Customer service is amazing. We there was no unit available at the facility i was at, the young lady found me a unit at another location and help me reserve and pay for the unit before I even left the office. She even gave me a few options for my house hunting. Wonderful young lady I was very impressed. Will definitely be recommending you to anyone with storage needs.

This storage facility a had a leak in my unit, which by the way was in the Climate Control unit, it ruined my belongings and now they don’t want to pay for it. Abby the Storage Manager was not at the property when I arrived and so I took pictures and videos as you can see. I forwarded them on to the claims office and the adjuster Todd Lovell who will not call he will only email. He first ask for pictures I sent at least 15-20. Then he states Abby said there is no leak!! Now he claims he is sending out a roofer. Now Abby who, when I called her with what happened and advised her of the leak, stated she will assist me with my claim and help any assistance I need and now she states she cant speak with me!! I had three units with them and one time and the largest one got over a year and this is what I get!! I wouldn’t recommend them to no one and I will be contacting a lawyer ASAP!!

I have remote techs that I have to set up storage units for across the Southeast so they can have remote warehouses to receive material. I am the one to do everything and I am never anywhere close to sign in person, but the staff worked with me to get everything done quickly and easily. Thank you!

Awesome storage facility

Personnel was the best. Rented because of her. efficient and pleasing. However rented for 2 months and was greeted by a huge increase in rental..Expected to pay the same for at least 12 months or longer. Other rental places do not escalate that fast., AND i could rent the same size space in the same facility for almost half on line!! That is why we left.

It was a very pleasant professional place to store my furniture. The rates were very reasonable and Abby the store manager was awesome. She did courtesy phone calls to let you know that there would be a late fee inforced soon if you hadn’t paid the monthly bill. She was always so pleasant and helpful. If I had to again I’d definitely store there.

Abby really made this a special place. Rather than just being a customer renting space, we felt welcomed and a friend because of Abby. Would highly recommend this location because of her and her 10 years of service to the various owners. Well Done, SecurCare for having her manage these spaces.

Even though it was the day after a holiday and was very busy, I was treated with patience and kindness. To me I feel safe when I have to visit my storage unit.

The staff is professional and friendly. Our stuff stayed safe the entire time it was there. Prices are reasonable.
