Rawlings was always understanding and open to fixing issues! We were with them for 2 years and wouldn’t have left if it wasn’t for expanding our family and not being able to wait to get a bigger home! Jason, our landlord, is awesome and although not all repairs was made he never gave us a hard time about ANYTHING and allowed us to make his place our home in EVERY way! We will forever miss you guys!

Our experience with Valerie P English with Rawlings Realty was unique because we were in FL. My husband met with her and once the home we wanted was established she was our facilitator. She made sure the inspection was performed properly as well as to our expectations. She even found us an excellent realtor to sell our FL residents when we asked her. My husband needed assistance with his VA paperwork and she was able to get the proper document. She is very professional, polite and dependable. Wow! I was feeling desperate for a rental home. I had been looking for weeks for something affordable in a safe area for my family. Amanda & Nola were so helpful. They helped me with the application process, setting up utilities, and even told me about neighbor amenities. The home was clean and ready for my family to move into. My family and I have been renting from Rawlings Realty for a good 3 years and they took very good care of us!! They fixed things that were a need and one year I got pneumonia and missed work for two weeks which put us behind a little on rent. They worked with us with no problem on a payment arrangement. When we were ready to buy a house Randy Rawlings and his team was who we went through. Randy did everything in his power to get us in our dream home! So grateful for this company and I could just go on and on with what all they have done for my family! I would recommend them to anyone!

I went to view a few of your properties yesterday in griffin, more specifically a Green Triplex that was completely and utterly DESTROYED!! There was a foul smell radiating from the home, old and dingy dresses and shirts were hung from the windows, the kitchen looked like a previous haunted house. This is absurd and should be illegal. How can you have the audacity to muster up the courage to house people in an abandonment sheltering?????. I was scared for my life and my health on the way out the door. I haven’t had an asthma attack in two years, and I had two walking around.Because of this inconvenience, I will be reaching out to the President, the city AND your mother. This is ridiculous!

Yall the city of Griffin utilities is terrible. I am renting a house from Randy. Well I got this $378 light bill. I live in a 2 bedroom house. Just me and 2 kids. I cant be paying now $400 for no light bill. My rent is only $500. I went to Randys office and met with Nola and Ibthink her name was mandy or Amanda. Well they told me to read my meter and take a picture of it. I got home and did exactly what they say. My meter ready was less than what was on that bill. Took my pictures to the manger at the city of Griffin utilities. They sent someone out and confirmed they billed me wrong. Thank you Nola & Mandy for walking me through what to do. Not all landlords out there be doing stuff like that. I feel like you care.

Came and fixed my heat after hours. They are some good folks.
