Good staff, equipment, environment etc etc ….good place to do your workout and I been in different locations before and this the one of the best ….keep it up

I am a new returning member to Planet Fitness(Griffin). Since I have returned I have encountered great customer service. I enjoy the crowd meter in the app that shows the volume of ppl there because I prefer working out when is a very very small crowd. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There are sanitizing stations throughout the facility. The ladies locker room is spacious and always clean. There are lockers where you can store/lock your things while you work out. I have not used the massage chair yet but I will get to it soon. I am a happy customer so far.

They are not friendly at all about service animals. And I am deaf and that is not good at all. They called police because I could not hear them even after I was told that they have no problem w/service animals.

My first time there it was everything I expected it to be no pressure a great place to work out seemed very clean not too crowded theres showers locker room everything you need for a great comfortable workout in a safe environment I cant wait to go back tomorrow to work out once again me and my coworker will be there getting strong hope to see you there!:-)

Huge fan of the PF in Griffin, the people there are very nice and helpful. You can ask them anything and they will assist you. They are very clean and its does not be that crowded. They several machines available as well.

Theyll scam you out of your money by pretending to tell you how to cancel your membership, and then tell you they cabt cancel that way. Not to mention the amount of body shaming they do.Reply I already have called and emailed several times. Youre too late.

Always professional and helpful. Always clean. I love the 30 minute circuit the red and green lights helps me to do what I need to do and get on with my day. The black plan fits into my budget. The hydro recliner is the best after a work out.

Being a Truck Driver & having the entire gym to myself at 1:00AM.At $20 per month and use of any gym nationwide, its the Best Bargain!

I go at night, there’s very few people. Very nice and awesome guy working there, he’s very helpful. The machines are kept clean. It really is a judgement free zone and I love that.

I love Planet Fitness. Amazing. Loads of equipment. Friendly staff. Extremely clean and Co vid protocol are used. App to track your progress. Cant beat it for the price of membership.

It was ok. Staff is friendly. One of the smaller Planet Fitness locations square footage wise Ive been to, but its still enough space not to have people in your personal space while working out. They lacked certain equipment that other Planet Fitness locations have. Only myself and one other patron were wearing masks. If your uncomfortable working out around maskless individuals, this location is not for you.

Today was my first time at this location. Very clean seems to be the new spot for me very professional

I check the use stats on the organization website...given the pandemic I want to workout early and fast. So, early morning is the best time for me, youre required to wear a mask, youre given a disinfectant spray bottle (and paper towel dispensers are abundant throughout the gym), and youre required to wipe down equipment after each use. A great place for me, it is not a muscle beach, and it is right here at home.

The gym is very nice and clean. They follow are COVID-19 guidelines. I feel safe going to workout and tan here. Plus everyone is very nice!

Went about 8:30 this morning.Place was clean, always get your own cleaner bottle to wipe down machine before & after use.Not crowed, maybe 15 people were there.Staff is polite & helpful.

Enjoy the variety of equipment they offer and their app helps me choose a less busy time to workout.

Staff is friendly and attentive. It is a smaller PFit but the free weight area is very spacious and well laid out.

BE CAREFUL!!I was curious so I tried to subscribe on the website. I entered my payment information but it never worked. I never received a membership nor a confirmation e-mail.However, they charge me 10$ every month. I tried to contact them and they told me to go to the gym to clear things out. At the gym they cannot find me to cancel the payments as I dont have an customer ID and I cant even use the gym. It is outrageous. No one there can help me. I have to pay for this stupid subscription that i cant even use.

Great gym to workout. They dont have scales but thats fine.

I like the fact that it is always so clean, I usually go mid afternoon so when Im there its enough machines for me to get in and do my workouts without it being over crowded. The massage chairs and massage beds are my favorite. Last but not least the staff has always been helpful if I need then for any help while Im there. I have no complaints about PF.

I really love that planet fitness is a judgement free zone . I am a beginner so I don’t know a lot about some of the equipment. The staff will take the time to help and answer questions. The place is always clean. I love everything about my planet fitness !

Staff greets you when entering & exiting & ensures that every member grabs a spray bottle so that the facility is kept clean. I love that the facility is never overpacked with people no matter what time I go.

Ive been 7-8 times now and truly love going! Meeting other members, talking about machines and our individual workouts is inspiring. This is the most important thing Ive done this year in my opinion .

Nice new, clean gym. Plenty of working machines so you pretty much never have to wait to work out.

