I came back a second time wanting to change the color, the owner Sam was so understanding about it! Amazing customer service here. My experience was good. But there was a lady there that didnt have a good experience. Her pedicure should had been free but it wasnt. The pedicure was messed up.

I’ve tried a couple different nail places but I seem to really like this one. The amount of cleanliness and professionalism here is wonderful. Every time I go they open new tools to use for me, the place and floors and tables are always clean even before the COVID situation. And the nail techs are great. Every time I try someone new there I think to myself this one is the best, but I try a different one the next time and I’m more amazed. I drive a half hour every 2 weeks to have my nails done here and it’s definitely worth it.

Each individual has what they are best/ known for.kimmy & Mia- are the best at dip manicure will last on your hands for 3 weeks for sure and they can promise that.(Also if One of them do your shellac manicure it will definitely last for 2 weeks)Ali- is the best at tips and laying acrylic/ gel sets and will master any shape that you request.Lena- will give you the BEST pedicure.Jamie- is the best at designs any design or pattern you can think of if you just show her the picture she can perfect it.I love this place ! I hope this review is helpful. (My favorite nail tech is Kimmy)

Expensive nice atmosphere. Still not quite worth the money 112.00 for gel nails and pedicure. French on nails and feet polshed with gel polish. Dont like the job on my feet.

I really enjoyed my first time here. My uncle goes for a pedi and had diabetes and Lena works with him and is amazing!! I got a pedi and an overlay. They were very nice and professional and CLEAN!!! I saw them wiping down EVERYTHING even the pedi carts and individual items on it that were touched. Quality service and people. They hav a repeat customer.

Thought I had found a good nail salon after moving back to the area. Been twice and was pleased with the work. I scheduled an appointment for my only day off for the specific time I had available one week in advance. When I arrived I was told that I did not make an appointment by the very person I spoke to when making the appointment. Left on a Saturday afternoon without an option. Horrible customer service, rude and arrogant! Spend your money elsewhere!

I visited this nail shop for the first time last Saturday for a fill-in. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the staff was friendly. At the time of getting my nails done, I loved them. However, by Monday one of my nails had broken. By Wednesday another had broken, and a third nail was cracked. I don’t do a lot of hard work or anything that may be damaging to my nails and I had never experienced that before. I’m assuming my acrylic was laid very thin or something to cause them to break so easily and quickly. It was definitely very disappointing because the fill-in with shellac was $40 and I thought that was pretty expensive for something done so cheaply.

I have been going here for about a year and they always do a wonderful job! I have never had a bad experience. The prices are very responsible. I wont let anyone else touch my nails!

The worst shellac manicures I’ve ever gotten. Two snagged nails less than 12 hours after we left the salon. My Moms nails are also terrible. One broken nail and one already lifting up. She asked for a French mani and did NOT get one. Very angry.
