Horrible. They towed the car and left it partially blocking the gate of the dealership and the sidewalk. It was cited ($80) and the police had it towed away that night. The people on the phone were completely rude and disrespectful when I called them and immediately raised their voices at me. They hung up on me.There was a clear miscommunication between their driver and a young driver who needed a tow. The young driver was not with them when the car was dropped off. Its only obvious that the person who called them for help, didnt want them to place the car somewhere it would be towed away and cited. They were not apologetic about it at all.Prior to hanging up on me, they made the claim that they would drop off a car in the middle of the street if thats what the customer told them to do. Not to mention they completely took advantage of a young driver and charged them over $200 to tow the car from Sandy to Troutdale. They should be embarrassed.

I’m from out of town. They got to me within the hour, the driver was super nice and accommodating. He even grabbed my daughters car seat out for me out of the truck! He was great, did everything quick and efficiently and made sure to also take care of the vehicle. I definitely recommend them for all your towing needs!

A few weeks ago, I locked my keys out of my car after driving nearly 2,000 miles straight. My cats were locked in my car as well, so I was very panicked. I still had 2 hours to go and I had no idea where I was. I am so glad that the girls at the gas station/ convenience store I had stopped at gave me this number. Asked for a jump start across the street from them, they informed me it would be a 100$ service fee. I was in a pinch and accepted. My insurance allows reimbursement so i wasnt too upset about it. Two guys showed up in a shady looking van, did not know how to jump start. I thankfully got the vehicle running with their cables. They wanted cash, i said no. They wanted to follow me to an ATM, i said no. I agreed to venmo since they did not have a credit card machine, claiming it was broken. The venmo went to someone i did not know and never heard of. Been trying to get a receipt for 10 days now, they cant even give me that, and my number may be blocked now. Very shady business. At the end of the day, customer service and experience are more than half of the rating, but my vehicle was able to get me home from their charge.

I gave been trying to find my car that was towed and I called repeatedly and never an answer or call back. I drove to the address provided and suprise no towing company in sight. So dude wheres my car?

This guy is not only rude but he charges double what most other tow companies charge for the same job. He quoted me 185$ for a job that another company, that was further away from me than this guy, quoted me 65$ for. He is ripping people off dont go to him!! Some tow companies are scam artists and this is one of them. DO NOT USE THIS PERSONS SERVICE THEY OVERCHARGE AND ARE DISRESPECTFUL!

Too high got the same tow for $40.00 less then what they quoted.

I was stuck on a dark rainy road in the middle of the night i couldnt be happier to see these guys show up to tow me home. Nobody else would answer the phone. A+
