Normally when I call I am treated with respect and kindness but beware if renting or inquiring info from Sydney she is rude and acts as if she owns the business and all the cars she repeated several times how if I mess up HER CAR then she would charge me I didn’t realize she owned all the vehicles here then we she spoke negatively about her coworker whom I’ve never been treated unkindly by she even made them sound as I’d they don’t know what they are doing only her. This is to me the most unprofessional manner to act in even if it was true of course in my opinion not you should never talk so negatively about a coworker it only reflects poorly on her. Very disappointed I will not be back while she’s employed!!!! I’m feel bad for those she works with obviously in her mind she is far superior to anyone else employed there. Sad truly sad

They saved the day when Enterprise Rental Car falsely represented having cars available. Economy came thru with a better a car and an excellent rate!! So pleased with the service ladies as well!! Ill be back again! They have a new customer for life.

Do not rent from the enterprise please. I had to cancel my reservations due to the pandemic and working front line has a healthcare provider. Spoke to many representatives one say he will send me a confirmation via email never received none. I been waiting for my refund now for 3 months. Calling tirelessly one representative say if I claim in small claims court I will not get my refund. I guess they have no intention of giving me back my money and I have not been provided with their stupid car.

My first time renting a car! I went in payed my deposit on Monday, came back on Friday to pick the car up very fast and friendly! Brought the car back in the condition I left with it. The grand Cherokee we rented was awesome! I read the reviews but all 3 women were very nice to us and very respectful to our needs. I will definitely be back to do business with them again!!!

My initial experience was really good. The First Lady I spoke with was helpful, conversational and made things joyful. The vehicle we used for our trip did it’s job and we had no problems.But then we returned the vehicle and things became uncomfortable. The lady that finalized the contract (whose name I will leave anonymous) accused us of having taken our dog. I explained that the fur was from our luggage and the blanket my wife and daughter used on the trip. Any dog owner knows about fur issues sticking to practically any kind of fabric. The lady, however, would not relent. “This isn’t my first rodeo”, she told me as if that confirmed I was a liar. I explained it again about the luggage and the blanket. She continued to point out the evidence; guilty until proven innocent. It wasn’t until I had had enough and told her that I was serious about my faith and that we are commanded not to lie and that I was not lying and that our dog had not been in that vehicle. I even asked if she wanted to speak to my wife and ask her about the trip, but she decided not to. She finally gave me the “benefit of a doubt,” as she put it.I feel that 3-stars is a bit kind, however, she did apologize later which I do appreciate and I shouldn’t lump the whole company in with one bad experience.However, given that we will continue to be dog owners and any bit of accompanying fur seems too great of evidence of having broken the “no pets” rule and the frustration of having to defend myself numerous times for a crime I didn’t commit, I will likely not be a returning as a customer to this particular location. I may sooner go to Enterprise seeing as I have never had a poor experience with them before.

Service was pretty decent. I was helping my 20 year old sister obtain a rental car after being in an accident and one of the main women up there decided to pull my sister to the side as we were leaving to tell her that I needed to let my sister grow up and handle things on her own. There is a difference in helping, and not letting her grow up. Next time we need your advice, we will ask directly.

They left a very disrespectful voicemail at 8am and threatening to file a stolen car report on me because i brought the vehicle a couple hrs late, which i did provide all monies owed and had stated previously via phone call, i worked over night and would pay for the extra day. Customer service at its worst. Nice rental other than that

Worst experience! They post great prices, but when its time to get your car they require a $1000 deposit or force you to buy insurance with $200 deposit. Staff not friendly at all. Can care less about customer satisfaction. Barely give any paperwork with all the payments and deposit holds. Had to require all proof of payments. Will never rent a car from them again!

MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR ID, LEASE, ELECTRIC BILL, GAS BILL, WIFI BILL, DEBIT CARD OR CREDIT CARD IN THE NAME OF THE PERSON ON THE BILLS AND THE RESERVATION... they dont tell you this and I literally spent 4 hours running back and forth to the store because everytime I came in I didnt have something they needed. And then in the end I couldnt even get a car without a credit card. Which I dont have...

