Absolutely the worst! The rep in the office was rude and the manager was worse. We had reserved the car for 10 am. When we got there, the car was not available. Told us - oh well, you will just have to wait. The branch manager actually lied to us. Told us he had a car for us reserved at another agency. We drove over there to get it only to find out they never heard from him. DO NOT EVER US THEM!
Worst CSR in the world. This company is just horrible when putting a customer first and answering questions and help set a rental up. I will not return here and try to rent again. Ever. Id rather walk!
