I had a car accident in Gresham and my car was too damaged to drive. Gresham towing was out there very quickly and took care of cleaning up the fluid spill and the bits and pieces. The manager, Dennis was very polite and professional. He gave me his business card and took the car away. One less thing for me to deal with as I was still quite stunned from the collision! Thanks a bunch Dennis and crew!

We had called Gresham Towing thinking we needed it towed to our mechanic. Dennis showed up on time and was very friendly. He assisted me in getting our car started using a battery pack. When we determined the car was running he suggested I drive it instead of needing a tow saving time and money. I really appreciated his honesty and Gresham Towing now has a customer for life!

My cars steering wheel was locked, and it took a lot of extra work to get the car on and off the truck. I was charged a fair price, and the driver was very good at navigating through my bad situation. Highly recommend 👌.

This is the third time Ive used Gresham towing and just like the last two times they went above and beyond. This time was in the middle of the night. My vehicle was having problems and didnt want to start. so I called and they came right to me. They tried jump start it but had no luck. The driver did a few checks and determined it was a faulty starter. I asked if they knew any shop around that were speedy and could get my car in asap. The driver said yes. We are also a shop and can get it worked on as soon as parts come in. I asked when that may be and the driver said no later then 1pm the next day. I asked the estimate for the job and the driver gave me a reasonable price. I left after my car was up on the bed. A hour and a half later I got a call from Gresham towing saying my car was finished and is ready for pick up. I showed up an hour later. Before I paid the bill they went over a list of things I should have replaced soon. That was while doing the starter replacement. They gave me the keys, I turned the key and it fired right up. Im so thankful for these honest guys. I called around the next day and it was gonna cost me 3X more any where else I took it. Thank you Gresham towing for keeping me on the road and able to get to work. I wish I could give them even more stars.

I got into an accident and my car was totaled The cops called Ryan With Gresham towing to come get it and he was so friendly and patient with me cause I was a discombobulated mess 😫 at the scene. so when it was time to deal with the insurance And release of my car took time out of his day to help me and because Im a single mom and hate buying new cars he help me get in to my new/used car THIS IS AN AMAZING MAN KIND HEARTED AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL I would recommend alll my friends and family to them

Answered the phone professionally and were fast to get a tow.That is where they got 2 *sDo not trust them to actually diagnose a issue and hold to there expertise. If you just need a tow thats great. ($400+)After misdiagnosing the issue I needed another tow the next week with the same issue. They admitted they couldnt handle it. Towed me somewhere else and charged me $300+ for there inability to do their job.DO NOT GO THERE TO DO EVEN THE EASIEST WORK. IT WAS LITERALLY A ALTERNATOR ISSUE.(they had days extra time to look at it too)

They were fair and on the spot with helping us out the driver was courteous and came to help us out right away I highly recommended them for any towing needs and will definitely use them again if needed

The person who towed my brand new 2020 vehicle caused severe damage to it. Now it sounds like a 100 year old vehicle. I had professional mechanics inspect my vehicle twice and they said the towing company hooked up in the wrong places which bent parts that caused a lot of damage to my vehicle.Steer clear of this inexperienced company. They have caused slot of financial damage to us.They haven’t even replied back to us and these such hard times financially.Give your business to someone who knows what they are doing. Am helping you dodge a bullet here.

Scam. We were in a wreck and the guy didnt give us any amount for our car. He said it was $500 on the wreck scene but we didnt receive anything. The car has low miles, in good condition and be salvaged. If they come on scene to tow your car, make sure to negotiate and record it or put it in writing.

Horrible experience with a shorter Hispanic fellow. When the police didnt let him tow the rig he got all huffy puffy. When they left he decided to get out of his truck and threaten me then cowardly walk away.I would never suggest this company to any one due to safety issues.

Worst experience ever with a rude tow truck driver. Had to call the police and he was going to charge me $100 to drop my car. I asked him to wait so I could call my boyfriend and he left with my car!

Today there Driver who was traveling on stark st in Gresham was traveling in the center lane not signaling. Informed him he was traveling in the lane and the driver proceeded to stop in traffic and get out his vehicle. Rude and disrespectful. Totally unprofessional.
