They are good people just dont help when you want to take cars off you have too wait too long in the insurance will cancel before they give the prices after. They dont start new insurance agreement they make you pay for the pass bill and tell you see you next week.

Thank you for making us feel wanted, You’re the real MVP.....(Not blaming the office but, when you have 2 life insurance policies with a husband and a wife and one calls to make the payment for BOTH accounts and they post it to only ONE acct and because of that the other policy is canceled and can’t be reinstated. It’s not the customers fault because we’re doing the right thing. So we call to see what can be done because, it’s not your fault, they tell you it’s nothing they can do about it. Ok, cancel my policy too, I don’t want to do business with ppl like that. So because of an error that could be fix but you weren’t willing to fix it. You lost 2 Great Customers)

Waited 4 hours in the cold for a tow truck that never showed! i’m cancelling my policy as soon as i find another company!