If youve been to one planet fitness chances are you have a good idea of what to expect from this one. With it being a 24-hour location it is rare to find a more convenient accessible gym for the price. As for negatives PF suffers from overcrowding during busy periods a little more than other gyms Ive been to, however this is something you have to deal with at every gym maybe just to a lesser degree. Also and this is just a personal preference but since planet fitness is aimed to a more general fitness crowd it has less free weights and can limit the exercise options of a more experienced gym-goer, however because of the value and convenience this is something most people just work around but thought it worth mentioning. As for this specific location, always had a genuinely good experience with both the staff and the equipment. Anyone considering joining planet fitness but worried about things like the alarm you shouldnt be because as long as youre not obnoxious it is not a problem. In summary unless you have a more flexible price range or specific equipment needs planet fitness is a reliable choice for most working adults.

This is such an amazing place. Very clean, plenty of work out equipment, friendly staff and personal trainers. The deep massage chairs and hydro-massage is worth the trip. Sit back relax and enjoy loosening up before, during or after a good workout; that alone is worth every penny. I come here often and have always been pleased with the amenities. Everything from tan to relaxing showers they have it. Even if you just come to indulge in a massage after working out or even after working in the garden you should be pleased with every visit. So join and come often. You wont regret it.

Customer Service needs some help and for black card members its very frustrating to use ”the spa” (massage beds/chairs) I wish you would get a number or they display your name. It is nice and clean though.

The only reason I’m giving this gym 5 stars is because it’s the only one around 24/7 and that’s a huge plus! This gym is pretty neutral, it’s not too big, it’s clean, the locker rooms are a bit small!

I love this gym! The staff is friendly, and theres a simple and swift check in process. As long as you dont go around 6pm on a weekday, you shouldnt have a problem scoring any of the machines.

Mask required entering and exiting the building. Once inside no mask were required.

It is as they represent themselves. Low price, clean, considerate gym members, a good place to workout, never chaotic or crazy busy. Free Filtered water. Bring your own bottle. Waterjet massage and chair massage and tanning beds. Go elsewhere for sauna and pool. They just dont charge you for that.

I am impressed by the sheer amount of equipment they have. No matter how busy it seems I can always get in and get a decent workout. Premium membership is the way to go with message equipment and tanning!

Great place! Love all of the staff as well Is a very clean and comfortable environment to workout in.

The equipment is great, the people are awesome. The tanning beds are in need of new bulbs and a 20 minute lay time instead of 12. I was going to reduce my membership from black card (unlimited access) to the basic and that is going to cost $39.95 reduction fee. So now I have to pay to tan somewhere else and continue to pay here for a service that is less than satisfactory to several members besides myself. Its really disheartening and makes me not even want to come workout.

As a trucker I hit up planet fitness all over the country drove 20 minutes bobtail here but to any fellow truckers avoid this place like the plague we are not welcome signs no heavy trucks management states park in the back but dont do it Im confident the wonderful cops will put that lovely boot on your trucks like they do every other place in Georgia I personally will wait till I leave the state to exercise

I hope the owner reads this...Your personal trainer is rude. Instead of asking me if I could put a mask on, he was so rude and told me I needed a mask on and rolled his eyes..Theres a time and place to be ghetto and a time and a place to be professional..He was ghetto after he rolled his eyes at me since I didnt have a mask on in the gym?? Im about to get with Tucks Gym and leave Planet Fitness..Then notice people on the treadmill not wearing a mask..then Im told, in the weight area, I dont have to have one on...Im starting to feel like this gym wants to take someones rights from them..

If you want to do yourself a favor and up your physical activity, then Planet Fitness is a good place to start. Often, most gyms are a little on the pricy side, and home to a few lunks that often ruin the experience of working out. Where, Planet Fitness actually advocates against these lunks that ruin the experience, while offering a larger/roomier place to work out, a lot of equipment to choose from, and a welcoming 24 hour staffing all at reasonable costs.

You can go anytime (usually get a little crowded between 4 and 8 pm). Staff is helpful. You dont have to worry about anyone hogging up the exercise equipment.

There is no trainer accessible for times necessary after 8pm they dont maintain the cleanliness of the facility. Front desk employee for evening shift do not give good customer service and is always horse playing with non patrons loud and disturbing. Asked to get someone to check the womens bathroom the response was someone comes in at 12. We pay enough money that the gym should remain clean and sanitary at all times

They have the worst customer service ever. They look at you funny and stare. I came in to tan and they told me I needed to wait 10 min for a specific bed. And then when my time of waiting was up, they told me I had 8 more minutes of wait time on that bed lol. Crazy... the general manager said it was a system they had to follow.. this just gave me the motivation to tell them exactly how I have been feeling about their customer service. Not a nice, welcoming place.

Go to a real gym. Staff is sleeping right in front of you. Crazy!They also advertise open 24/7.But actually their hours are Monday thru Thursday 24hours.Friday close at 9pm.Saturday/Sunday at 7pm.Those hours on the weekend are very inconvenient for me.And its false advertising.Going somewhere else now.
