If you want a landlord that will treat you with respect and be mindful of the things messing up and get it fixed in a timely fashion do NOT rent from these people. I had a gas leak and instead of having someone come look at it and fix it I was told I would have to add gas to the tank for them to even test for a leak. I was told that the continuous smell of gas was completely normal and that i just ran through 100 gallons of gas in a matter of weeks. 100 gallons purchased on the 17th of November and by the 4 of December was completely gone. After a week of no heat with an almost 2 year old in the house I contacted them again to finally have a proper tech come out and low and behold there was a leak. So if you want your landlord to treat you like and idiot this is definitely the place. I have been completely disrespected.

We have had nothing but grade A customer service, and they are timely in sending out maintenance staff when needs arise.
