This is a great place to work out at. The team members are friendly. The Equipment is always clean. They have everything for all types of workouts and the right environment for all types of fitness training. I mean it’s a great place for those that like the hard core prison workout all the way to those that like the calm easy workout.-Sergeant first class Eric Loving with the US Army

Omg when I went to this Gym with my grandma she goes everyday and she loves it! When I went I loved it I love how friendly everyone is and how the gym teachers will help you out when u need it and even though you dont think you did good they tell you they think you did and they wont be lying. I just love that Gym now I will go back to that one. They better thing is they have a place for your little ones.

Excellent customer service and peaceful place to work out

I really enjoy this gym. I wish they had a sauna instead of a steam room. Steam room doesn’t look appealing at all, is extremely cramped and I hate that you have to go to the front desk to have the steam turned on to use it and go to the front again when the timer goes off to continue using in your bathing suit and towel.

Very big, nice, and clean! Some of the staff is a little rude though. But overall it’s a pretty nice place.

Great classes, fun and friendly staff that are willing to help guide but arent pushy at all. Culture of support and health.