The only reason why this establishment gets a 1 star rating is because you have to give something to add a review. We used this griffin location for 5 years that is 5 rentals. This past August 2015 we rented a van from them that had no back air and was not the van we requested. from the get go when we asked about the other vans on the lot that had what we asked for Linda the manager which I was told has been there for 10 years who i had never seen before last year, stated owe we cant rent those to you someone else has those help. But in fact we asked for the van with certain specifications. With that being In previous visits I dealt with Candance and an older gentleman who is no longer there. They were always extremely nice and courteous. So when we returned the van not only was Linda screaming the F word at me and my children but she proceeded to run around the lot looking as if she was going to have a crazed attack on us. She said we smoked in the van which we did not. I even said do you not have those hidden stickers you can see that we didnt. I spoke with the owner Jim Brown at that point who had apologized. However this year when I called to book our regular reservation as we do every year for August I spoke with Linda she was very nice looked said yes we have that correct van now. She then said hold on on moment came back and said oh I can not rent to you because you smoked in the van. Now when I called the owner of this business of 35 years not only did he listen to his manager who treats and speaks to people as if they are beneath her but said I spoke with her. We I told him she has now slandered my name and basically calling me a liar I said I could take the steps I needed to to get the word out. Mr Brown the owner then quickly said this conversation is over you said attourney which I did not. But i guess i must be lying about that too. So I urge anyone out there who has had this same experience with Linda to please speak out so that maybe the owner Mr. Brown will actually see the clear picture of his business and see how his customers are being treated. Enterprise will give you a discount and they have a corporate office backing them I think that they are maybe 35 to 40 dollars more however to me it is worth that than to deal with abuse and thinking an actual owner may care about his customers especially returning ones. Funny how this was never an issue nor was smoke smelled ever before we dealt with Linda. Customer beware.....

Everyone is very nice but the Manager, I was trying to extend my rental over the phone with the manager Linda, she said she will report the car stolen because she misunderstood what I was saying, she hung up on me. I wanted to charge the remaining of the rental in my personal account since I had some issues with my business account. On top of that, my card was overcharged by $150. My issue was taken care of by corporate.

6/12/16 DO NOT RENT FROM ECONOMYI was flying into Orlando & needed to rent a car, so as many i searched the web & found what i thought was a great deal on a car from Economy, #1 MISTAKE but that was the Hi lite of that transaction, I found the size car & paid 60.89 for the 3 days that i needed it, BUT much to my surprise that was not the price I walked out & paid. When i got up to the counter the lady stated that they do not recognise other states Ins. & i would have to pay a 1000.00 dep. UPFRONT with my Ins. or I can use their Ins. 20.00 a day & 150.00 dep. which she proceeded to tell me that my 1000.00 will be returned after i bring the car back & it could take 7-10 business days to get my refund, ( you will take my money with no problem, but you have a problem returning it that day the car is returned,) or with their dep. 150.00, it would be credited back that day i returned the rental. so which I did not want to spend a 1000.00 I did not know i was going to, i went with the cheaper dep. of 150.00. Strike # 1 BAD WAY TO UPSELL.#2 MISTAKE was i did not walk out with my 60.89 price, because then i had to pay for all this other garbage of the additional 60.00 for Ins & other hidden taxes & fees. which was all said & done it cost me 143.00 INSTEAD of what i agreed to online of 60.89. SO NEEDLESS TO SAY THERE WAS NOT ANYTHING ECONOMY ABOUT ECONOMY RENTAL CAR IN ORLANDO. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN, I WILL PAY THE DIFFERENCE & STAY WITH ENTERPRISE.( at least with enterprise there is NO hidden fees).AND THERE WAS 3 OTHER GENTLEMEN AT THE DESK WITH THE SAME DILEMMA OF THE UPCHARGE PRICES. THAT THEY ALSO WERE WANTING TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER REGARDING THIS. I JUST HOPE THAT THEY HAVE POSTED THEIR EXPERIENCE WITH ECONOMY RENTAL CAR IN ORLANDO AS WELL. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM ECONOMY AGAIN......
