Almost hard to believe service this good is available. They come to your house when they say they will and destroy your materials including hard drives for a reasonable price? Wow. They made it so easy and communicate very well. My only regret is that I do not have more items to destroy.

We have used Shred Northwest several times. Each time scheduling was super easy and convenient for my schedule. The drivers were on time, polite and friendly. Cost was reasonable for the quantity and location. Overall, great experience and will definitely use them again!

What a great service and nice people! I had several boxes of old documents from cleaning out my elderly parents house. Looking into alternatives it was going to cost hundreds of dollars. But with these guys it was only $55 for one large bin (like the kind you use for home recycling. The truck comes to your house and they shred it right there. Great service, nice people. Identity theft is rampant so it makes sense to be proactive when it comes to the destruction of any paperwork that could supply personal identifiable information such as DOB, full name etc, all of which are provided on a medical visit summary. I had 12 years of such documents in addition to my mothers estate documents, past employment etc.I turned to Google to find shredding services. I found Shred Nation who matches you up with a supplier based on your answers to a few basic questions. In less than 20 minutes, Vonda with Shred Northwest reached out. I booked my service and was given the cost. Today the truck arrived and within 10 minutes my documents were dumped into a 65 gallon bin and into the truck. They use Square so you can pay with a credit/debit card. Your signature is required acknowledging destruction and payment receipt. The receipts are emailed to you. I received a follow-up call from Vonda called to make sure I was happy with the service.There are other options out there for shredding services but, if like me you want to protect your identity from unscrupulous actors, why would you choose any other way except on-site where they come to you? I highly recommend Shred Northwest!

While preparing for a long distance move, I found several boxes of sensitive papers in the basement that needed to be destroyed. He helped me clear out my storage locker than came out to my condo and we cleared out an entire closet of tax returns from the mid 1980s including boxes of checks. HUGE SHOUT OUT to SHRED NORTHWEST! We had an early morning time scheduled today to shred with another company. When it had been two hours past the time agreed upon we contacted them and they decided they were going to change that time frame to much later in the day and not notify us SO we cancelled with them. We are a surgical practice and cannot shred on days patients are here. Wednesday is our only admin day so it has to be done on that day of the week. We had already waited two weeks from first call to the other company to have this done. We prepared for shredding today. In my search for local shredding I found Shred Northwest and so glad I did! My husband and I have been doing a massive cleanup, which included almost 20 years of sensitive documents, old bill receipts, old checkbook carbons, etc. It had accumulated to four filled storage tubs and a garbage can full of documents. We were unsure of where to take the paper to be shredded until one day I was on one of my long walks and saw one of your trucks in a nearby neighborhood. I came home and looked you up and sent an e-mail inquiry, which led to an e-mail exchange between myself and Mitch Stephenson. I was impressed with the straightforward communication and what seemed a very reasonable price for the amount of stuff we had (not to mention priceless peace of mind). The driver showed up earlier than the early side of the two hour window. He was very courteous and helped us lug our bins from the back to the street. This all took place quickly and the actual shredding only took 2-3 minutes. His phone credit card machine was not working but I received a call from Mitch to pay over the phone within minutes of the drivers departure, and a Certificate of Shredding and receipt for my payment minutes after that.
